(Y/N) sat on the tree swing as her crew waved off the civilians of Fishman Island. "Well, time's a wastin'!" Franky yelled out from the helm's deck before spinning the helm to his right. Soon, the Thousand Sunny bagan to move, leaving Fishman Island behind.
(Y/N) lightly swung back and forth on the tree swing as she listened to the loud goodbyes from Fishman Island. A Fishman yelled out. "I like humans now! Oh, and robots and raccoons, too!" (Y/N) hung her head back, laughing at his comment.
"I'm a reindeer, but I'll let that one go!" Chopper happily danced making (Y/N) giggle.
"Huh? Oh. Not me?" Brook sadly spoke, looking back at Fishman Island.
After a bit more shouting goodbyes from Fishman Island, there was a loud yell. "Skeletons, too!"
Brook quickly stood up from his sulking, lightly gasping before turning back to Fishman Island with tears pouring from his eyes. "You did remember! YOHOhaahaaa..." His laugh turned into joyful sobbing.
"I'm not sure who could forget about you, Bone Daddy." (Y/N) laughed before jumping off the swing and walking to Sunny's railing. She leaned over the railing next to Luffy, smiling back at Fishman Island. "This is a place I'll never forget."
"Yeah, me either. We've made some pretty crazy memories here—" Luffy was cut off by the Sunny suddenly shaking.
(Y/N) felt herself jolt up before falling back down and landing right on top of her captain. (Y/N) looked up as Shiraoshi's emerged from the ocean, clutching Sunny's railing through her coating. "Luffy, wait!"
(Y/N) was about to speak, but the ship tilted forward making both herself and Luffy roll over and straight on their faces next to each other. "Ow.." (Y/N) groaning in pain, into the grass deck. She stood up, dusting off her black dress before looking over at Sanji spinning next to her, looking up at Shiraoshi with hearts in his eyes. "What the hell..." (Y/N) wore a bored expression on her face before turning to Luffy and helping him stand up.
"I just wanted to say, if I get to see you again..." Shiraoshi looked down as tears whelmed up in her eyes. (Y/N) stared up at Shiraoshi before a small smile ran its way across her lips. Shiraoshi continued. "...then I promise you, I won't cry! At least, not as much as now. I hope you, (Y/N) and I can take another stroll together, Luffy."
"Oh, yeah? You wanna go back to your mom's grave again?" Luffy smiled up at Shiraoshi.
"No, not this time." Shiraoshi shook her head before smiling at the captain. "The place I want to go is farther away. I want to visit a real forest, on the surface!"
"That's right, you've never been out of the sea before, have you?" Luffy brightly smiled up at Shiraoshi. "Sure. Let's do it!" Luffy looked over at the (h/c) haired woman next to him. "What do you say, (Y/N)?"
"Sounds like a new adventure to me." (Y/N) smiled at her captain before smiling up at Shiraoshi.
"That settles it." Luffy turned back to Shiraoshi. "We'll take you there first chance we get!"
Shiraoshi lightly whimpered before giggling and wiping away the tears in her eyes. The Straw Hats shared a happily chuckle as they smiled at the Mermaid Princess. Shiraoshi held up her pinky to Luffy and (Y/N), softly speaking. "Promise me?"
"Uh—okay. I'll pinky-swear ya!" Luffy wrapped his pinky several times around Shiraoshi's large pinky. "Leave it to me!"
(Y/N) giggled and held up her pinky, gentle placing it on Shiraoshi. "And I'll be there to keep 'Capt out of trouble, like always."
"Careful now, you two." Nami spoke up at Luffy and (Y/N) making them look over at her. "If you make a promise, we have to help you keep it."
"Remember." Brook held up his hand. "No what happens, you must never break a promise, ever!"
"You know what, though? Count me in!" Nami walked up next to (Y/N), placing her pinky on Shiraoshi's.
Shiraoshi gasped. "Oh, Nami!"
Sanji walked up, also placing his pinky on Shiraoshi's. "And me, of course!"
Followed by Chopper. "Yeah, me, too!"
