Interactions on Red Force after Marineford
Shanks:
(Y/N) was partying with the Red Haired pirates when Shanks spoke up to her. "So, (Y/N). When did you join Luffy's crew?"
"Oh now that's a story. The short version is that I was actually trying to kill the boy!" (Y/N) nervously laughed.
Shanks wore a shocked expression on his face. "Kill him?! Why were you—"
"I was a former bounty hunter, remember?" (Y/N) cut the redhead off, before taking a sip of her booze. "To be honest with you... I'm happy I accepted Luffy's offer. I've dreamed of becoming a pirate after my father left home. So when Luffy asked, I happily accepted. I pondered the idea of killing the boy after I gained his trust and cashing in on his bounty, but it was too late. I fell in love with the crew. They grew on me in ways I never dreamed of. On top of that, I began to discover more and more about myself, like who my father became and how my mother was a Celestial Dra—" (Y/N) covered her mouth before Sharks and her shared a blank look at each other for a few seconds. "Never mind." (Y/N) innocent waved off her slip up, looking away from everyone as nervous sweat dripped down the side of her face.
"WHAT?!" Shanks and his crew screamed at the (h/c) haired woman.
"That's a whole other situation." (Y/N) nervously laughed once more.
"You can't make a slip up like that and expect us not to ask!" Shanks yelled in shock before questioning. "Does that mean you're a—"
"Yes. It does, well at least I assume so." (Y/N) looked down at the booze in her hand. "I heard my family was denounced of their title or something?"
"The Donquixote Family?" Shanks sternly questioned the woman.
(Y/N) looked up at the man, shocked from his words. "How did you..."
"Donquixote Doflamingo. Do your best to remember that name." (Y/N) wore confusion on her face as Shanks waved off the topic. "Nevertheless, you would still be considered a Celestial Dragon. Donquixote Homing was the only Celestial Dragan known for withdrawing his title to live as a commoner meaning his wife and sons also lost their titles. Anyone outside of his kin still held their titles, meaning someone like you."
(Y/N) nodded at the captain. "It's still shocking to hear myself... Doflamingo and Homing, huh? I've never heard any names of my relatives before. I've always felt lost when it came to my family, so it's hard to swallow the fact I have actual blood relatives. Rather depressing, I know. But that brings us back to what we were talking about prior. My actual family, the Straw Hats."
(Y/N) smiled brightly at the Red-Haired pirates making them all shield their eyes. "Too... bright! She's too adorable... It burns!! It burns!!!" The crew yelled at the (h/c) haired woman. (Y/N) went on and on about her crew mates, sharing adventures and tales to the Red-Haired Pirates as they partied.
Yasopp:
A man with dreads wearing a white cape with stars on it walked up to (Y/N). "What's it like being in Luffy's crew?"
"Oh where do I start. Crazy!" The two shared a laugh. "Absolutely fun, excitement at every turn. But what I love about the crew the most is how we end up coming together at the end. It's like the universe knows we belong together."
"Sounds like you're describing one hell of the crew. You Straw Hats are something else. I heard you declared war on the World Government?" The man curiosity asked.
"Oh hell yeah we did. They tried to take Robin from us. We weren't about to let that happen right in front of us." (Y/N)'s eyes beamed with excitement. "Let me tell you the best part! Our sniper sent his Flame Star straight at the World Government flag! Burned the fucker to a crisp."
"Woah, didn't know you guys had a sniper." The man looked at (Y/N) with awe im his eyes.
"Yep! He's shot is incredible. Ya know,
the man uses a sling shot?! He might be a coward at time, even a big lier, but Usopp is there when you need him the most..." (Y/N) watched the man spit out his drink in shock. "You okay??!!"
He coughed a bit before asking. "Did you say Usopp?!"
"Um yeah? That's our sniper's name. Speaking of names, what's yours again?" (Y/N) tilted her head in suspicion.
"Yasopp..." A few seconds of silence ran between the two before (Y/N) grabbed him by the collar of his shirt.
