"Doctor, doctor" maanveer yelled entering hospital holding unconscious aashi in his arms
Aarav was holding shiv's hand tightly, he was scared
Doctors and ward boys came in hurry. They checked aashi
"Hukum,it's police case. We can't admit ranisa without police" doctors said nervously
Maanveer's eyes shoot red, he moved his eyes and grabbed doctor's collar
"Yaha ke raja bhi hum hai aur raj bhi humara chalta hai,agar apni jaan pyari hai,to aashi ki treatment shuru kar" he said dangerously

"Par hukum" doctor was about to argues but stopped seeing Maanveer's dangerous glare
They took her in emergency ward immediately. Maanveer was standing at door sticking. Shiv was on Aarav's lap,scared and confused
Maanveer felt something soft on his fingers. He moved his teary eyes down and saw shiv looking at him innocently and with question eyes. He bend down and kissed his forehead
"Baba,what happned to maasa,she won't leave us,will she" he asked with teary eyes
Maanveer pulled him in hug and caressed his hairs. Aarav wiped his tears
"No beta,nothing will happen to your maasa,she will be fine" maanveer said and kissed his hairs
He stood up "take him to home" he ordered aarav
"I'll call the the driver,i can't leave you alone" aarav said knowing what maanveer must be feeling
"No aarav,go. Mishka must be alone with aashvee" he said "and don't worry about me,i will be fine. Afterall my aashi will need me when she will wake up" he added
Aarav nodded and took shiv in his arms. Maanveer put his hand on Aarav's head,and smiled. Pain was visible in his smile and eyes
"Take care of my kids" maanveer said
"Don't worry bhaisa,they are my kids too" aarav said and gave him assurance
Aarav left and maanveer turned. Again sticked to door. After some minitues, doctor came in hurry
"Hukum,ranisa has lost so much blood. We need blood as soon as possible,and our blood bank is running out of blood as there's lot of cases due to riots" doctors informed
"How we'll get the blood" maanveer asked in worry
"We have another blood bank,but it's other side of city. Send someone to get the blood" doctor said
"Give me address" maanveer said
Doctor gave him address and he asked if he can meet aashi or not,she was half conscious. Doctors allowed him and he entered inside with trembling heart. He saw stitches aroud her head. She half opened her eyes. Maanveer sat beside her holding her hand. She smiled weakly
"Jaana,nothing will happen to you. I won't let anything happen to you. But please stay strong. For me,for shiv,for aashvee,for our family. We have to raise our kids together na. We promised eachother that we'll be eachother's supporters for life time. Please jaana,please stay strong" he said and kissed her hand
"Veer....i..i..know...you're...scared...but...evrything...is...decided..by...god....promise....promise....me...you...wil...take...care...of....our...kids...if...something..happen...to...me....specially...aashvee....she...doesn't...even....know...her...name...promise...me....you'll...take...of...her....please...give...our...kids...mother...love..too..." she said holding her pain
"No jaana,nothing will happen to you,my asshi is strongest and i know that you will fight for your life,for us" maanveer said
"I...love...you...veer..." she whispered
"I love you too jaana" he said and kissed her forehead
Within wasting time,he ran out from hospital. Sitting ok driving seat,he buckled his belt and left roaring his car. He heard the news about riots. His eyes shoot red,jaw clenched. His grip on steering got tighten. Reaching to his destination, he got the blood and returned. Maanveer saw aarav,nityam,shashank and vikram standing there. Her father and brother was also there.He approached them and made eye contact with them. Vikram pulled him in hug without exchanging any words. Maanveer closed his eyes and controlled his tears. He handed blood to nurse
"Is aahvee and shiv fine" he asked to aarav
"Yes bhaisa,shiv is with dadisa and mishka taking care of aashi" aarav said
"Okay" he said
They sat on bench,maanveer leaned to wall shutting his eyes and crossing his hands. Someone started tv and he again heard a news of riots. Doctors came outside
"How's she" maanveer asked
"She is out of danger hukum,and you can meet her after some time" doctor said smiling