Next Robin. "And me."
Brook joined in. "Me, too."
Finally Usopp. "Don't forget me!"
"We've all given our word now." Robin happily spoke up. Brook joined her. "No bones about that! Yohohoho!"
(Y/N) giggled as they all cheered. "We won't let you down!"
"Oh, thank you!" Shiraoshi had tears pouring from her eyes as she brightly smiled at the Straw Hats.
Luffy chuckled. "So don't cry anymore, okay?"
Shiraoshi wiped the tears from her eyes. "Right!"
(Y/N) smiled up at Shiraoshi. "I can't wait to see you again, Princess."
"Me, too, (Y/N). Til next time?" Shiraoshi pulled her hand away from the Straw Hats.
"Til next time." (Y/N) waved Shiraoshi off as the Sunny sailed off once more.
The Sunny soon sailed back out to the open seas, finally leaving Fishman Island behind. (Y/N) turned back to her crew, watching Sanji fall back on the grass deck. He happily sighed with hearts in his eyes. "I miss it already! All those gorgeous mermaids."
"Look alive, you guys. Don't goof off." Nami shouted out from the upper level making (Y/N) look up. "Once we ascend, who knows what troubles we might run into! You remember how scary it was on the way down, don't you?"
Franky grunted a bit before throwing a row of blocks stringed together into the sea above the Sunny. "Huh? What's with the weird boxes, Franky?" Usopp asked the question on everyone's mind.
"Those are hallow cubes made out of banyan. They're gonna help us float." Franky explained as (Y/N) walked up besides Robin, crossing her arms at Franky. He continued. "I can even adjust the ship's speed based on how many I throw."
"That's pretty neat. Was that the trick Den showed ya?" (Y/N) questioned up to Franky.
"Yep! That guy really helped us out when we needed it the most." Franky smiled back down at (Y/N).
'Sounds a lot like Tom.' (Y/N) smiled at the necklace around her neck. 'I'll never forget you, my friend.' Zoro's yells broke her from her thoughts. "Luffy, what's up?"
(Y/N) looked up at her captain standing on Sunny's head. Luffy continued to look up at the blue seas above him for a few moments, causing a peaceful silence to fall upon the ship. Finally, Straw Hat spoke. "Once we reach the New World..." Luffy took over his straw hat, looking down at it in his hand. "...Shanks won't be far away. I hope I see him soon!" (Y/N) smiled up at her captain. 'I can't wait to see him again either, but I know Luffy had been dying for that reunion for a long time.' Luffy spoke up again. "Who knows what's waiting for us up there. That's the greatest sea in the world!"
"Took long enough." Zoro grinned, looking over at (Y/N) as he held up his Wado Ichimonji. "I'm ready for some action!"
"Hell yeah, that's what I'm talking about." (Y/N) spun her sickles in her hands, before catching them and grinning back at her swordsman.
"It won't be long now, Laboon!" Brook shouted to the dead above him. "Just one half to go!"
"With this new log pose, I can take us anywhere!" Nami held her wrist up to her crew.
"And wherever we go, the Sunny can handle it!" Franky spoke with a large grin.
"Don't worry, I'll treat all your injuries!" Chopper yelled out, determine radiating off his face.
"And as long as I'm around, you'll never go hungry." Sanji grinned at his crew.
"The great Usopp's got your back, too!" Usopp yelled up, holding his fist in the air. Robin simply laughed at her proud friends.
Luffy chuckled, leaning down a bit. "All right!" He yelled out, holding his fist in the air. "LET'S GOOO!" The Straw Hats stood behind their captain on the helm's deck, all wearing a smile on their face. Luffy yelled out once more. "The New World's waiting!"
"Yeah!!" The Straw Hats cheered for the captain.
After a while of traveling towards the surface of the sea, (Y/N) was sitting on the tree swing, scribbling away in her log book as always. (Y/N) looked up at Nami when she approached. "What's up, Nami?"
"Would you like to take a bath with me?" Nami smiled at (Y/N). "Just like old times."