"YOU DEADBEAT DAD!! YOU BETTER START TALKING, YASOPP!" (Y/N) angrily screamed at the man causing silence on the ship. The woman's death aura around her scared all of the pirates around her. "I think we need to go somewhere more private..." (Y/N) irritatedly said before pulling the man by his ear into the sleeping quarters.
"Ooo Yasopp's in trouble with the lady." A man said making the other's laugh. (Y/N) whipped her way towards the pirate, scaring the hell out him.
Finally the two reach the sleeping quarters, (Y/N) threw Yassop inside before turning to the silent pirates. "Get back to partying boys!"
"Yes ma'am!" The Red-Haired pirates happily cheered before starting up the celebration again.
(Y/N) put her hands on her hips, glaring down at her crew mate's father. "I want to hear one thing from you and I think you know what it is."
Yasopp rubbed his ear in pain. "Yeah. I know. I'm sorry for leaving Usopp behind when I did, but—"
"But you wanted to live freely." (Y/N) sighed and sat on one of the beds. "So you ran off to become a pirate. Am I correct?"
Yasopp looked at the (h/c) haired woman with soft eyes of admiration. "Yes... I do regret leaving my wife and son behind... But I've never regretted giving up on my dream."
"It's not my place to forgive you on that matter, so don't ask for forgiveness from me." (Y/N) smiled at the man in front of her. "I will tell you one thing... Your son still speaks highly of his father to this day. Yes he hates that you left, but I believe in my heart that that Usopp still wants his dad in his life. I also believe he still longs to meet his father and share a bond between him. And I can tell.. you want to meet him too."
Yasopp looked away from (Y/N). The man balled his hands into fist before the two shared a long moment of silence. (Y/N) sighed before standing up to leave the quarter, feeling like the conversation was over. Yasopp didn't try to stop her, but he called out to the woman before she left the door. "(Y/N)..." The (h/c) haired woman hummed in response, her hand on the door's handle. "Thank you." (Y/N) grinned at his words before waving him off as she left the quarters behind her.
~Three Week Time Skip, (Y/N) still traveling with Red Haired pirate~
Buggy (who hitched a ride on the Red Force because I wanted to (Y/N) to interact with him >:3.):
(Y/N) loomed over the sleeping Buggy's head. Buggy's face scrunched up from the sudden shadow on his face. The man slowly opened his eyes, blinking a few times as he stared at the (h/c) haired woman above him. "ACK!! WHAT THE HELL, (Y/N)?!" (Y/N) backed up from the screaming man, allowing the clown to sit up. "What's your problem huh?!"
The woman wore a curious expression on her face. "Can I touch it?"
Buggy looked at her confused for a few seconds. "Touch what?"
"Your nose." (Y/N) said bluntly, waving the clown off as if it was an obvious answer.
"What did you say?!!" Buggy angrily grabbed her by the collar, pulling the woman closer to him.
(Y/N) put her hands up in defense, awkwardly looking away from the clown. "I asked to touch your nos—"
"NO!!" Buggy yelled at her before letting her go.
"But whyyy? It looks so boop-able. Is it real? Does it honk?" (Y/N) got inches close his face, tilting her head as she inspected the large red nose.
Buggy blushed from how close she was before pushing her back. "Yes, it's real. No, it doesn't honk. And what the hell does boop-able mean?!"
"Boop!" (Y/N) did a light tap on her own nose. "See, it's harmless. Lemme do it!" The woman had stars in her eyes when she spoke.
"Still no." Buggy wore a bored expression on his face. "Now get lost before I flashily make you!"
(Y/N) pouted from his response. "SHANKSSS!! BUGGY WON'T LET ME TOUCH HIS NOSEEE!!"
Buggy irritatedly got up in her face, grabbing her collar once more. "Don't call for Shanks, you idiot! It's not like I would let you anyways!!"
"Buggy! Let (Y/N) touch your nose!!" Shanks yelled from the outside the sleeping quarters. "I've heard it honks."
