"Bhai" Abhinav called virat from behind who quickly rubbed his eyes and pretending that nothing happened, He turned
"Are aap aagye" He said
Abhinav examined his facial expressions and nodded his head "Ham abhi anushka ko keh dete hai vo aap dono ke liye khanna laga dengi, abhiraj kaha hai?" Virat further asked while trying his best to not sound trembling
"Vo bhaiya toh so Gaye, aur hame bhi bhookh nahi hai, aap bataiye, aap yaha, akele?" Abhinav asked to which virat shaked his head in "no" and replied "kuch nahi, pani pine aaye the"
Abhinav POV
I nodded my head and bit my lips, I really wanted to ask about today's marriage proposal but it may sound creep to him, I glanced at virat's face and found him off
Mustering up the courage, I asked "bhai, vo... Aaj rishta ka kya hua, khushkhabri hai?" I smiled to clear off the air but watching virat's face Falling pale, I knitted my eyebrows
Virat nervously chuckled and keeping his hand on my shoulder, he shaked his head in "no" and replied "nahi, rishta pakka nahi hua"
He smiled sadly and went away after patting my shoulder
The sudden rush of happiness grew into me, A genuine smile formed on my face and celebrating internally, I quickly get into my room again
My eyes fell on abhiraj, who was sleeping peacefully till now
My eyes softened and I laid next to him, I was really excited to tell him that marriage isn't fixed but didn't wanted to ruin his sleep
I blew off the lamp and covering both of us with quilt, I drifted to sleep

Morning, 8 am
The house was filled with an peaceful silence, The ladies of the house were engrossed in their home chores, while Virat and sarpanch was sitting on charpai in aangan and were discussing about some paper works and village managements
Abhinav and abhiraj came downstairs, Abhiraj was wearing a parrot-green kurta with white lower, Ruffling his hairs, he came to sarpanch and bent to touch his feet followed by abhinaav
"Sukhi raho beta" Sarpanch smiled and patted his and abhinav's shoulder
They both sat on the nearby stool and looked at the work, sarpanch collected the paper works and keeping them aside, He took out few photocards
Abhiraj roamed his eyes all over the aangan to find nandini, His smile fell when he couldn't find her, Thinking her marriage is fixed that's why she is not coming outside of her room, His face fell sad
Abhinav spared glance at abhiraj from side and smiled to himself looking at his sad face
Abhiraj was going to look at the floor, when his eyes caught HER
She was wearing a floral light- green suit with small-silver tops in her ear
Abhiraj's eyes lit up looking at her, she was into herself and was doing her work
Her hairs were tied in bun and the dupatta was tied in knot to the side, He followed her movements and gazed at her face admirably
Abhinav caught his eyes and smiled a little watching his brother fell in love
Abhinav POV
I smiled looking at bhai smiling to himself while admiring nandini, I never thought my bhai, who never laid his eyes on any woman will fell in love with someone like this, He looks so adorable in love
The pure smile of his face fluttered my heart, Only if nandini ji would've known, how much her heart would've fluttered
His gaze was wearing the aura of "look of love"
I smiled and looked at saprnach ji again, who was looking at the photocards
I sneakily looked at the photo and my eyebrows frowned
I looked at sarpnach face, which seemed disappointed, He gave those photos to virat bhai and said "In tasveero ko fhek do"
I looked at saprnach ji again and asked "maaf karna baba per kya ham kuch puch sakte hai?"
Baba looked at me and nodding his head, he smiled "haan beta?"
"Baba ye kon hai?" I asked while taking out one photo from virat's bhai hand
By now, abhiraj was looking at us, I showed baba the photocard of a young man, and the colour of his face vanished
He smiled throughly and replied "ye raghuveer hai, inka rishta aaya tha nandini ke liye kal, per pakka nhi hua"
I saw abhiraj being shocked, and my eyebrows frowned even more
Nandini ji and anushka bhabhi came there with plates of four cups of chai and snacks
They both stood there to listen to our talks
"Agar aap aagya de toh aapko ek baat Btau?" I asked with my nose scrunched in disgust
The air became awkward but smiling baba asked to continue "jii kal jab me aur bhai photography ke liye ja rahe the, tabh beech raste me hame ek aadmi mile thi, jinhone khud galti karke apni gaddi per dent lagwa diya tha aur fir sanju bhai per chila rahe the"
Baba's eyes half-closed in confusion, he asked "fir?"