"Oh, sure. That sounds lovely." (Y/N) placed her log book back in her bag. "Let me run and get an outfit to change into real quick."
"No need. I have a outfit for you right here." Nami held up a shopping bag she got from Fishman Island.
(Y/N) smiled up at Nami. "Awesome. Then we're all set!"
The two women giggled and had small talk as they walked to the showers. (Y/N) began undressing, but halted when she heard Nami gasp. "Huh? What's the matter?" (Y/N) wore a confused look on her face as she looked up at Nami.
"I see the paw scar has nearly faded away completely, but why is there so many cuts on your torso and chest? Who did that to you?" Nami walked up to (Y/N), lightly touching her scars.
(Y/N) lightly blushed, looking away from Nami. "Well, I did get a lot from training, but you can blame the Navy for most of them." She nervously laughed as she rubbed the back of her neck. "See, I couldn't use my air abilities in public or the Navy would know who I was. But I still wanted to defend the Sunny with Hachi and Duval, whenever I had the chance. Let's just say I learned a lot about the meaning of 'dodge'."
Nami shook her head. "I appreciate you defending the ship, but still... it pains me to see you like this."
"They should fade eventually, just like the scar Kuma gave me." (Y/N) sighed and walked over to the showers.
"Oh, (Y/N), before you do that, allow me to show you something." Nami happily spoke making (Y/N) turn back around to her. She pulled out her Clima-tact and created two small clouds in the air.
(Y/N) watched in awe as a cloud floated over to her. Nami's cloud began to drizzle with warm water making (Y/N) smile. She stared up at her cloud in confusion. "Uh.. I don't them mine works—" The cloud practically dumped water on (Y/N), completely soaking her in seconds. (Y/N) blew her wet hair out of her face, only for it to fall back down from the water drizzling above her. "You have to be kidding me."
Nami busted out laughing. "That can happen sometimes. It should gradually warm up, let me know if it gets too hot for you."
(Y/N) laughed as she pushed her hair from her face. "Thank you, Nami. I really appreciate this." (Y/N) closed her eyes, tilting her head up to the cloud as warm water danced on her skin.
Nami hummed a tune for a while before happily sighing. "This feels great. It's a technique called Shower Tempo. You wanna try it, too?" Nami spoke to Chopper, who also accompanied the two ladies.
"Nah. It does look neat, but I'm okay. I brushed my fur two days ago." Chopper stuck out his tongue before continuing. "What would really be cool is if I can take a bite of that fluffy cotton candy you got there!"
"That's a cloud, silly." Nami lightly giggled.
"Aw, man! But it looks so sweet and yummy!" Chopper whined.
(Y/N) giggled. "I'll make sure to buy you some cotton candy the first chance we get. Okay, Chopper?"
"Yay! Thank you, (Y/N)! You're the best!" Chopper happily cheered.
(Y/N) brushed her hands through her hair once more before glaring back at the shower's doorway, but not moving her head or body. Sanji and Brook were lustfully whispering to each other as the peaked around the doorway to the showers. "Nami, I think we might have some unwanted guests."
"Chopper?" Nami smiled as she glared back the door, also not moving her head or body. "You might wanna move."
"Huh?" Chopper watched as Nami's Shower Tempo cloud turned grey as it flew over his head. The cloud soon turned black and sparked with electricity before flying over Brook's and Sanji's heads. Their screams were heard throughout the Sunny as they were burnt to a crisp. The two quickly left after receiving the message. Chopper stared at the cloud in shock. "Yikes! And to think I wanted to eat that thing!"
(Y/N) giggled as the cloud turned back to white. "Thank you for taking care of them swiftly. I definitely would have killed them with a happiness punch, if you know what I mean." (Y/N) winked at Nami.
Nami giggled. "Trust me, I know."
The two women dipped into the bath making (Y/N) happily sigh. "This feels so nice." She sunk deeper into the bath, allowing her hair to float around her.
Nami happily sighed. "Perfect! My first bath on the Sunny in two years!" She peaked out the shower's window. "And it's even more luxurious with this gorgeous underwater view. This really is the life!"