"Oh now I'm definitely going to..." (Y/N) evilly looked at Buggy making the clown gulp. Screaming was heard from the room before Buggy ran out with (Y/N) chasing right after him. "GET BACK HERE! I WANNA HERE IT HONK!"
"ALL YOU STRAW HATS ARE INSANE JUST LIKE YOUR CAPTAIN!!" Buggy screamed out as he ran.
"HELL YEAH WE ARE!! NOW GET BACK HERE AND SHOW ME THAT NOSE!" The Red-Haired pirates watched (Y/N) chase the clown around the deck before bursting into laugher from (Y/N)'s words.
Shanks grabbed the back of (Y/N)'s collar before she ran past him. "That's enough, (Y/N)."
"But Shanks..." (Y/N) looked up at the man with puppy dog eyes. "You said it honks!!"
The red head chuckled at the woman in front of him. "Yeah I know what I said, but I think you've terrorized that clown enough. Haven't you?"
"Oh yeah. Definitely." (Y/N) placed her hands on her hips with an accomplished look on her face. "Anyways, when are we heading back to Sabaody? I'm so ready to see my crew again."
"Actually, that's why I stopped you." Shanks looked up to the sea. "Turn around and you'll have your answer."
(Y/N) turned in confusion before seeing the archipelago. The woman ran to Red's railing, leaning out with a huge smile. "I'm on my way, you guys!!" (Y/N) softened her smile when she remembered the state Luffy was in. 'I hope he's going to be okay...'
Shanks placed a hand in her shoulder. "You are your crew will be reunited soon and there's a message I want you to pass on to Luffy for me." (Y/N) looked back at Shanks in confusion. "I can't wait to see you again, in the New World."
The (h/c) haired woman smiled from Shanks words before placing her hand on his. "You have my word he'll hear your message." (Y/N) grabbed her right sickle, turning back to the scared Buggy. "Hey Shanks. You wanna see something cool?"
Shanks looked down at her confused by her words and actions, but he spoke with excitement. "Do I ever?!"
Without another word the woman reeled back her arm, aiming at Buggy. The clown stared at her in shock before giving her a cocky look on his face. "If you think you're gonna slice me with that, remember my Chop Chop fru—" Buggy was cut off by long vine flying straight at his face.
"And..." (Y/N) stopped the vine before it reached his nose, allowing it to lightly tap on the big red nose. "Boop." She snickered at the Red Haired pirate's shocked reactions as she retracted the vine, spinning her sickle's handed on her finger before placing it back in its sleeve.
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" Shanks screamed out for his crew.
(Y/N) laughed before she explained her blade to the men before her. The Red Haired pirates cheered in awe from her words. "While I'm showing off, would you like to see my second devil fruit?"
"WHAT?! Does your other sickle have one??" Shanks asked in sheer shock.
"Nope. I will be getting one for her though, but to answer your question. I'm a user myself." (Y/N) smiled at the shocked captain. "Don't you remember when I 'vanished' soon after I first woke up? I've eaten the Air Air fruit. Allow me to show you." The woman held up her hand to Shanks, pushing the man back a few feet with the air pressure against him. Before he could question her, she disappeared and reappear behind him. The crew stared in awe as (Y/N) tapped Shanks' shoulder making him turn around.
"AHH!! WHAT THE HELL?!" Shanks looked at her in disbelief. "No wonder they call you the Yurei."
"Mhm! I've spooked my crew plenty of times doing the same trick." (Y/N) laughed before walking towards Shanks, passing right through him and looking out to the archipelago once more. "I'm practically untouchable unless my enemy uses something like sea water or Haki. Don't you guys remember when I was flying around at Marineford." (Y/N) tilted her head at the Red-Haired pirates reminding them of her ability to fly and travel great distances in seconds from her sonic booms.
Shanks smiled at the woman before her. "I bet you're going to become quite a strong pirate."
