angel was born a year and three months after james was. when she was born, her mother was convinced she couldn't have any more kids which is how she got her name. james and angel grew up close, always playing with each other whenever they could. when james got his hogwarts letter, she was sad because her best friend was going away. She hated the idea of him leaving her like that, and made him promise to write. while james was at school, making friends, learning, and overall being james, angel began to fall terribly sick. her parents became worried, not knowing exactly what affected their daughter. After running some tests at a muggle hospital, they found out she had something called chickenpox. luckily, it went away a few weeks later. on her 11th birthday, james woke her up, looking all excited. her letter came, she was going to hogwarts with her brother. after she got her things, she started to count down the days she would leave with her brother, who told her stories about his time at hogwarts. when the day finally came, she was over the moon excited. on the train, she sat with james, finally meeting his friends that he had been telling her about. once she arrived at hogwarts, she was kinda nervous to be sorted, but turns out james was just messing with her when he said she'd have to sing in front of the school. shortly after she got sorted, she began to make some friends of her own. When her fourth year rolled around, she began to go out with remus, not caring that he was a werewolf. shortly after she finished hogwarts, she married remus, the two having a kid together. her life was going great, until she found out what happened to her brother and sister-in-law. she cried for hours over the death of her older brother and best friend. to make things worse, remus was struggling to keep a job, no one wanted to hire a werewolf. however, angel didn't want to give up, she couldn't. shortly after her brother's death, she applied for a teaching job at hogwarts, and got accepted. 10 years later, she'd be seeing her nephew for the first time in a decade. this made her happy, because harry was the last living proof that james potter existed. She built a close bond with her nephew, inviting him over for a couple weeks every summer.