"You can say that again." (Y/N) closed her eyes, leaning her head back on the rim of the bath.
"Don't they need you on the deck to navigate, Nami?" Chopper innocently questioned.
"They can take care of things themselves as long as I go back up before we get to an upward current." Nami rested her head in her hand as she leaned on the window seal. "I might as well take my time. They can handle a sea monster or two."
"I don't think I'm needed out there either. So I'm definitely talking my time. I haven't bathed in the Sunny's bath for the past year. I definitely missed this." (Y/N) smiled at the thought.
"So did you live on the Sunny for the first year?" Chopper innocently questioned.
"Not exactly." (Y/N) sat up and turned to Chopper, crossing her arms over to rim of the bath. "If there was no one attacking her at the time, I would maintain the ship to keep her in tip-top shape when everyone arrived. I did take advantage of the empty kitchen and bath, even spending a few night resting in the Girl's Quarters. But I had my own apartment on the achipologo, so I would spend most nights there."
"Ah, I see." Chopper hung his head a bit. "I'm sorry you were left all alone at that cruel place."
"Huh? Oh, well... Lets just say the worst thing I had to deal with was the slaves. Those disgusting Celestial Dragons moved away from the achipologo after what we did to them." (Y/N) lightly chuckled. "That reminds me though. I managed to free many slaves while I was there. It was a lot of the work I did with a small group from the Revolutionary Army."
"Wait, so you worked with the Revolutionary Army?" Nami questioned with a hint of shock in her voice.
"For a period of time, yes. But I told them I would only help if I was paid, and that I wouldn't join since I was apart of a pirate crew." (Y/N) shrugged. "I'm not sure why they accepted my offer, since I never told them which crew and I only met up with them in my mask. They even addressed with the name the archipelago gave me." (Y/N) giggled at the thought. "But the group I worked with were such amazing people. If I ever meet them again, I'll have to introduce myself properly."
"Sounds like you were plenty busy, huh?" Nami giggled.
Before (Y/N) could respond, the Sunny shook and yelling from the boys was heard. 'What are those idiots up to know?' (Y/N) shook her head at the thought. "Hey, you think something's up?" Chopper questioned as he jumped up and down for Nami's Shower Tempo cloud. (Y/N) stood up from the bath as Chopper continued. "The ship's all wobbly and Luffy and Usopp are screaming."
"I swear, I can't leave those idiots alone for ten minutes." Nami looked up at (Y/N) as she left the bath. "I thought you wanted to stay longer?"
"I did, but I also know I have to keep those boys in check, or we'll all drown down here." (Y/N) sighed as she walked towards the bag Nami brought. "Which one is mine?"
"The (f/c) one. I know you'll like it." Nami smiled back at (Y/N).
"Thank you, it's lovely." (Y/N) took out the (f/c) sweater dress that was identical to Nami's, drying herself off before putting on the sweater and zipped it up. She slid on her sandals, making her to the door. (Y/N) looked back at Nami as she stood up in the bath. "Are you coming out as well?"
"Yeah, I'll be down in a few. Don't forget to grab a towel to dry off that lovely hair of yours. I don't want you catching a cold." Nami softly smiled at (Y/N).
"Gotcha." (Y/N) winked back, grabbing another towel, her sickles and her bag before she left the shower. Eventually she made it back to the grass deck, still drying off her hair. "What are you guys up to—?" (Y/N) eyes widened in shock, letting out a large scream at the massive whirlpool besides the Sunny. (Y/N) placed her towel on her shoulders as she ran over to the Sunny's railing next to Robin, Luffy and Usopp. "That's Whitestrom! Our luck is so shit right now!"
"Yeah, Robin told us about it! We're so screwed!" Usopp clutched his head, staring at the whirlpool in shock.
"They say that whenever a ship gets caught inside it, it'll be found somewhere far away." Robin spoke with concern lingering in her voice. "Usually without its crew."
Usopp screamed again. "I know what that means. They all died somewhere at sea! We have to go! It's way too dangerous!"