"Who said I'm not already?" (Y/N) cockily smirked at the man behind her making the Red Haired pirates cheer and party even harder.
On Sabaody Archipelago
(Y/N) had to use her devil fruit's power to mask herself from the marines still on the archipelago searching for herself and her crew. Eventually, (Y/N) made her way back to Shakky's Rip-Off Bar.
The woman opened the door slowly to see Camie, Hachi, Pappag, Shakky and Rayleigh. "Hello, everyone." (Y/N) said in a sheepishly voice.
"(Y/N)?! You're back!" Camie tried to run to her side, but the mermaid's fin didn't allow her. (Y/N) smiled and walked up to her, the two hugged one another tightly before Camie let her go. "What happened to your eye?! And the others? Where is everyone??"
(Y/N)'s (e/c) colored right eye filled with absolute sadness. "I... I don't know..." Shakky poured her a drink as (Y/N) explained all the events that happened to her and her crew up until this point.
"(Y/N)... I'm sorry.." Hachi looked at her with concern in his eyes. The woman nodded her head at the fish man, refusing to look at anyone in the room. Her hair covered her eyes as she downed the drink given to her.
"What are you planning to do now?" Rayleigh sternly questioned the woman.
"Wait..." (Y/N) finally looked at Rayleigh with a sad smile on her face. "They'll be back. I know they will."
The bar fell silent for a while as Shakky poured (Y/N) another drink. The woman was about to down the glass, but Rayleigh stopped her. "Drinking won't help the pain... What you need is to get your mind off them and focus on yourself for a bit. Take a look at this." Rayleigh placed a newspaper on the bar beside her.
(Y/N) looked at the paper in shock, Luffy was on the front page. "He's okay..." She smiled at the fact before looking at the writing on Luffy's arm. "3D/2Y."
Rayleigh spoke down to her. "Have any idea what it means?"
"Yeah..." (Y/N) placed the newspaper down on the table before looking up at Rayleigh. "Luffy told the crew to meet back up here in three days before we departed from the bar. I guess this is his way of telling the crew to wait... two years."
Camie, Pappag and Hachi looked at (Y/N) in shock. "Two years?! Why so long??!"
Rayleigh spoke for the (h/c) haired woman. "It's because these rookies are too weak for the New World and her captain knows it."
"Yeah... and he's right. We are." (Y/N)'s hair covered her eyes once more. "But what the hell am I supposed to do now? I've unknowingly disobeyed my captain's orders..."
"That's not true, (Y/N)! You said it yourself, you didn't know!" Camie shouted at the (h/c) haired woman with tears forming in her eyes. (Y/N) didn't say anything to her, she just stared at the drink below her.
Rayleigh crossed his arms, looking at the (h/c) haired woman. "Unknowingly or not, she did disobey her captain's orders and it's up to Luffy to forgive her or not." Hachi tried to defend the woman, but Rayleigh cut him off. "Whatever the consequences you may face, you still need to question yourself. (Y/N), what are you planning to do now?"
The (h/c) haired woman stayed silent from the question. "Isn't it obvious? I have to train." (Y/N) looked back up to Rayleigh. "Even if I disobeyed my captain's orders, that doesn't excuse the need I have to get stronger... When I face Luffy again, I will stand strong and accept whatever the consequences may be."
Rayleigh stood in silence, glaring down the (h/c) haired woman for a few moments before smiling at her. "That's the answer I was looking for." Rayleigh placed a hand on (Y/N) shoulder, squeezing it softly. "How about this? I'll train you myself."
(Y/N) widened her (e/c) eyes in shock. "Really?! You would do that for me??"
Rayleigh nodded his head in confirmation before asking her a rather serious question. "Have you ever heard of 'Haki' before?"
