Ah Jeez. First day of school and I'm not with anyone I know. Bummer.
"Alright class, we have a new student joining us today. Would you like to come in and introduce yourself?" The teacher asked as she looked through the doorway
Probably just another girl or guy. Who's transferring here on their 4th year anyways? Weird.
Suddenly a girl with orange hair walked in and all of the boys went insane, the girls...not so much. Despite this Y/N didn't pay no mind to it as he was laying his head down on the desk. Until she spoke up
"Hello everybody! My name is Irina, and I'm excited to be here!"
"WHAT IRINA?" Y/N looked up and yelled out, after everyone looked at him realizing that he just shouted it down, he slumped back in his chair and blushed "Sorry."
"Y/N! I'm so glad you're in my class!" Irina smiled
"WHAT? YOU KNOW EACH OTHER" Everyone shouted shocked. One of the most hot guys knew the hot new girl? Impossible.
"I see then, Irina you can sit next to Y/N in that empty desk on his left" The teacher gently raised her hand out to the desk
"Thank you"
Irina walked over and sat down in her desk "So Y/N, it's been a while since you've seen me in person"
"Hell yeah it is, what's it been like 2 months or something?" Y/N looked at Irina
"It has. Well, there's a lot to explain as to why I'm here but long story short I'll be moving in with you guys for now"
"FOR REAL?"

Timeskip to everyone meeting in the ORC room
"Where are those 2?" Koneko asked
"They should be here soon. Don't worry though, Y/N's probably taking his sweet time with her" J plumped himself down on the sofa
"Those 2 have been talking since the start of summer break right?" Xenovia looked at Rias and J
"Yup, that's all he ever talks about" J rolled his eyes
"You can say that again" Rias giggled
Eventually the doors opened with Irina and Y/N walking in
"We're finally here! Sorry it took a while" Irina stood next to Xenovia
"You know, you two need to be more smart about the time." Xenovia looked at Irina and then Y/N
"Sorry Sorry, we just got caught up in a conversation" Y/N nervously laughed and rubbed the back of his head
"Well then, now that everyone is here. I want to to address 2 things, 1 Irina will be staying with us for a while and is moving in with Issei so that she can help in case things go wrong. She's working under Lord Michael and not under me. Just like J and Y/N" Rias smiled at the 2. J just snapped and shot a finger gun at her "2nd, Odins right hand, Rossweisse will also be joining and please be patient with her. She's very fragile right now."
Everybody nodded
"Alright then, that's all. You can all go off and do your own thing for the day"
Asia and Issei decided to go off on their until Asia asked Y/N to tag along with them
"Y/N, could you join us?" Asia pleaded with Y/N
"Wha me?"
"Yes, please. Issei wouldn't mind right?"
"No I wouldn't Asia, come on Y/N"
"Alright, let me ask if Irina is doing anything"
"Oh I am, I'll be fairly busy tonight so go on off with them" Irina smiled at Y/N. That damn smile.
"Alright then, text me when you get where you need to" Y/N started walking over to Issei and Asia
"Will do" Irina responded and left the ORC
"We ready to go?" Y/N asked

Timeskip to Issei, Asia, and Y/N walking around downtown Kuoh
"Man, I got a really weird feeling. I don't know how to describe it but I just have one" Y/N rotated his head as if he was in pain
"Weird. Should probably get that checked out. Say, that cursed energy. Does it still build up? Like does Akeno-"
"No. It doesn't. I just have Asia heal me from now on right Asia?" Y/N asked smiling at Asia
"That's right! Always glad to help Y/N" Asia smiled while holding Isseis hand

"Excuse me, are you Asia Argento?" A random boy came up to them

"I see, looks like you have a secret admirer Asia" Rias said half jokingly
"HEY THAT'S NOT FUNNY!" Issei yelled out
"Just ignore him and I'm sure he'll go away" Rias looked at Asia
"Alright then" Asia smiled
"Come on, let's go celebrate those 2 and just forget about what happened" Rias got up and smiled
Timeskip to everyone in Issei's living room welcoming Irina and Rossweisse
"I wanted to thank you, I'm happy to be here, you know I used to think of devils as my sworn enemy so I hunted them mercilessly and I would've killed you all!" Irina spoke in a happy tone
"Jesus I really hope this stays past tense" Y/N sweat dropped at Irinas sentence
"But that's over, Lord Michael says we should put the past behind us and work together for a better future which is great because I'd much rather be friends with you anyways. Let's make our communities proud!" Irina bowed and sat down as everyone clapped
"Very good, hopefully you kids can put it all aside and make a difference in this world. I want to thank you all for what you represent" Azazel
"When you put it that way you make it sound like nearly dying was worth it" Issei sheepishly smiled
"Yeah almost, Isn't that right Y/N?" Kiba smiled
"Yup, I know it all too well" Y/N shook his head
"Well it's good and all but too bad there weren't any fallen angels around to make my team look good" Azazel said as he sipped his drink
"Not true, there was a Fallen Angel and it fought, united with a devil" Akeno replied