"So they ended up somewhere totally different, huh?" Luffy innocently spoke making (Y/N) slowly and nervously turn her head to her captain. Nervous sweat dripped off her forehead as she watched a giant grin dance its way across Luffy's face. "Cool. I say we jump in and see where we go!"
Both (Y/N) and Usopp slid behind Luffy, smacking his head. "I don't think so!" Even so, Luffy's smile never left his face.
"Hurry!" Nami yelled out from the upper level making (Y/N) look up at her as she continued. "We have to get away from the whirlpool right now!"
"Okay!" Usopp turned back to his crew, yelling out as he held his arms in the air. "You heard the navigator! It's time to change our course or die!"
Nami let out a loud scream as her eyes popped from their sockets. "Is that a giant fish?!" (Y/N) looked over at the giant sea monster attached to the Sunny, joining Nami's shocked screams. "I didn't notice it until now! What the hell?!!"
"Uh-huh!" Luffy held up two fingers to Nami as he brightly smiled up at her. "Plus two more!"
"How stupid are you? We'll never be able to move upward if we're pulling that huge thing." Nami yelled back. (Y/N) screamed in fear at the sea monster as the tail entered the Whitestrum. Nami continued. "Great, now it's caught up in the whirlpool!"
"Hurry! We can't lose the food!" Luffy yelled out. Sanji, Zoro and Usopp joined in. "Yeah!"
"Forget it! We're letting it go!" Nami screamed out. (Y/N) joined in. "Cut the damn rope, or I'll cut you!"
"No!" The four boys screamed out, clutching their heads. "What about our dinner?!"
"Well if you get us all killed, we'll never eat again!" Nami screamed out as she leaned over the upper level's railing. "I can't believe you got into this much trouble in the ten minutes I left you alone! What is wrong with you?! (Y/N), smack them for me!"
"With pleasure." (Y/N) cracked her knuckles, turning to the four boys next to her. A death aura surrounded the (h/c) haired woman as shadows covered her eyes. An evil grin danced its way across (Y/N)'s lips making the boys screamed out in fear and attempted to run. (Y/N) quickly gave them Fists of Hate on their heads. "You're all such idiots!" (Y/N) crossed her arms, turning her back to the boys as groaned in pain from the large bumps appearing their heads.
"She's like the goddess of death... still she's so beautiful." Sanji happily sighed, looking up at (Y/N) with hearts in his eyes before falling down on his face, groaning in pain.
"Franky! Use your Coup de Burst!" Nami shouted at her shipwright.
Franky did his iconic Franky pose. "Sorry, but it's super too late for that now. Heh."
"Don't laugh at your own joke!" Nami irritatedly yelled back.
Usopp held his head, gasping in fear as the sea monster attacked to the Sunny was dragged into the Whitestrum. "Crap, we are so dead!"
Brook laughed. "Join the club!"
"That is so not funny, bones!" (Y/N) screamed back, but her attention quickly shifted when the ship began to tilt. (Y/N) felt her left sliding down the grass deck. She clasped her hands together, looking up at the blue sea above her. "Hey, I don't know if you're out there, but please spare my life. I could care less about the other morons."
"What is that supposed to mean?!" Usopp, Luffy and Zoro screamed at (Y/N).
"You're the ones that got us in this mess!" (Y/N) snapped back at them.
"Oh, no. It's too late!" Nami screamed out at the Whitestrume. Chopper joined in. "I don't wanna die!"
"Just hold on tight, guys!" Luffy happily yelled out as the Sunny was sucked into the giant whirlpool.
(Y/N) crutched onto Sunny's railing as her body flailed through the air from the sheer power of the Whitestrum. Luffy laughed from as he clutched onto Sunny's mane. "This is awesome!"
"We're super screwed!" Franky yelled out as he hugged the foremast. "Even the Sunny can't survive at crazy whirlpool like this!"
"All because of your damn fish!" Nami screamed out as she clutched Sunny's upper deck railing.
"I think I'm gonna puke!" Chopper yelled as he swung around of the roped together cubes Franky step up.
