Trinity's pov

This morning I woke up and Luke was still asleep like usual
I just got out of his arms and moved to the side of the bed and went on my phone
I was scrolling for an hour before he woke up
"Why do you never wake me up" was the first thing his said in a tired groggy voice "if you woke me up I would not be happy" I told him and he just rolled his eyes at me
"What time is it" he asked me putting his head back down
"12" I told him and he groaned "what're you so cranky about" I asked him "I'm tired" he said putting his face back into his pillow "drama queen" I joked and he looked over at me with an annoyed expression
I just laughed at him and got up out of the bed
I went to brush my teeth, I put my hair in a bun and I put my glasses on so I could see
I didn't really think about time I just told myself to be ready before we film and I'd meet Luke's friends after that
I went to find Kayla and she was on her phone in the living room
"Heyy" I sang sitting next to her "hey, we're gonna film today right?" She put her phone down looking over at me
"Yeah, do you still wanna do a challenge? Because we can do something different, Luke's busy today" I told her "no cause if we did something interesting for a vlog we'd have to ask everyone if they wanna come" she told me "true, not to be rude or anything but I don't wanna hang out with Luke and his friends I feel like that's awkward. Like I don't know any of them so I'd be out numbered" I explained
"Yeah no I agree. Mega awkward" Kayla nodded "I met Jacks friends while I was here but I didn't stay with them" Kayla added
Not long after we heard the door bell ring and then heard Luke answer the door and a guy come inside
The two of us just looked over at each other
We didn't see them but like 2 minutes later we heard another doorbell and another new voice
Kayla and I started talking again then maybe 10 minutes later Luke came to the living room where we were
I literally wanted to scream, I'm very introverted and meeting new people literally makes me want to die
I didn't even do my make up or anything, I do not look good so my confidence is already low
"Do you wanna come 'say hi' now?" He asked me "can you give me like 20 minutes?" I asked him "why" he replied "I need to make myself look presentable" I replied "what're you talking about you look beautiful" he told me
I deadpanned at him I'm literally wearing pyjamas with no makeup and my hair was just thrown into a bun "honest, you look good" he repeated
"Fine" I sighed and got up
"Why you stressing so much" Luke asked me on the way to where they were
"You know how I am, I don't like meeting new people" I told him "what's the worst they're gonna do" he asked looking down at me and I looked up at him "a lot" I replied and he shook his head at me as we got to the door
We walked inside and I saw two guys I already knew
"Oh it's just you guys" I said when I saw them "hey Trin" Ethan smiled "hi" I replied "you made me stress for no reason" I looked up at Luke and he smiled down at me because he knew exactly what he was doing
"I haven't seen you since your senior year" Dylan says matter of fact-ly "yeah I haven't seen you guys since your freshman year" I retorted
I talked with them for a while but also didn't really wanna be there
"Trin!" I heard Kayla call and I was so happy "I should probably go" I said and Luke looked down at me with an annoyed face "nice seeing you guys" I smiled quickly leaving and going to Kayla
I was only there for like two minutes
"It was literally just Ethan and Dylan" I told her as we walked upstairs quickly to the guest bedroom "Dylan?" She questioned "Duke" I replied "ohhh, wait don't you like them?" She asked "yeah but I don't wanna hang out with them during their guy time" I shook my head as we made it to the guest room
The two of us sat there and talked for a while then I did my make up, hair, then got dressed and we went to film
After we were done Luke was playing pool with his friends and Kayla left me
Quinn came down the stairs and saw me sitting on my phone
"Why you alone?" He asked me and I shrugged "Luke's with his friends and Kayla ditched me for jack" I told him
"I was gonna go for a boat ride wanna come?" He asked me "you were gonna go alone?" I questioned and he shrugged "its peaceful" he told me
"Ok I'll come" I said getting up
We went to the boat we just went around the lake
"You know, out of all of the girls either of my brothers have talked to or dated you're my favourite" Quinn told me "aww twin, why" I asked him curious for the reason
"Well, I know you have a good family, you're all very close. Me and you are alike, which is good because you're easy to talk to, I've never really had any sort of relationship with my brothers girlfriends. And you make Luke really happy, I've never seen him like this" Quinn explained
"What does Luke say about me?" I asked him "only good things" he replied "like?" I said trying to get an answer
"He tells me how much he loves you and how you're the first girl he's ever actually loved, he said when he saw you for the first time he was drawn to you and when he saw you later he took it as a sign you should be together. Don't tell him I told you anything" Quinn said looking over at me at the end
I pretended to zip my mouth shut and lock it
"When I first saw him he was on my mind for the rest of the night, I guess you could say I was drawn to him. Then when we saw each other again I was so surprised and when he came to talk to us i knew he was going to be someone special. Now I couldn't imagine what I would do without him, he's the best thing that's happened to me" I explained
"You guys really love each other" Quinn looked over at me again "yeah" I smiled
"I kinda feel bad for not really trying to talk to his friends, they're obviously people he loves and I should be at least making an effort right?" I said "why what happened" Quinn asked "nothing I was just kinda short with my answers and I don't really wanna talk to them" I told him "am I a bitch for that?" I asked
"Yes" Quinn replied "rude" I mumbled "you asked" he replied
"so I should talk to them when we get back" I asked "yeah just try and be friendly with them, you don't have to be friends but have a nice relationship with them" he told me "I already do they used to play with Joey I've met them before and they used to be with Joey a lot so I was around them a lot" I explained "ok then you should be fine to talk to them" Quinn replied "fine" I sighed
We stayed out for a little longer then went back once it was dark out
The two of us came back into the house and Luke and his friends were in the kitchen and saw us walking in
"Where'd you guys go?" Luke asked "out on the boat we just went around" Quinn answered
I went over to the three boys and started talking to them trying to be more outgoing at least now I was more put together
Later that night before Luke and I went to bed we talked
"Sorry for not talking to them at the start" I looked over at him laying in bed next to him
"It's fine, they like you though" he told me "yeah I know Duker and Ethan were my buddies their freshman year" I told him and he rolled his eyes at me
"Why were you and Quinn hanging out? Weren't you supposed to be with Kayla" Luke asked "yeah she kinda left me for Jack so Quinn asked if I wanted to go for a ride" I replied
"Whys Kayla always leaving you?" Luke looked a little annoyed and I just shrugged "that's kinda rude don't you think" Luke continued "yeah I guess, it's whatever" I shrugged again and Luke shook his head at me
"what'd you and Quinn talk about" he asked "you" I told him
"I told him how I felt about you and how I felt bad about being awkward with your friends and he said I was his favourite out of anyone you and Jack have ever talked to or dated" I smiled "so how do you feel about me?" He questioned "thats a secret I can't tell you" I smiled a little and he huffed dramatically
We went to bed not long after
