After careful planning and memorizing, the day to enact the storm drain plan came upon the group. While Willy was buzzing with excitement, the rest of the group was trying to push their fears to the side. Of course Abacus, Lottie, Piper, and Larry were worried about being caught and arrested but Mallie was worried about something else. Willy, Noodle,Abacus, Lottie, Piper, and Larry were in the laundry room discussing the final details while Mallie sat off to the side almost in a daydream. Noodle noticed her away from the group and walked over.

"Something wrong Mallie?" Noodle asked, taking a seat next to her. Mallie just sighed and but her face in her hands

"I'm just worried about Willy" she eventually mumbled, "I'm scared he's gonna get hurt again by the chief of police. I saw what happened last time and I was horrified. I don't think i can go through that again"

Noodle pulled in Mallie for a tight hug, feeling her shake made Noodles' heart hurt even more. After a minute, Noodle pulled away as Mallie tried to wipe her tears.

"It's gonna be alright" Noodle promised, "we've been preparing for this and we're ready, you've just gotta trust everyone. Mallie smiled, wiping away the rest of her tears

"I do" she promised

Abacus's voice interrupted their conversation, making them turn around to look at him

"Its showtime"

---

Mallie listened with Piper and Lottie as Willy sang to the dumped man.

'So the taxis never stop

The girls think you're a flop

You're wet and cold, you're getting old, your confidence is shot (it's true)

When people look at you

They seem to look straight through

Or like you're something brown they found upon the bottom of their shoe

Have you been following me?

But this should lift the gloom

My giraffe-milk macaron

Just take a chance and you'll be dancing to a different tune

Goodbye to feeling small

And frightened of it all

Just eat a few of these and you'll be feeling ten feet tall'

Willy got the man more confidence and got him back with his girl, while also selling a lot of chocolate. Before the chief of police could do anything, Willy jumped into the drain where Lottie, Piper, and Mallie were. We all began jumping with excitement at a successful execution, still full of adrenaline, Willy picked Mallie up and she began giggling with excitement. After a couple of spins, Willy put her down but kept his arms holding her sides.

"You were amazing" Mallie beamed to which Willy did a small smile,

"All thanks to you" They both smiled at each other

"Not to get in your whole flirting session, but we've gotta go" Piper said, with that Willy and Mallie stepped away for each other and headed away in fear of the chief

--

The next day, Mallie decided to join Willy outside the storm drain. Willy and Mallie are in a train car when they hear two ladies talking about Wonka's chocolates.

'Have you tried his new one? (No)

Oh, you've got to have a go'

Suddenly Willy and Mallie appear, Willy singing as Mallie holds out the chocolate jar

'Just pop one in and everything becomes a Broadway show

The ladies began to dance,

The news that makes you gasp

The jokes that make you laugh

All that you say and do all day will be choreographed'

The train cart begins to dance and Mallie collects the money. When the train cart goes over a storm drain, they jump in before the chief of police can catch them.

Mallie stands watch as Willy sings to the men in the parlor about his hair repair eclairs.

'Behold my hair repair eclair

It's made from ground vanilla

From the markets of Manila

Take heed, eat more than three, and you'll end up like a gorilla'

She giggles as she watches the hairless cat grow hair.

Willy and Mallie are in the storm drain listening to the chief of police,

'Well, there's chocolate

And there's chocolate

Only Wonka's makes you hop around the clockelet

Put your hand into your pockelet, get yourself

Oh, put a sock in it

Make sure they're all frisked

Have you ever had chocolate like this?

I've never had chocolate like this (never had chocolate like this)'

They double high five as they have yet to be caught.

--

That night Willy, Noodle, and Mallie are all in Willy's room. Noodle is attempting to help Mallie teach Willy how to read.

'Well, there's literate and illiterate

Can you tell me what this word is?'

'Not a bit of it'

Mallie hits Willys arm at his response,

"I taught you some things" Mallie argued

"That you have," Willy confirmed but looks back at Noodle "I just like messing with her"

Noodle hits Willy with her pointer and the 3 of them laugh and then Noodle continues,

'Well, that's a vowel and that's a consonant

What's that now? You're talking nonsense

I should call it quits'

Just as Noodle said that, Abacus opens up the armoire drawer to reveal him with stacks of sovereigns.

'But you've never sold chocolate like this'

--

The next day, Willy is selling chocolates at a stand near the church and Mallie is helping to collect the money. Just then, the church bells ring and the previously dumped man and his girlfriend are now married.

'We have just tied the knot and it's

All because of Wonka's chocolate

Off to a life of bliss'

Mallie smiled at the couple and turned to the customers, holding up the money jar and began to sing.

'You've never had chocolate like this'

Willy turned to Mallie as the town people began to sing and wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her closer. They both smiled and began to sign with them,

'No, we've never had chocolate

No, we've never had chocolate like this'

--

Mallie relaxed in her room, still in bliss from the past couples of days going just how they wanted. When she heard a knock at the door, she opened to see Willy with-

"Why do you have a picnic basket?" She asked

Willy smiled and waved the basket near his face,

"I thought we could go out for a picnic to celebrate the past couple of days"

Mallie smiled at his response, " Sounds like you want to take me out on a date" Mallie teased, but it made Willy smiles turn even wider

"Glad you finally got the hint"

Mallies face turned red, what hint?

"Hint?" Mallie squeaked

"Of course," Willy said, taking Mallie hands in his, "I've been waiting for you to realize that I like you romantically, but there's no time to dwell on the past"

Still holding her hand, Willy guides Mallie out her room and they begin to walk. Willy turns to look at her, Mallie still red.

"Let the date begin"

Mallie and Willy sat on a red checkerboard blanket in the park. They eat some oddly good sandwiches and look up at the stars.

"Willy, where did you get these sandwiches from?" Mallie asks, still eating hers

" I got them from a sandwich shop in town from our earrings" he replies, Mallie smacks his arm making him wince

"You're supposed to use that on your chocolate shop dream" Mallie scolds

Willy smiled are looked at her,

"Lets just said I modified my dream"

"Modified?"

Willy inched closer to Mallie, shamelessly putting his arm around her.

"These past weeks should've been the worst weeks of my life, stuck in Scrubbits and not being able to sell my chocolates, but they weren't. You've made my life so much brighter and I couldn't think of my life without you. So my new dream if you agree, is to open the chocolate shop with you by my side"

Mallie's eyes were welling up with tears at Willys speech, but with a speech so heartfelt she knew she wouldn't brush her feelings to the side. Mallie jumped into Willys arms, knocking him down on the ground. Mallie lifted herself up to look him in the eyes.

"Yes! Yes! Yes"

Willy smiled at lifted himself up and pulled her into a hug,

"Im so glad" he whispered in her ear

They pulled apart, Willys arm still holding her.

"May i kiss you?" he quietly asked

With a small nod, Willy leaned in and kissed her. It didn't feel like fireworks, but like a burning flame, growing even stronger the longer the kiss continued. They pulled away and stared into each other's eyes. Willy kissed her on the forehead and pulled her in for another hug.

"Now that i'm past all the nerves of that" Willy  says nervously laughing, "i need your help"

"With what?" Mallie asked

"I need to catch the orange man"