"Just hang on tight!" (Y/N) held out, grunting in pain from tight hold she had on Sunny's railing. "I don't know how, but we need to survive this!"
"Robin, surely you must know a way out of this nightmare!" Brook yelled out. Robin quickly replied. "Unfortunately, there are no records of anyone escaping from the Whitestrom. Of course, that's because—" Usopp cut her off. "Yeah, we know, everybody's dead! Ahh! I was sure we'd at least get to the New World before we die, but here we are!"
The Sunny was violently pushed through the Whitestrum as her crew held tight on board. 'C'mon, Fate, we can't die now. Help us out here!' (Y/N) squeezed her eyes tightly before being sent flying down on the grass deck. "That's definitely gonna leave a bruise." (Y/N) groaned in pain, panting from exhaustion.
"I-It's over now." Luffy spoke up to his crew as most of them laid defeated on the grass deck. "Looks like the Sunny's okay."
Nami lightly groaned in pain. "We hit something and bounced out. Guess it's our lucky day."
(Y/N) slowly sat up, sighing in relief. "We made it, huh?"
"Yeah, we're still alive!" Usopp sheepishly spoke up as he clutched his face.
Chopper stood up, looking at the dark wall next to the Sunny. "But where are we?"
"Wait a sec." Luffy stood up, staring at the wall. "What's that big black wall?"
Brook stood up as well. "I'm not sure, but it doesn't appear to be the Red Line."
"Hm?" (Y/N) stood up, staring up at the black wall. A few seconds passed before a giant eye opened, looking down at the Straw Hat crew.
(Y/N), Brook and Usopp hugged each other, all letting out a blood curling scream at the giant eye. Chopper's eyes popped from their sockets, screaming out. "It's a ghost!"
"Check it out. An eyeball!" Luffy stared up at the eye in excited shock.
"It's gonna eat us!" Chopper, Usopp, (Y/N), Brook and Nami screamed out in fear. "A monster!" Brook and Usopp hugged (Y/N) tighter as they all let out another high pitch scream.
"What is that thing?!" Franky grunted at the eye. The eye closed again before the monster began to swim away. Franky spoke up again. "I think it's leaving!"
A large slash of water in the ocean made the Straw Hats gasp in shock. "There's a fin." Robin spoke up. "Oh, I see."
(Y/N) stared up in shock at the giant creature before the crew. She pulled away from Usopp and Brook, walking up to Sunny's railing. "What is it...?" The creature began to loudly wail making (Y/N) cover her ear. 'Is it really what I think it is?'
"That sounds like singing! I think it's a..." Nami spoke from the upper railing.
The creature swam far enough away from the Sunny as more of its family passed besides the ship. The Straw Hats screamed in shock from the sight before them. "There's so many... they're beautiful." (Y/N) couldn't held but smile up at the large family of giant whales swimming up to the surface.
"No way. A whole family of whales!" Luffy stared up at the sight in all before yelling. "Hey! Look at those scars!"
"Don't tell me..." (Y/N) looked over at Brook, watching him shake at the sight of the whale with scars on his rostrum.
Brook gasped as tears formed in his eyes. "Oh, Laboon! Look at how much you're grown!"
Usopp walked up to Brook, placing his hand on Brook's back. "Come on! That's not Laboon. He's supposed to be in the first half of the Grand Line, remember? That whale's too big to fit through the whole in the Red Line, see?"
"Oh my, Usopp's right. I completely forgot Laboon's at Reverse Mountain." (Y/N) lightly frowned at Brook before turning back to watch the family of whales.
"Amazing!" Chopper stared up at the sight in awe.
"They're Island Whales." Robin spoke up. "Seeing an entire pod is extraordinary rare."
"Really? I should record this then." (Y/N) dug through her bag before pulling out her vision dial and snapping photos of the whales.
"That's weird." Zoro spoke up. "Some of them have scares on their faces that look exactly like the ones Laboon had."
"Uh-huh!" Luffy nodded his head, his jaw dropped at the sight. "I noticed that, too! I can't believe it! Laboon's really not here?"
