"HOW ARE YOU holding up?" my mom asked as she caressed my hair. Her eyes widened anticipating my answer. It had been a few days since the whole thing happened but I couldn't be bothered to think about it.
Yes, it left me feeling heartbroken but spending time with the little ones was the cure to my depression.