Manaveer took breath of relief. Everyone was relaxed now. Aarav called mishka and informed about aashi. After some time,doctors shifted aashi in normal ward. Maanveer was caressing her forehead lovingly, she opened her eyes slowly. Maanveer smiled and kissed her hands. Aashi's expressions changed,she narrowed her eyes
"Jaana,how are you,i told you na,nothing will happen to you" he said and leaned down to place a kiss on her forehead
Aashi pushed him hard and sat on bed,she covered hed body with material laying on bed. Maanveer turned and saw her in confusion. Aashi grabbed injection near by her and warned him
"Stay away from me,who are you" she asked in horror, her hands were trembling
"Jaana" he said and attempted to hold her hand but she again pushed him
"I said stay away,don't try to touch me" she warned him "baba,bhaisaaa" she yelled
In no time,everyone came inside, maanveer was watching her in disbelief
"Baba" she said to her father,her father immidiatley hugged her
"Baba,this man is trying to touch me,please send him away" she said holding her father's shirt tight
Everyone widen their eyes. Jaiveer,her brother looked at maanveer,who had confused face
"Beta,what are you saying,don't you know him" balwant,her father asked
"No dad,how do I know him" she asked in confused, tears in eyes
Maanveer's body started shaking, his hands,his legs and his fingers. His heart was beating fast. He somehow got to know that she,his jaana lost her momery. He didn't knew what to do,but he couldn't see tears in her eyes,specially because of him.Aashi burried her face in his father's chest
"Baba,please tell him to leave" she said
Tear slipped from his eyes. He,without wasting any second, left the room. He was breathing heavily. He held his breaths. He felt someone's hand on his shoulder. He,without turning said "aarav leave me alone" he said
"I know it's difficult for you,but we are together in this jamaisa" he heard jaiveer's voice. He turned and saw tears in his eyes too
"May be my aashu lost her memory, but trust on your love" he said
Maanveer nodded. Doctors came after Checking aashi
"Your doubt was right hukum,she lost her memory" doctor informed . Everyone widen their eyes. Maanveer was expressionless. He left the area without matching anyone's gaze. He reached to empty area. And took a long breath
Her words, her face,her fear because of him,her condition came infront of his eyes. "No baba,how do i know him" he heard her words. Maanveed collapsed with floor holding his hairs
"Ahhhhhhh" he screamed in pain,he cried
Someone came and put his hand on his head. Maaveer turned and saw his father standing. Nityam bend on knees and cupped his cheeks
"My maan and aashi's veer is strong. And you have to beta,aage ka rasta bohot mushkil hai. Shiv aashvee ko apki jarurat hai" he said
Maanveer pulled him in hug and clutched his father's shiry tightly
"Baba,hume aaj tak itna dar nahi laga jitna aaj lag raha hai,wo chahe humse naraj rahe hume manjur hai,par unka yu hume bhool jana hume dard de raha hai,baba please kuch kijiye" he said crying hard
(I never felt this much fear before. I will tolerate her anger but i can't handle this pain that she forgot me. Please do something dad)
"Maan,what has happen to you. You're my strong child" nityam said
"No baba I'm not in aashi's case. I never talked about my love for her but baba i can't live without her. I fucking love her baba" he said crying more
Nityam was amused. Maanveer never got weak,not even in her mother's death. Infact,he handled Eveyone at that time
"Everything will be fine soon beta" nityam said and kissed his hairs
Maanveer pulled out himself, he wiped his tears and stood up. Nityam too stood
"I'll be back soon" he said,jaw clenched
Maanveer left and nityam stood their with confused. He went back to his family
"How's she" nityam asked
"Sleeping" aarav replied
Nityam sat beside aarav. After some minitues, they heard news
"A fire broke out at office of xyx groups. This groups were involved in today's riots. Nobody has the idea that how it happens, but somone found royal car leaving the place just after the fire" reporter said
Aarav and nityam shared horror look. It was maanveer,who did this
Maanveer was on his way to back. He remembered what he did
Manaveer reached the office. He spilled some liquid on floor around the office. Lighting a match,he threw match stick on floor
Tear escaped from maanveer's eyes. He wanted to remain the kind king,but circumstances made him ruthless king,and this time,it was aashi,for him he did something like this