Everyone was shocked after knowing about the incident,
"Tabhi toh jab urmila ji aayi thi toh unhone aate hi btaya tha ki unki gaddi divar se bheedh gyi thi" I heard virat bhai saying

As they all were talking about this, at the same time, sanju entered
He gave the jug to Saraswati and came forward to touch sarpnach's feet
Baba patted his head and asked "beta, kal iss aadmi se mile the kya aap" Baba asked while showing sanju the photocard
Sanju nervously laughed and nodded his head, Sanju further explained the incident to baba,
Everyone was purely in disgust with his behaviour, Baba patted Sanju's head and thanking him for the information, he let him go
"Chalo aachi baat hai, Ese logo ke sath rishta nahi hua, Ham thode dukhi the unke vyavahar se pranatu abh hamara Dil halka hua hai" Baba said with an genuine smile on his face, The wrinkles around his eyes stiffened and he smiled causing his eyes to close, Abhiraj looked at him and smiled knowing exactly from where Nandini's eye smile was inherited from
"Hamne kaha tha nah, jo hota hai achhe ke liye hota hai, hame Parmatma per bharosa rakhna chahiye" Anushka whispered to nandini who was standing beside her
Nandini looked at her from the side and with an smile nodded her head
The silence in the house was replaced with an happiness in air now, everyone was happy knowing about the real personality of the raghuveer's family
The whole day was spent in an snap,
Virat, anushka, nandini, abhiraj and abhinav, they all spent a well conversation session together which roop also joined after some time
Evening time, 5 pm

Everyone was sitting in anushka and virat's room and were having a great time
"Aur aap bhar-desh me kab tak rahe hai?" Roop asked to abhiraj eagerly
The annoyment she used to feel for him was gone and excitement to know about foreign filled her heart
"Lagbhag teen saal" abhiraj replied while smiling
"Toh aapko toh bhari-desh ki bhasha bhi aati hogi?" She asked while clapping her hands a little
Everyone adored her childish gestures and abhiraj got shy of the main character energy he was getting right now
He shyly replied "jii ham America gaye the toh hame english aati hai, koi alag bhasha nahi"
"Sach me?" Nandini Interuppted in between and asked
"Jii haan" Abhiraj's heart fluttered with her initiation of talk
Nandini smiled and asked "aap kya kaam karte hai?"
Abhiraj shyly brushed his hairs and said "jii ham rooti enterprises me kaam karte hai aur kitaabe likhte hai"
Nandini's eyes grew with spark learning about his interest for writting books, she was going to ask him about books when she was cutt off by roop, who jumped and asked "rooti enterprises???" Shock was visible on her face
Anushka pulled her arm down and made her sit properly "itna uchalne ki kya baat hai?" She asked
"Rooti enterprises me toh Ashwik bhi kaam karte hai" roop said with amusement in her voice
"Jii haan, ham jab aa rahe the tabh bheem kaka ne btaya tha hame amar Bhai sahab ke baare me" Abhinav replied
Roop' squealed in excitement and they all laughed at her behaviour
Suddenly, They heard ghungroo's voices and before they could react furthur
kids entered inside their room and hugged nandini who was sitting on the edge of the bed, nandini also smiled and patted their head "Aagye aap sab"
Kids nodded their head and pulled nandini's hand
"Didi, aaj aap ne kaha tha ki nirtay seekha-engi" Nandini nodded her head and getting off the bed, she wore her slippers
They all pulled nandini's outside
Virat also stood up and went outside
"Chalo aapko hamari nandini ka hunar dikhate hai" Anushka said and called abhiraj and abhinav outside with her
Abhiraj's eyes fell on nandini, who wore her ghungroo belt on her ankle, Few strands from her loose hair bun fell in front of her face
She stood up and knotted her dupatta on one side,
Virat also bought out the "Tabla" from the room, He sat on the corner
Nandini stood in front of the main entrance
All the kids assigned themselves in line behind her in the aangan and made the "mudra" from their hands
Abhiraj, abhinav and everyone else, sat under the shed of iron plate near chullah and looked at the aangan,