Timeskip to everyone outside for PE
"You ready Xenovia" Irina asked

Xenovia and Irina quickly ran, participating in a race together. Y/N walked over to Issei and leaned on his shoulder
"Like that you see? Grabbin Dragon?" Y/N thought he was pretty slick about that joke and chuckled
"Oh shut up" Issei facepalmed
"Man those chicks better slow they role otherwise they're gonna end up with black eyes!" said Motohama
"You're right! They keep it up, they'll motorboat themselves!" Issei replied
"WHAT? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?" Y/N asked
"THEY'RE JUMPING UP AND DOWN SO FAST IT'S HARD FOR US NOT TO ENOJY IT" Matsuda exclaimed

The 4 watched as one of the girls groped Asia, despite this, they were actually disgusted and Issei ran over
"Asia you ready to practice?"
"Yeah, sorry I gotta go now"
Asia walked over with Issei as he tied a string around their leg
"So you guys are doing the 2 legged race?" Y/N asked sipping on a juice box
"Yeah we are" Issei replied
"Goodluck practicing"
"Thank you Y/N" Asia smiled
Y/N stepped back as the 2 tried walking but almost fall over and Issei saves Asia from falling except for the fact he's touching her boob
"Issei...your hand is somewhere uhhhh" Y/N had a deadpan look
"OH MY GOD ASIA I AM SO SORRY" Issei stepped back but forgot their legs are attached and tripped backwards causing Asia to fall on top of him
Y/N facepalmed "Nice going idiot. Are you guys alright?"
"Yeah we're fine" Issei helped her up
"I'll be somewhere else if you need me. Goodluck!" Y/N walked around talking to everyone. Boy was he breaking out of his shell
Timeskip to the end of the next day
"Yeah I'll take care of putting everything away, don't stress" Y/N smiled at Kiba as he was picking stuff up
"Sweet, I'll see you tomorrow then. There's a meeting today so you can just head straight to the ORC room"
"Sounds good"
Y/N was picking up stuff for a while until he felt something was off and saw pink smoke appearing
Hm. Something's up. It's whatever, probably just a little on edge since today was the sports festival. I won't make it to the meeting in time. It's fine, after all it's just about Diadora. What's the big deal?
"Y/N of the Gojo Clan."
"Huh?" Y/N turned around to see 4 people standing on top of the school
"Uhhhh guys, don't you know? School hours are over" Y/N said with an attitude "You know I really hate working overtime"
"Enough of this. You'll pay for Satoru Gojos crimes against my father" the man with dark blue hair spoke
"Uhhhhh, who even are you?"
"Leader of the HERO Faction, Cao Cao"
"As in Cao Cao beans? Please, don't waste my time with those silly outfits of yours. Come again tomorrow"

Suddenly the girl with blonde hair dashed towards Y/N and tried to strike him down but Y/N's infinity blocked it
"Come on now, you'll have to try harder than that to kill me" Y/N smirked
"Enough, looks like the rumors are true, your infinity does work. Thankfully I have the perfect weapon for this" Cao Cao transformed the spear in his hands into something else "Behold, the Inverted Spear of Heaven"
Y/N blew a raspberry "Oh come on, you'll need something way cooler than tha-"
Suddenly a bunch of swords appeared all around Y/N covering his vision
What the?
The girl spoke up "It's like a holy version of sword birth, your friends sacred gear. Except I'm using it"
Y/N turned around and quickly realized he was being blinded for an attack. As he tried to use his Limitless, a hole opened up and Cao Cao appeared through it
"Goodnight Y/N."
Before Y/N had anytime to react, he felt the spear go straight into his stomach
SHIT. HE BROKE MY INFINITY?
"Wha...how?"
"Despite you being very powerful Y/N, you're still a immature child after all but we can make it work. Join us Y/N, after all you're destined to lead us"
"You think I'd join and lead some douches like you guys?" Y/N clutched onto the spot of where he was hit
"Think again. It would be a shame if one of your friends died wouldn't it?"
"You asshole. I swea-"
"Oh but I took you down in one false move right? How hard could it be to take down all of your friends?"
Y/N grinded his teeth at this, he didn't want to accept it but it was true, if Y/N who was taken down in one move, defeated. Then how could Rias and her group match up to them. Not only that but it looked like there were 3 more ready to fight.
"I'll give you a choice Y/N, actually I'll propose this. If you join and lead us and help us with our goal of freeing our Main leader, then we'll let you live and we won't harm your friends. However, I can't guarantee that you won't end up fighting them if you join us and I can't promise there won't be conflict. But at least you join us with your life and your friends life. I can guarantee they won't be killed by us."
"To hell with you motherfuckers." Y/N looked up and smirked
"Y/N! ARE YOU ALRIGHT? YOU BASTARDS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" J screamed out

"ohhh look at this, one of Y/Ns friends. Hmmmmm, let's see. Maybe if we kill him, Y/N will learn his lesson and join us"
The other 3 nodded in agreement
"I'M GONNA GET YOU OUTTA HERE MAN DON'T WORRY"

