When they reached estella's ward, she was still asleep.
" what did the doctor say " Liam questioned them as soon they closed the door
Leonardo quickly went towards her and sat on the nearby stool caressing her hand.
" She has anemia " Cyrus answered the twins omitting the part of her be pregnancy
While they were discussing her health and diagnosis. Leonardo busy just stating at his little sister.
He was extremely guilty. His star is a child herself and she is going to have a child of her own ? He could feel his eyes brimming with tears. But he knew he cannot let himself be weak . He needs to be his sisters strength. He'll support her in whatever she decide.
If she doesn't want the baby he'll hold her hand throughout everything.
And if she wants the baby then he'll make sure she won't lack anything be it emotional support or anything.
He'll be with her at every step.
They'll have to have a look I the baby's father. If he's a genuine person he'll let him continue being part of his life and if he's someone who his sister doesn't want he'll make sure that person doesn't step even in the same city as his sister.
He was caressing her hands mindful of the drip.
After sometime he decided to send the twins home , to have some privacy to discuss the situation with estella.
" Liam , and Noah you both go back home. We'll call you when she wakes up " Leonardo told his youngest brothers
" No. We'll stay until she wakes up " Noah refused Leonardo
" She doesn't need to feel overwhelmed with so many people. And when she'll get comfortable we'll call you " The twins tried to protest but Leonardo was firm in his decision.
He didn't wanted estella to get overwhelmed or uncomfortable at all.
After few more reasoning and argument the twins finally left the hospital under the order to bring clothes and nutritious food for estella.
When they were gone Cyrus also informed their father about estella's fainting and assured him that nothing was serious and that they'll discuss it with them in evening with the twins.
" So how are we going to approach this preganacy topic with estella " Cyrus asked his elder brother.
" We'll first tell her about her fainting and then about pregnancy I don't think she's aware . For now her health is our priority " Leonardo answered
Cyrus nodded accepting his logic .

Estella could her someone talking around her and the voice felt familiar to her
She tried to understand their words
" when will she wake up?" Someone probably Leo was asking
She tried to open her eyes and when did, she them immediately from the blinding bright lights
She groaned
" Estella , can you hear me ?" Leoanrdo asked towering over her. He caressed her cheeks gently
Estella nodded and finally opened her eyes only to be met with familiar green eyes of her eldest brother .
She tried to speak but her throat was scratchy .
" Here drink it slowly " Leonardo forwarded a cup straw for her to drink water
She drank the water slowly
" what happened ?" She asked Leonardo noticing she was in a hospital room and the IV drip in her hand . She felt her heart drop.
Oh god !!!! Did they discovered about her being pregnant? Are they here for abortion ?
Looking at estella getting panicked Leonardo tried to pacify her
" You fainted. Doctor said it was because you have anemia "
Hearing his reply estella breathed a sigh of relief.
Her brothers too noticed her actions but kept quiet.
The doctor came and did a check up on her and after ensuring she wasn't in any pain he left but not before confirming that obstetrician will be there in few hours.
They wanted to make sure the baby is alright and then only they can move ahead with the treatment .
When the doctor and nurse left the room Leonardo asked cyrus to leave them alone. Cyrus obliged and went outside telling estella that he'll bring some snacks for her.
Leonardo took a seat near his sister
" Estella you know you gave such a fright to us today " Leonardo spoke gently to estella
" i am sorry " estella mumbella looking at her lap
Leonardo lifted her chin softly " what are you sorry for ? Its my fault i should've noticed that you were extremely tired "
Estella looked in his eyes and the care in them for her made her teary so she just shook her head in denial
Leonardo didn't knew how will he break such a news to his little sister . But he knew he couldn't delay it
" The doctor ran some bloodtests " Leonardo's words froze estella and she felt as if everythimg stopped
" they dicovered that you're pregnant " Leonardo gently told her. He tries to read her expression and he can understand that she had some understand of the matter
Estella started crying thinking about all the worst case scenarios.
Leonardo hugged her and rubbed her back in a soothing manner
" it's okay ... don't cry baby.... it's okay " Leonardo spoke to her gently trying to pacify her
When estella calmed down , Leonardo passed some tissues to wipe her face
" I'm going to ask you some questions okay. Just answer in Yes or No if you don't want to get into details " Leoanrdo didn't wanted to cause her any stress.
Estella nodded in agreement
" Did you know you were pregnant?" Leonardo asked her
Estella just nodded in confirmation
"Do you want the baby ?" Leonardo asked the question which will decide not only her but all of their family's future
Estella nodded again
Leonardo just sighed. He know how hard preganancy and having baby can be. His sister might be a child but he'll have to talk to her in details regarding this matter later.
He'll make sure she doesn't take any decision she'll regret in future be it keeping the baby or having abortion.
" Do you want to contact the baby's father ?" Leonardo asked calmly even when he wants nothing more than to strangle the fucker who dared to touch his little sister
At his question estella just started crying harder making his heart stop. He had a feeling of something ominous.
Looking at his sister crying so hysterically he couldn't help but voice the question no family member would ever want to ask someone in their life
" Was it against your consent estella ?

So finally the cats out of the bag
I'm trying to put the characters emotion in words as best as I can but I don't think I am succeeding 😅the first story I try to write is a emotional Rollercoaster.
I am trying my best to convey their emotions but not to the extent I wished I did but I'll try to improve so bare with me for now
