As they enter a forest, they find a dog-like Digimon cross their path.

They glare intensely at Coronamon, not blinking, as they peer into his soul.

Sunny, Coronamon, and Agumon after some time wandering through the forest discover a church standing in front of a nice lake.
Sunny: Do you think we can set up camp here? I'm getting pretty tired...
Coronamon: Yeah... I think it's time we kick back and relax.
Agumon: Very well. Let us see if there are any residents in that building.
Approaching the church, Sunny manages to enter whilst

Closing the door, Agumon and Coronamon watched as Sistermon held a disinterested human boy over her head.

Vergil:(mutters) Someone kills me....or her...

Vergil: No- Well, a little.
Sistermon: Yay!

She places Vergil down.
Sistermon: Coronamon? What are you doing here? (smiles) Did you come to visit me!?

He attempts to enter the church.
Sistermon: No, no, no! Don't go into the church!
Agumon: Gya! Why not?
Sistermon: She's very upset... If you go in, you might make her angry.
Coronamon: Uh-huh...
He attempts to enter, but the doors are now locked, refusing to open.
Coronamon: Hey, what gives? They opened a second ago!
Vergil: Seriously. Don't go in there.
Coronamon: Well my buddy already went in, so I'm going after!
Sistermon: Oh no! Someone already went in!? Uh-oh!

(Inside the Church)
Having entered the Church, Sunny found it to be in disarray. Damaged as if it was attacked, and dark as can be. The dirty stained windows gave the place only the minimum amount of light.
Sunny: Huh... Maybe it's abandoned- Eh?
Looking to his left, then to his right, Sunny now realized he was alone.
Sunny: Where did you two go!?
He first tries to leave the church but stops until he hears the sobbing of a woman.
Sunny:?
(Sobbing)
Sunny: H-Hello...?
Ignoring his missing friends, Sunny follows the sounds of sobbing to a confession booth. One door was locked, so he entered the other and sat down, looking through the mesh panel to see a female figure.
Sunny: H-Hello....?
???:(sobbing) Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.
Sunny: Wh-What? Wait, I'm not-
???: You must understand, I did what I did, because I had no other choice.
Sunny: Uhmm... What did you do?
???: I willingly chose the path of Sin to protect the ones I love, but in the end, it was for not.
???: They all reset, as I was left tainted... And corrupt!
Sunny: I'm sure it isn't that bad...
???: I want to repent... No... I must be punished!
Sunny: Come on...! Cheer up? Why don't you go outside and-
???: PUNISH ME!!
Sunny: Jeez! Okay! Okay!
Sunny: Uhmm.... Do a hundred pushups, situps, squats, and a ten-kilometer run every day without fail, and your sins will be forgiven!

He sneaks out of the booth, feeling a dark aura. But as he slowly tip-toes away, he hears the creek of a door and turns around to meet the sobbing woman, face to face.
She was tall, with dark hair, in an extravagant dress.

In front of Sunny, she began to do pushups. In that dress, with her assets, Sunny felt sinful watching.
Sunny:(looks away) I-I'm gonna go... (stares) Away... Now...(looks away)
He dashes out of the room and finds himself climbing up a set of stairs to the bell room. There he panted and looked to see Coronamon and the others.
Sunny: Hey!
(Doot-doot-doot)
Sunny: Huh?
Raising his left arm with the D-Modder, Sunny found the device beep.
Sunny: That beep... Phones do that!
He puts the D-Modder against his face.
Sunny: Hello?
Accidentally, he triggers the message sent.
Message: Hello, my name is Misato Sunday. I hope this message reaches one of you.
Message: If it has, then you should know, that we are doing everything in our power to find and rescue you.
Message: There are a few things you should know. Time moves faster where you are, so it will take some time. Simply stay calm and-shhhhhhhhh
The message cuts out, or Sunny simply doesn't catch the other half, whatever the reason, he attempts to respond.
Meanwhile, Cronamon and the others take notice of Sunny in the bell tower, and once Sunny is done toying with the D-Modder, he waves and climbs down the side of the tower and regroups with the gang.
Sunny: Oh, you two made some friends?
Sunny: Hi, I'm Sunny.
Sistermon: How did you escape the church? Wasn't Lilithmon in there?
Sunny: I saw a woman, not a Digimon.
Sistermon: That's odd...
(SLAM)
The doors to the church fly off their hinges, as Lilithmon
Sistermon/Vergil:!?!
Agumon: GYAAAAA!?
Coronamon: Uh-oh...
Sunny: Oh! There she is! Did my advice help?
Agumon: Uhm... Sunny, SHE'S Lilithmon...
Sunny:......
Sunny: SHE'S a DIGIMON!?!
Sunny: B-But... Look at her! She looks like a human!
Agumon: I don't know what to tell you...
Sunny: Jeez... Who else is a Digimon? The nun?
Agumon: Why, yes. That's Sistermon.
Sunny:.... I am confused...
Vergil: Welcome to the club.
Lilithmon begins approaching.
Agumon: Gya!?
Lilithmon: I still feel the guilt... The sinful desires tempting me... You LIED, father!
Coronamon: I'm all for picking fights with jerks, Sunny! But even I know that this is biting off more than you can chew!!
Sistermon leaps into action, getting in Lilithmon's way. Spreading her arms, she attempts to block her from continuing.
Sistermon: Please, I urge you not to resort to violence!
Lilithmon:!?
She swings her gaze away, unable to look at Sistermon.
Lilithmon: D-Don't look at me!
Waving her hand, she sends out a wave of energy, but before she can be hit, a blur flies past and saves Sistermon.

Blanc:(nods)
Ciel:(glares at Vergil) What do you think you're doing?