J powered up his fire abilites "alright assholes, come get me"
"Let me take care of this one" Cao Cao said as the other 3 stepped back
J fried several fireballs at Cao Cao and dashed through them, landing a hit. Cao Cao quickly recovered and swung at him with his spear. J jumped up and dodged only realizing it was a fake out and Cao Cao shot him with a light beam sending J backwards
"J!" Y/N cried out
Cao Cao then dashed as J tried getting up, shoving the spear into his heart
"J! NO! YOU BASTARD, LET HIM GO!" Y/N
Cao Cao lifted J up in the air "So, Y/N I will ask you one more time. Will you join us? Or watch your friends die?"
"I'LL JOIN! FINE JUST LET HIM GO!" Y/N screamed
"Y/N, don't...it's alright" J smiled
"J...no man, I gotta save you all, save Irina, you, Issei, Akeno, everyone. They'll kill you all if I don't join them" Y/N started to tear up
"I'll see you again one day my friend. So long."
"J NO!"
Cao Cao finished him off by dropping J off onto the ground and letting him bleed out. Y/N got up and held the hole in his stomach ran over and looked down at J. By then, J was long gone.
"Come on, come on...wake up J, COME ON J, WAKE THE FUCK UP!" Y/N was sobbing over his dead body, another friend gone just like that
"Now Y/N, will you join us or watch more of your friends die trying to protect you?" Cao Cao smiled
"I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU" Y/N turned to Cao Cao as he yelled
"Try to, it'll only end in your defeat. Then your friends will come looking for you and try to save you, dying in the process. Do you really want that?" Cao Cao smiled
FUCK I WANNA KILL HIM SO BADLY! He's right though, if I go through with this then he'll kill everyone. He already beat us both like it was nothing. What makes me so sure he wouldn't wipe the floor with everyone. FUCK
Y/N got up and gritted his teeth "Fine. I'll join you, on one condition. You kill any 1 of my friends and we're done. Do you understand me?"
"Very well Y/N, welcome to the HERO faction" Cao Cao smiled as Y/N walked over to them. Suddenly a pink smoke started to appear everywhere and eventually faded away, with them being back at the base of the HERO faction
As the smoke cleared there were several people cheering and throwing flowers, all seeming excited for the return of Cao Cao
"We missed you Cao Cao!"
"Glad to have you back!"
"LOOK THEY BROUGHT OUR LEADER Y/N!"
"Y/N OUR SAVIOR HAS RETURNED!"
"Y/N WILL FINALLY FREE US ALL!"
Y/N started to get pissed, he never saw himself as a savior or anything "Just what the hell are they talking about?"
The blonde girl Jeanne spoke up "This is your home Y/N, where you belong. The faction of humans. Here to set us all free from the grasps of the Devils, Angels, and Fallen Angels. Now that you have arrived and grasped your power, it's said that'll you'll free us all"
"What? Cao Cao are you serious?" Y/N looked confused
"More than ever, I knew you wouldn't join us if we asked. So we had to get you here by force." The 4 kept walking towards a castle
"Wait, I've heard things about me being The Honored One. Is that what you're talking about?" Y/N again questioned
"Sort of. It's said in our books that you'd free the humans take down anyone who posed a threat to our kind. For the other 3 factions it's said that you'll unite them all and bring peace among the factions for a short while and from there they'd build off of it as you go into hiding" Cao Cao turned and nodded at you
"Wow, that's a lot to take in"
"I know it is, so take it easy. I'm sorry about your friend but it had to be done" Cao Cao turned around
"Don't. We're not friends at all. Just someone helping you until I'm free. Don't think for a second I'd want to work with you all forever" Y/N snarled
"That's fine, we just need your help to achieve our goal."
Shit. I really hope everyone else is doing okay. I can't let them know what's going on. Hopefully they'll be too busy to realize J is dead and I'm missing. I gotta figure out how to get out of here alive and back to Rias to let them know
Eventually the 4 walked in and up some stairs into a room, it seemed to be a meeting room as the 3 sat down with Y/N sitting at the front of the table
"Alright Y/N, I think we owe you an explanation as to what our "plan" is" Cao Cao spoke up "We're planning on getting ahold of Yasaka, the 9 Tailed Fox who is a kitsune. Through this we'll take control of all the energy spots in Kyoto consider it's a city based on balance. From there it'll open up a rift for big red to come through and our Head Leader Ophis to come through. I will warn you though, it's most likely that someone will try to stop us along the way. You're lucky that your friends are in school."
"Alright then. I better not be labeled a traitor to any faction. I have a reputation to maintain" Y/N stared
"Do not worry. Once it's all over we will make sure your name is cleared. Lord Gojo"
"Don't call me that. I'm not here forever and we're not friends. You're calling me Y/N and that's final."
"Very well then. Maids, come show our leader to his room and help him get settled"

AUTHORS NOTE: Alright then, that's the last chapter of DXD HERO, so from now on it's moving onto season 4 and I'm skipping all that bs you see with Rias and Asia and instead spicing it up. Don't worry Season will remain unchanged but there will be some things different about the Kyoto Trip. Y/N will come back so do not stress. Or will he? See you all later
