its been a couple of hours and me and mattheo are the only two still in the hottub, blaise and kai went in earlier cause blaise got pissed and thought he was gonna throw up so kai went with him to make sure he was okay and since then they just stayed inside and fell asleep on the sofa, some disney film on the tv
"hey come here" mattheo says to me from the other side of the hottub, i walk over, still in the water from my waist down. he grabs my hips and pulls me down onto his lap so im straddling him
"what are you thinking about hm?" he asks looking into my eyes
"nothing much, its so calm out here with you" i smile to him
"yeah a lot calmer now that blaise is asleep" he laughs and i agree
i lean forward as we hug in silence, just enjoying each others company
"hey ana?" he asks, not pulling away from the hug
"yeah?" i respond
"i think im in love with you" he says
oh my godddd. my heart skipped a beat as he said that, i genuinely thought i was going to pass out
"hey mattheo.."
"yeah?"
"i think im in love with you too" i say, smiling into his neck
he holds my neck and pulls me back slightly so we're face to face. he pulls me back in and kisses me deeply. we just sit there for a while kissing and smiling at eachother, both just thinking about how we've found 'the one'.