They all turn to Lilithmon.
Lilithmon: No... Don't look at me!!
Her power goes wild and waves of energy burst out.
Ciel/Blanc: "Awaken Mode"!!
The Sistermon mode change
Ciel gets Coronamon and Agumon out of danger, as Blanc saves Vergil and Sunny. From a safer distance, they watch Lilithmon lose control of herself.
Sunny: What's going on with her? Why did she freak out after seeing you two?
Ciel: No idea.
Blanc: She's always been strange around us... But it seems both at once is too much.
Sunny stares and remembers Lilithmon's confession.

Agumon: We should retreat, while we can.
Sunny: No. We have to knock some sense into her.

Agumon: She is a Mega level. Two steps beyond Champion.
Sunny: Nevertheless... She isn't evil.
Vergil: Looks pretty evil to me...
Sunny: Coronamom, will you help me get her attention?
Coronamon: You want me to fight a Mega?
Sunny: Just enough to listen to what I have to say.
Coronamon: Hmph! I thought you were supposed to be the level-headed one of us...

He pulls the digicore off his necklace. Vergil begrudgingly pulls his out of his pocket.

The three champion levels rush towards Lilithmon. Sunny coming along Firamon's back.
Lilithmon: Get away!
Throwing a wave of energy, the three manage to dodge, of only because Lilithmon wasn't quite trying.
Firamon: Whoa! That could have killed us!
Sunny: I understand if you wanna back out...
Firamon: Tch! Those are fighting words!
Taking flight, Firamon begins firing down on Lilithmon, as Sistermon Ciel and Darcmon get in close, frightening Lilithmon who doesn't wish to harm them.
Lilithmon: Get away!
The two each grab an arm as Firamon rams his head into her chest.
Lilithmon: Hmph!
Sunny: Aren't these two the who you walked the path of sin for!?
Sunny: I'm guessing "reset" means they forgot you, but you can start anew!
Lilithmon: No... Not like this! Not while I'm tainted! Not until my sins are forgiven!
She throws Darcmon and Sistermon aside and kicks Firamon away, but just as she does, Sunny leaps off.
He lands on the ground.
Sunny: I don't get it. If what you did was truly out of love... Why are beating yourself over it all!?
Sunny: What about you is sinful? Your outfit? Just change it!
Lilith: I can't!
Sunny: Why not!?
She grabs him by the neck.
Lilithmon: Silence!
Sunny: Urk!?
Vergil;....
Lilithmon; You know NOTHING!
Sunny:(chocking) You're half right... I.. Don't know a lot of things... But I know you're wasting an opportunity that I'll never have!
Lilithmon:!?
Sunny: You aren't the only one who's lost someone... But unlike you, they didn't forget, they're just gone!
Sunny: At... Least... Try!!
Firamon:!!!
Feeling a great burning power within, Firamon springs up, and rams straight into Lilithmon, this time with such power she feels it and gets winded, releasing Sunny.
Sunny: OOF!
Sunny:(coughs)
Firamon: Sunny! Your determination! I feel it coursing through me. I'm on the cusp of something greater!
Sunny: That's good to hear... Ready for round 2? It seems like she needs to be knocked with some sense!
Firamon: Alright!
As Lilithmon lies on the ground, and the Solar duo prepares for their next attack, Vergil walks up to Lilithmon, causing Darcmon and thus Sistermon Ciel to leap in.
Lilithmon: Huh?
Vergil: I don't know your sins. But no punishment can ever rid you of them.
Lilithmon: What do you know?!
Vergil: I know that guilt can only truly be forgiven if you first learn to forgive yourself.
Vergil: If you truly wish to learn, all you have to do is stop.
Lilithmon: It isn't that simple...
Darcmon: No! It's not that complex. There is no reason to fight.
Darcmon: Please, calm yourself. So we can talk.
Lilithmon: I don't deserve to talk to you...
Ciel: We are the judge of that. Not you.
Lilithmon: B-But-
Vergil: Stop trying to make excuses. And start talking. What's wrong?
Lilithmon: I... I... I MISS MY SISTERS!!!
In a great big flash of light, Lilithmon de-evolves into a Sistermon.

Darcmon de-evolves, and goes to embrace Noir. Ciel kneels and places a hand on Noir.
Blanc: There, there... It's okay to feel bad because of a loss...
Ciel: And it's okay to cry for them...
Vergil: But you must never let that change you. For it's never what they would want from you.
Agumon walks up to Sunny and Firamom, and together, they look at the scene.
Agumon: Gya... It seems I was mistaken, my boy. You had this handled.
Sunny: M-Me? I just got choked and yelled off at her... It's those three who told her what they needed...
Sunny: Or... Maybe it was simply them who needed to confront her.
Sunny:....
Firamon: Are you crying?
Sunny: Nah... Just... Getting teary-eyed.
Sunny: Oh, this reminds me!
Sunny: I think I just talked to-
(Human World)
After sending out the message to the digital world, it didn't take long for the government's Data Squad, to see they received a response thanks to the time difference.
Misato: Play the message.
Sunny:(message) Uhm, hi Mom. So could you repeat that warning, it kinda got cut off near the "stay calm" part....
Sunny:(message).... Hello? Wait, am I making a voicemail or a call? Uhhh... Let's press this button-shhhhhhhh.
Everyone turned to Commander Misato, who stood silently, eyes wide open in shock as she attempted to process the fact her son was trapped in the digital world.
Her eye twitches before slamming her fist down.
Misato: Tch! What are you gawking at!? Get back to work!!
As they do, she laments over how this all just became personal, and how there is now a risk of her being thrown off the mission because of it.
Misato now felt like she had a time limit until she would be forced to surrender the saving of her child to someone else.