"Gather up all of the crew. It's time to ship out Bink's Brew!" Brook yelled out, holding back his tears. "Laboon! Don't go! Please listen to me! It's me, Brook, from the Rumbar Pirates! I'm your old friend!"
(Y/N) frowned back at Brook once more. 'He must be in denial. It's sad... he desperately wants to see his friend again.' Usopp grabbed onto Brook's shoulders, holding Brook back. "Easy, Brook, you gotta snap out of it, buddy! That's not the same whale, okay?" Nevertheless Brook still screamed out for his friend.
"Hey, we didn't come here for whale-watching!" Sanji yelled out making everyone turn around. 'What the hell, Sanji?' (Y/N) glared back at her cook as he explained. "We just escaped from a dangerous whirlpool! I'm gonna call roll to make sure everyone's safe and accounted for! Okay? Where's Nami?" Sanji looked up at Nami on the upper level. (Y/N)'s eyes softened. 'Oh, he's just worried about the crew.'
"Here." Nami quickly replied.
"What about Robin?" Sanji turned Robin.
"Over here." Robin replied.
"Now, (Y/N)!" Sanji locked eye with (Y/N).
(Y/N) held up her hand. "Right, here. Safe and sound."
"Good. Now let's get out of here." Sanji turned, pointing up a the family of whales. "We don't want those whales crashing into the Sunny. We'll have to be careful!"
"Didn't you forget about somebody?" Chopper cried out to his chef. Usopp joined in. "Hey, Sanji! Not that you care, but the other six crew members are still alive, too!"
Sanji ignored their cries, turning back to his navigator. "What the plan, Nami?"
(Y/N) looked back up at Nami when she replied. "Let's not do anything."
Sanji gave his crew mates a thumbs up. "All right, the lady says not to do anything for now! Feel free to go back to whale-watching!"
"What is wrong with you?!" Chopper and Usopp screamed at their chef.
"There was absolutely no point in that." (Y/N) blankly started at Sanji for a few seconds before turning back to whale-watching.
Nami started up at the whales for a few moments before speaking. "Those whales are so big, they're creating a current. It's not safe to go against it. We'll go the same way as them! Let's catch a ride on their current. Tighten the sails!"
"Okay!" Her crew responded.
Before the crew got to work, Brook spoke up. "Wait a minute, didn't Laboon come from this part of the sea?" (Y/N) looked over at Brook with sight concern when he rushed up to Sunny's railing, yelling at the whales. "Perhaps you might be Laboon's relatives!"
(Y/N)'s eyes slightly widened when Brook's sharp boney fingers poked Sunny's coating. Robin rushed up besides him. "Brook, be careful!"
"Are any of you looking for a calf who was lost 50 years ago? Well, he's still alive! He's living happily on the other side of the world! Don't worry!" Brook frantically screamed out. "According to my friend Luffy, Laboon's gotten a lot bigger since the last time we met! So there's no need to be concerned! He wouldn't want that!" Brook turned and quickly walked away from the railing.
(Y/N) stared at Brook in shocked awe. 'I've never seen that much passion from Brook before, other than when he plays his music. That was honestly beautiful...' Her attention quickly shifted when the Sunny bang to shake. "Catch the stream!" Nami yelled out. Realization stuck (Y/N) and she rushed to help her crew tighten the sails.
After the Sunny stabilized, the a few Straw Hats met back up on the grass deck. "Whew, we're safe now." Nami sighed as she smiled down at her crew.
(Y/N) walked up to Chopper and Luffy, followed by Robin, Usopp and Sanji. Robin spoke up first. "We might as well let the whales help us for a while."
"That's convenient." Chopper replied, followed by (Y/N). "Sounds good to me. With this extra speed, it shouldn't be long until we reach the surface."
Luffy looked up as he spoke. "Oh, hey, Brook's gonna sing."
"Huh?" The group collectively before looking up at Brook.
(Y/N) smiled at her musician as he stood on the main mast, singing Brink's Brew. She closed her eyes, quietly humming along to the enchanting music she knew all too well.