"Yes... my crew and I had a run in with Admiral Aokijii before. He claimed that I used Haki. But before I could question him, I ended up blacking out from an unseen wave of exhaustion." (Y/N) scratched the back of her head in confusion. "Another strange phenomenon that happened to me was when the crew invaded Enel's Lobby. I suddenly heard Robin's and Franky's voices even though they were miles away from me. I was even able to pinpoint their location, so I chased after them. Mid chase, I started to hear the marines' voices from below me. Even though I was leaping on top of tall buildings, their voices were clearly heard as if they were standing right in front of me. The pain in my head was absolutely unbearable..."
"Sounds like you unknowingly awakened your Kenbunshoku Haki." (Y/N) looked up at Rayleigh confused by the term. "It's also known as Observation Haki. It gives you something like a six sense, allowing you to sense the presence of others even they are miles away from you like you said. The type of Haki is allows the user to successfully predict their opponent's movements before they even make them."
(Y/N) stared at Rayleigh in shock. "You mean I can do stuff like that?!!"
"With training, yes. By yourself? Hahaha!" Rayleigh's laughter made (Y/N) irritatedly look at the man. "Anyways, we'll start your training in two weeks."
"Two weeks?! Why so long away??"
Rayleigh grabbed his cape and threw it over his shoulders. "I have some business to take care of. I'll be back in two weeks. In the meantime." The man looked over at Shakky. "Would you find her a safe place to stay?"
Shakky smoked her cig before talking. "Don't worry about that. I have some friends that own me some cash. I'll talk to them about getting you a place, (Y/N)." Shakky smiled at the (h/c) haired woman in front of her before grabbing something under the counter. "But you'll unfortunately need something to hide that beautiful face of yours. I'm sure you'll get spotted by bounty hunters or marines if you don't cover up." Shakky placed a beautiful kitsune mask on the table.
(A/N: This will be how (Y/N)'s hair will be styled at the end of the 2 year skip. (Y/N) will have longer hair than Nami, but will style it in a bun due to constant combat she will endure. **NOT MY ART**)
~One year and Six months Time Skip~
Sabaody Archipelago Black Market
(Y/N) was strolling through the black market, not really on the hunt for anything. She won big time at the gambling house with Pops, nickname she gave her mentor Rayleigh although he 'hates' it, so (Y/N) was looking for something to spend her cash on. 'Everything thing here is garbage or was too expensive.' (Y/N) thought as she entered a rundown bar and headed to the back room. "How can I help you, miss?" The bartender called out to her.
"Shakubuku." (Y/N) said calmly as she continued to the back. The term she used is common in the Lawless Area, Groves 1-29, meaning that someone was here to shop and not cause trouble. The bartender didn't say anything back to the (h/c) haired woman in a kitsune mask, allowing her to pass through peacefully.
(Y/N) walked through the small shop set up in the back of the rundown bar when someone spoke up. "Ya looking to buy or sell, baby cakes?" A plus-sized woman sitting at a desk in the back spoke up.
"Buy... only if you have anything useful." (Y/N) calmly said as she crouched down looking at a few jars. 'Nothing but poisons and medicines yet again.'
"Useful?" The woman grabbed (Y/N)'s attention making her stand up and nod at the shopkeeper. "I think I got just the thing you're looking for. But it's gonna be pricey, sugar." The shopkeeper spun around, grabbing a small chest behind her. "This is the rarest and more expensive item I got. Can't seem to sell it due to the high price and gamble ya take with your life!"
(Y/N)'s interests were peaked as she walked up to the shopkeeper's desk. "Have ya ever heard of a Devil Fruit?" The masked woman didn't say a word when the shopkeepers opened the box. 'A white pineapple with blue accents on its rind... interesting.' (Y/N) grinned under her mask as the shopkeeper smirked up at her. "Again, sweet stuff, the price is high. 200 million berries."
"You're right, too high. 130 million." (Y/N) said with a smirk.
"Ah. Willing to buy, aren't ya? 180 million." The shopkeeper held the box in her hands, greed radiating off her.
"150 and I'll give you the cash now." The woman's eyes widen in total shock when she heard (Y/N) would pay her in cash.
