Request: What about If Moxxie was first found and then taken in by Stolas...?
Note: Moxxie marks will be hidden along with their eye not having the blue ring unless activated. Canon, we know Stolas 35 from the show. Moxxie is probably 26-27. So, there is an eight-nine years age difference. It is like that in the book too. So, in this time-line case Stolas will be 12 and Moxxie would be 6-7 instead of 4.

He started to bring the pre-teen to Wrath to get ready for his duties. After all he is going to do this once he is eighteen after all. Could do it sooner. But then that means talking to Satan. Which he would love to do.
Satan made it clear not liking to talk to any of them besides duties. Only to call if it's an emergency. Or another mob incident like before.
Now usually Paimon is only allowed, along with the other nobles, to come to the ring when the festival closes. Of course, a few occasions can come down earlier if it works related. Seriously his Lord needs to not be so strict on rules. So, why not bring the owl one to get ready? He is a good teacher, yes, he is!
Note to self maybe should start bringing those guards.

Because apparently not only has Stolas have been missing for three days but now, he found himself a companion.
A feral biting one they just picked up on the streets!
"They're not bad father honest!" Stolas chuckles weakly being bandaged up.
"That thing bit my hand!" Point at the little imp duck underneath the chair. A long blue scarf around their neck. Hissing at them. Feathers are still in their mouth. Pupils slit at their pair of the two.
Not happy to be here in the slightest. Along with allowing that the owl to just grab them. Okay it was stupid on their part going through a portal with them. But didn't expect this to happen!
"They're just scared and playing father." Stolas kneeling down to hope they come out. "Come on everything will be fine like I promise."
Moxxie eyes narrowed at this owl that tricked them. Then again everything is still confusing them. Heard the word chocolate. Now in this predicament with some frogmouth and butler.
Only have been here for two weeks after their fall into the void. Well, seven years if they had to think about it before they woke up. Their heads hurt, and their bodies hurt from new and old wounds. So, small for their age. Magic is weak, so he has to not overdo it. Even with a CHECK. Of course, they did push a bit of magic to hide their marks when they observed their kind a little better. At least to not stick out like a sore thumb. Everything is still confusing along with their mind one minute like a child and next are themselves.
Can't decide as it combining to both.
Still, from their short time staying in the ring. They felt safe.
They like this ring.

They want to keep learning and exploring this place. It was still scary, confusing some days but that can't be helped. Didn't even want to go these other so-called rings. Sure, after their magic gets a bit stronger maybe they will check once they find the elevator. Portal reason. After that we'll want to stay here.
Now things might be changing in a way they are not sure how to feel.
"I know what playing is! This kind of biting either for pain or-Wait how old are you again?"
"I'm twelve father."
"Right another six years."
"Huh."
"Any who were not keeping that? Will bring it to their family you stole from them."
"But I found them at a ranch and they were throwing rats?"
"See could belong to them!"
"They never saw this one father. I asked." Stolas perked up. "I can keep them."
"Stolas you got enough plant pets. I don't think this one can fill them up." Glare at the impling. Should obliterate them in the spot-Did they just flip him off?! "How old are they?"
"Six or seven."
"What their name?"
"They won't tell me father."
"How you know how old they are then?"
"They used their fingers."
"Right." Would have thought younger. They just were so tiny and weak looking. Lift their chair up the little one hiding. "You little imp. What you name-"
Moxxie kicks them in the shin.
"OUCH!"
"No, no! We don't kick little one!"
One agonizing hour later.
"Fine, YOU CAN KEEP THEM! THIS IS YOUR EARLY BIRTHDAY GIFT!" Paimon growled as he soaked their legs in water. That little runt strong.
"A friend!" Stolas tail wags happily. Oh, my it brought back happy memories when he recalled his first friend.
Their first and last visit on his birthday.
But it's okay. It'll be okay. They have another friend. One they took off the streets. He looks over at the imp bundle up in a blanket. Still glaring at the two of them.
Who will probably try to kick and bite them again?
"Sure, sure. Whatever makes you whine less?" Waves him off. At least you won't need to worry about a birthday gift. Wouldn't call a new servant a 'friend' but could work out. Bonus don't need to hire one. Unless the little runt asked for early death. He turned his head and his face turned serious. "You better make sure they are taught or else I'm giving them to someone else. Remember they are still an imp."
Not a friend at first. You're above them. Remember who you are in this family.
"Y-Yes, father." He bowed a bit. Then close the door that connects the room they were staying in. He looks back at the imp that got untangled from the blanket. Staring at them with a look that shouldn't be scary so young. Until they look at the freckle cheeks puffed out. He hoots and gets on the bed. He stares at them. "Look I promise you. I'm not going to hurt you. But you can't keep doing this every time someone touches you."
Sent a heated look. Growl at the hand trying to reach out to them. The growl was alert, ready to run.
"Oh, dear you really don't like to be touch." Pull their hand back as he frowns.
Only luck was because they held their scarf and were able to open a portal to the room with their book. Could recognize some signs of the look because it felt like how they would feel with...It doesn't matter. They got them off the street and can take care of them. They need to treat those wounds. Really a bath as well.
Why are you doing all this for imp many would be asking.
It just felt right. It was almost the same way when they saw Blitz. Just couldn't explain it. Only that they caught his interest.
He smiles warmly at them. "May I know your name now? I rather not give you a name."
Glare at him. Turn to stare at something.
Stolas sees what they are looking at. Paper and pencil. Oh! This could work. But wait. "Can you even write?"
Sent them an insulted look. Yes, they dumb shit. May not be smart and socially in other ways. But that was a bit rude.
"Right. I apologize." He may have been around his father a little too long when he talks about the Wrathian imps. Or any imp in general. Maybe they'll draw something to explain what their name is.
Moxxie.
Or maybe just catch them off guard. Stolas stared at the name they wrote down. Look back at them. "Moxxie?"
A nod yes.
"I like it. Moxxie." Stolas hoots and claps their names. "Moxxie are you mute?"
Shook their head no.
"You just don't like to talk?"
Look at them wearily. Waiting for some kind of insult.
"It's okay. I had moments where I didn't want to talk to anyone." Stolas smiled a bit. A little sad look how he would be teased being so quiet. Focus on his books. Even to this day it hasn't changed much.
The little imp stared a bit and began to write something else. Points at it and then back at the owl.
Curious and look.
Frogmouth.
"Frogmouth?" Blink a little confused what that meant. Sees them still pointing at him. Then at the paper. A long stare until it clicks. "Um I said my name Stolas. Remember."
Tap the word Frogmouth.
Something tells him he is not going to be able to change their mind for a long time with this word. Even if he did threaten them.
