POV
It's the last day before Christmas break. You and your boyfriend have been caught making out the night before, in an empty corridor (way past curfew).
Instead of giving you regular detention, Dumbledore asks you to decorate the tree in the Great Hall - but *without* using magic...
This is how the boys would react...

Draco Malfoy
Draco looks at the tree and rolls his eyes. "This is pathetic. Why can't the house elves decorate the Christmas tree? My father will hear about this", he hisses. You grin at him and murmur: "Oh blondie..." Draco looks at you with squinted eyes. "Call me that one more time and I'll let you decorate the tree all by yourself, Y/n." You just laugh: "Sure blondie!" and start unpacking the ornaments.
Draco sighs. "I swear on Salazar, I don't need any enemies with you as my girlfriend." You grin even wider. "Babe, I know you love me for keeping you in check. And now help me put this star on top, will ya?" He sighs once more but does as told. (In the end, he starts to enjoy it. He'd never tell you that though...)

Mattheo Riddle
Mattheo looks up at the tree and squints. Without using magic, this is probably gonna take all day...", he murmurs. You grin teasingly. "Is Mattyboy afraid of a challenge?" He furrows his brows and says: "No?! Of course not!" You smile as you hand him the first ornament. "Then get to it, pretty boy." He grunts but starts to hang up the little stars that you give to him.
After a while, he murmurs: "Doesn't look too bad, right?" You chuckle: "Is somebody starting to enjoy the muggle way of life?" Mattheo exhales loudly and starts tickling you. "You... really... are... something...", he presses out in between laughs. (In the end, the tree looks FABULOUS!)

Theodore Nott
Theo sighs: "I wish Dumbledore would've made us decorate one of the trees outdoors." You furrow your brows and ask: "Why's that?!" He clicks his tongue. "Well, then I could've at least taken a puff of my cig every now and then." You roll your eyes. "Teddy, you know I want you to stop with that anyway. Don't go crying on me now", you murmur and put a heavy box full of ornaments in his hands. He chuckles: "I know, I know!" Starting to pick out cute straw stars, he carefully places them on the tree one by one.
You watch him and are surprised how beautifully he arranges everything. "Have you done this before?", you ask. He shrugs. "My Mum always used to decorate the house, but after she passed, my father didn't continue the tradition so... I just did it by myself." You look at him sad. "Every year?" He nods. "Yes, every year." You let out a breath. "Theo, I'm so sorry, I didn't know..."
He shakes his head and mutters: "It's okay, you couldn't know." "Do you want me to do it alone? You really don't have to if you don't want", you offer worried. Theo looks up at the tree and smiles. "No. This feels a little bit like old times. It's been ages since I wasn't decorating by myself." You wrap your arms around him and give him a gentle kiss. "I love you, you know that right?", you whisper. He smiles. "I love you more."

Lorenzo Berkshire
Enzo looks up at the tree questioningly. "I've never decorated a Christmas tree without magic before, have you?" You nod. "Yeah, as a kid I did." Enzo smiles at you and claps his hands. "Alright, then talk me through it!" You grin. "I love the energy." Pointing to the boxes with ornaments, you begin to hand him little stars and balls.
He stares at the hooks confused. "Wait, am I doing this right?!" You show him how to bend the little wire so they firmly hold the ornament in place. Enzo lifts his eyebrows. "Wow, muggles have it so much harder than we do, don't you think?" You grin. "Maybe. But thankfully, most of them don't believe in magic..."

Pansy Parkinson
Pansy looks at the tree and rolls her eyes. "This is even worse than sitting in a classroom for detention." You raise an eyebrow. "Pans, you really think decorating a Christmas tree is no fun?You can't be serious" She shrugs: "I mean, decorating without magic is muggle stuff." You look at her accusatory. "You really shouldn't have said that, babe."
She furrows her brows. "And why's that?" You flash her a devilish smile. "Because now, I'll let you decorate it all by yourself, honey." Before she can protest, you continue: "Just to make you feel like a muggle for the first time in your perfect pure-blooded life." Pansy grunts: "You and your morals." (She'll pretend to hate it yet the tree ends up being the most elegant the school has ever seen...)

Tom Riddle
Tom stares at the tree and draws out his wand. You quickly grab his wrist and warn: "Tom, Dumbledore told us to use NO magic." He rolls his eyes. "How would he even know? This is pathetic. I'm not standing around decorating a tree like a muggle." Before you can stop him, he casts 'Wingardium Leviosa' to levitate the ornaments up on the tree. After only a minute, he's done and smiles at you arrogantly.
"See? Now that the tree is decorated, we get to use detention for more... useful things." You lift one brow. "You really think you can trick Dumbledore, don't you?" Before tom can answer, a loud noise rings out. Suddenly, all the Christmas decor comes crashing down to the floor. Tom stares at it aghast while you chuckle: "Told you so. Ain't nobody fooling professor Dumbledore. Not even you, Tom."