"Do you even go that much?! What are you twenty? Maybe—" The shopkeeper got cut off by (Y/N) slamming down a briefcase on the table.
"Look for yourself." The masked woman irritatedly spoke.
The shopkeeper quickly looked in the briefcase seeing that the money was there and real. She laughed hysterically for a moment before yelling. "We got the cash! Now get her boys!!"
(Y/N) already knew about the four men hiding around her, thanks to her training and Observation Haki. Quickly, the woman held up both of her hands like finger guns. Firing two air bullets from each hand, successfully and silently taking out the men before they could even reveal themselves. "W-WHAT THE HELL?!" The shopkeeper cowered in fear away from the masked woman before her.
"That wasn't very nice of you, sweet stuff." (Y/N) slammed the devil fruit chest closed, snatching it off the table. "Tell any more of your men to follow me and I'll come back to finish you off." (Y/N) started to walk out of the shop, but turned back to the frightened shopkeeper. "Oh. Where can I find someone who can feed this to a weapon."
"G-Grove 15..." The shopkeepers sheepishly spoke back. And with the new information, (Y/N) headed off.
After getting the devil fruit infused into her left sickle, (Y/N) headed back to the apartment Shakky found for her. She took off her mask and sat on the wooden chair in front of the dining table, placing the mask on the table along with a bundle in front of her. Wrapping it open carefully, (Y/N) revealed her left sick. "Hm.. how do I activate this one.." (Y/N) placed her head in her hand in deep ponder. "How about this. I'll read you some of my logs? That way you can get an idea of what your new crew is like!" (Y/N) grabbed her bag, rummaging through it to find her log book.
"Alright.. where should I start? First let's introduce you to your new crew mates! See there's your captain, Luffy, he's a crazy and joyful boy. One thing I like about him the most is..." (Y/N) happily went on and on about her crew mates before reading her logs to her sickle. (Y/N) joked and laughed about all adventures the Straw Hats have been on until the memories were much for the woman to bear. Tears began to form in (Y/N)'s eyes and her voice shook when she spoke. "But they're all gone now... we're supposed to meet up in another six months, but what if they don't come back? What if I'm the only one left? I still don't know where they are..." (Y/N) buried her head in her arms, sobbing on the table before her.
A few sad moments past before (Y/N) felt a something furry brush against her hand. The (h/c) haired woman slowly looked up at the small creature in front of her. "AHH!!" (Y/N) fell back in the chair she was in. The little creature flew up in the air, frightened by the woman's actions. (Y/N) slowly stood up, putting the chair back in its place before holding her hands up. "Woah. Hey there, buddy. Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you..." (Y/N) looked at the table to see her sickle missing. "Are you my left sickle??"
The creature coo'd in response before landing on the table. (Y/N) quickly sat back down in front of it. "What are you? You look like those fantasy creatures. What was it again... a griffin I think?" The creature happily coo'd at her answer. "Wow... that devil fruit must have been one of those ancient Zoan ones. For 150 million, too? That shopkeeper really didn't know what she had!" (Y/N) laughed making the small griffin tilt his head in confusion.
"Anyways..." (Y/N) looked at the griffin. "How do you feel about joining the Straw Hats along side me? I'm sure the crew will happily accept you." The griffin happily flew on the woman's shoulder, rubbing his face on hers. (Y/N) giggled at the furry little creature. "Hm... I should give you a name, shouldn't I? I was thinking about one earlier, how about Pluto?" The griffin happily coo'ed in response. "Alright! Pluto it is." Pluto coo'ed again, happily flying around the dining room making (Y/N) laugh.
(Y/N) stood up, holding her arms in the air. Pluto dove into (Y/N)'s chest, the woman hugged the little griffin with happy tears in her eyes. "Welcome to the Straw Hats, Pluto!"
"Pluto! Small Boy!"
"Pluto! Big Boy!"
"Pluto! Retract!" - Left sickle with a griffin's tail on the end of its handle, looks like the tail on Pluto's 'Small Boy' form.
