Lately, nahihilig ako sa pagsusuot ng mga damit na kung sa society pa ay labeled as pangbabae.
Nagpurchase ako ng chiffon buttoned shirts sa lazada. Ang filter ko ay something wearable na under P200. I kept scrolling and the app kept showing me men's shirt na above P200. And when I finally found one, the shirt was however modeled by a girl.
But I really like how it looks.And so tumingin ako ng reviews. Nandoon ang hesitation ko na wag bumili kasi pambabae nga, na baka ma-bash ako, or asarin. Until out of nowhere, naisip ko, 'Who's stopping me from wearing what I want?' 'Kailangan ko ba munang humingi ng permiso sa kanila kung bibilhin ko ito o hindi? Kailangan ko bang gawing sagrado, or heck, batas ang opinyon nila bago ako maging masaya?'
Actually, ang pagiging masaya ko hindi naman nakasalalay sa chiffon shirt e. But on the freedom to wear one and on the strength to break free from my inhibitions. This might just be a simple case, but isn't it there's contentment in simplicity?