Brook continued his beautiful singing and violin playing. The whale with scars on his rostrum pushed his face against the Sunny as he continued to swim to the surface. Luffy and Chopper ran up to Sunny's railing, leaning over it. "Look! He's giving us a ride, cool!" Chopper happily giggled at the whale.
"How about that? They're heading upwards, too." Nami smiled at the whale before looking up to the seas above. "Now this is what I call traveling in style!"
(Y/N) continued to smiled up at Brook and before she knew it, she was happily joining Brook's singing. "...pound your feet and clap your hands, til sunny days return! Yo, ho, ho, ho..."
Brook finished the song, smiling down at (Y/N). "Might I say, you have a lovely voice, my dear."
"Thank you." (Y/N) smiled back, lightly blushing front the compliment.
"Here comes the New World, the final sea on the Grand Line. We're almost there, guys!" Nami spoke up making (Y/N) smiled up at the sea above.
"Sure took long enough!" Luffy happily smiled at the sea before gasping. (Y/N) tilted her head in confusion at her captain, even Robin called out for him as Luffy ran up the stairs to the helm's deck, straight past Franky. He leaped onto Sunny's mane before leaping on her head. (Y/N) could no longer see him, but knew he was standing proudly on his captain's seat. "That's it!" Luffy shouted out.
"We've come so far." Nami softly spoke to her crew.
(Y/N) held back her joyful, and even sad, tears as she smiled at the ocean above. 'Everything I went through... My training with Rayleigh, discovering more of family's history, all the battles I fought against the Navy. Yet... nothing compares to this moment. Traveling new seas with my family.' Sunlight began to sparkle through the ocean surface, shinning down on the Thousands Sunny and her crew.
"Ready crew?" Luffy yelled out from his captain's seat. "Count down with me!"
All the Straw Hats raised their fists to the air as the counted down. "Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one!" The Sunny bursted through the ocean, flying miles high in the New World. "We made it!" Luffy yelled out followed by the rest of his crew. "THE NEW WORLD!"
"Finally!" Luffy yelled out once more. Franky joined in. "We did it, everybody!"
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves." Usopp yelled out. (Y/N) smile dropped when Sunny's coating popped. Usopp, Chopper and (Y/N) screamed in terror as the Sunny descended down.
Confusion struck (Y/N) when the Sunny was sent flying back into the air, over and over again. "What's going on?" (Y/N) questioned as she gripped onto Sunny's railing. She looked back in shock seeing the whales to be their saviors.
"Woah. They saved us!" Chopper spoke in awe at the whales.
Usopp yelled out to the whales. "Don't worry! As soon as we find Laboon, we'll be sure to let him know where the rest of you are!"
The whales descended back into the ocean as Brook yelled out. "It was an honor to meet his family! Please take care, all of you!" Luffy joined in. "Thanks for your help! See you again sometime!" Finally (Y/N), waving the whales goodbye. "I hope to we meet again one day!"
(Y/N) turned back, stared at the rough seas surrounding the Thousand Sunny. "This is insane."
"I heard stories about it, but I never imagined it would be like this." Usopp nervously shouted out. "Turns out the first danger we have to face in the New World... is really bad weather!!"
"Ha! Look at that lightning!" Brook shouted out, followed by Robin. "The winds are raging!" Even Franky. "Yeah, the water's rough, too!" Finally, Nami. "The needle's going crazy!"
"This is gonna be one wild ride!" (Y/N) laughed as she held her hand over her eyes, smiling out of the raging seas. "I haven't been in a sea like this for years!"
"I see some ships over there!" Chopper yelled out. (Y/N) joined in. "Yeah, same here! It's quite a few of them!"
"Probably pirates having a party." Sanji smirked at the thought. Zoro quickly replied. "No way, it's a group of warships."
"Sounds like a party to me!" Luffy giggled.
The Sunny sailed closer to the warships in her path, giving her crew a better view. "Huh? The Navy?" Everyone collectively questioned in shock.
