The next chapter is here. Since I'm trying to update more frequent.

And kalesh is over man.
I myself don't like Kalesh.
Now it's all happy happy ❤️

So don't forget to vote and comment.

Ayansh grew curious about the parcel kept in his room for a week now. It was a gift for someone and he wanted to know what was it and for whom.

While Aadhya was in the closet, he took the box in his hands and started unwrapping it and it revealed a rectangular chopping board.

"A chopping board!" He mumbled before he closely looked through it. It was a cute rectangular wooden board with a handle. It wasn't perfect in shape, seems like someone who isn't working in that feild made it.

His eyes landed on the his name which was carved on it and a smile appeared on his lips.

"Chef Ayansh Rajvanshi"

Flipping the board, he read the quote which was beautifully inked on it. his smile widened as he read each word of it and he was easily able to understand who wrote it.

"LOVE IS THE SECRET INGREDIENT"

His trance broke when he heard the door of the closet opening and looked up to see his wife walking out. she smiled a little at him before her eyes landed on the wooden board in his hand. she fidgeted with her fingers and approached him.

"That board-

"This is for me, right?" He asked like an overenthusiastic kid and she nodded her head.

He clearly remember the words of that delivery boy who said that their shop provide their customers with a opportunity to customize something themselves.

And the fact that, she herself made that chopping board for him made him feel gidy.

"I tried making it for your competition." He ended up hugging her when she told him before he kissed her cheeks.

"I love you so much." She felt blood rushing through her veins hearing his words. Its been too long she heard these words and the last time she did, she remembered how everything ended.

It was hard for her to digest these words but gulping down the lump formed in her throat, she wrapped her arms around him and rested her head on his chest.

As much as it ached her heart that she have ended up hurting him, unknowingly or knowingly, his words, his affection comforted her to no extend.

I don't know if I can live without you now!

Ayansh inhaled a deep breath and kissed the top of her crown. It was foreign feeling for him, to be able to say what he felt towards her.

He wasn't able to get over the fact that he was now able to say that he loves her without a second thought. anytime, any second or minute of the day he could remind her that he loves her.

"Ansh," He heard her.

"Yes Tulip," And for a moment, she forgot what she was about to say. Because whenever he calls her that with that gentle tone as if he is dealing with a flower and no matter what happens, he can't let that flower wither.

"Muje dar lag rha hai." She mumbled in his chest. Furrowing his eyebrows, he pulled himself a little and cupped her cheeks.

(I'm scared.)

"I don't know. I want to let go of all these things and for that, I decided to take a therapy but I'm scared now. What if I couldn't make it?" He shook his head listening to her and smiled.

"You're strong, baby," He assured her and nodded his head.

"I know you'll make through it." He added further but she shook her head, the lines of worries across her forehead.

"It's not about this process. I'm scared what if I couldn't make it even after therapy, what if my it didn't go-

"You're willing to work on yourself right?" He asked, cutting her off in between.

"Yes. I want to Ansh, for myself, for you, for us. I'm still guilty that I doubted you, that I hurt you but I don't want to make the same mistake in future. I don't want that because of me, you or this Relationship suffers." She said, holding his hands which were cupping her face.

"And honestly, I'm tired. I want to let go of all these things. I can't bear the weight of my past now." She further added as her voice trembled.

"That's it, Aadhya. You want to work on it that means you have won half of the battle. And why are you scared? Me hu na tumhare sath." He encouraged her.

She smiled with the thought that how lucky she's, to got him as her husband, who encourage her, stand by her and support her.

"I'm sorry." Ayansh thinned his eyebrows listening to her but it didn't take him another second to understand why she was apologizing. She have been doing it for two days now.

"I...I don't know why this thought of divorce even crosses my mind-

"It's okay, Tulip" He cut her off in the middle while shaking his head.

"I'm hurt knowing that this thought crossed your mind but at the same time, I understand what situation you were going through. So it's okay." He mumbled and pulled her head to his chest and wrapped his arms around her, holding her close to himself.

"But promise me, no matter what happens, what we go through, what you go through, you won't ever going away from me," She nodded her head and lifted her head to look at him, who looked at her with hopeful eyes.

"I promise." She mumbled and saw his eyes sparkling with happiness.

"These days were the hardest Ansh. More than my own mind, the thought of going away from you was scaring me. I realised that....." She gulped down and licked her dry lips.

"I realised, I really can't live without you." He heard her saying and kissed her forehead and she closed her eyes to feel his lips on her skin, letting a shiver ran down her spine.

He couldn't help but to feel giddy and over the moon after listening to her.

"Ab chale?" He asked and she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

(Should we leave now?)

"Pahle mandir, then we'll go to psychologist and finally to that little demon." She slapped his arm at the last mention and he let out a chuckle.

"Don't call him that." She gave him a fake glare.

"He deserves that. Patiyo ko apni biwiyo se dur rakhta hai vo. You shower all your love on him, phir mere liye kuch bachta hi nhi." He pouted trying to maintain the innocence and she rolled her eyes at his dramatic self and walked a few steps towards the door.

(He keeps wives away from their husband and you shower all your love on him and there's nothing left for me.)

"Dusro ke bacche se jealous ho rhe, I don't know what you'll do once you'll have your own kids-" Realisation dawned upon her once she realised what she said and saw him smiling mischievously.

(You're getting jealous of someone else's kid...)

"So...are we really going to have kids?" She gasped listening to him who left no crumbs to be straightforward but her cheeks flushed Red at the mention of having kids with him.

"Tum to baato se hi Sharma rhi. Imagine if we started the proc-

(You're shy just by talking about it...)

"Shut up" She slapped his chest feeling embarrassed and flustered but in return, he again pulled her closer by holding her waist.

"Stay like this, happy and smiling. I can't tell how much my heart seeing you like that." He mumbled and saw the colour of her face draining.

"I'll try Ansh, I promise I'll try my best." She told him while holding guilt in her eyes.

"I know you'll." He kissed her forehead before they walked out of the room.

______

"Now?" Aadhya asked the man walking beside her after she was done with almost 3 hours of therapy session.

"wherever you say." Ayansh said as he slipped his hand against her and intertwined their fingers.

Aadhya thought for a moment before she chewed her bottom lip and looked at him. She didn't know if he'll approve of what she wanted to say.

"Can we meet Ruhi?" She asked, inhaling a deep breath and looked at him with hopeful eyes.

"And your mother too?" She further asked and saw him halting at his place. She didn't know why he was reluctant to let her meet his biological mother. the moment she have asked him about this, he have been avoiding it with some excuses.

"She have undergone a surgery, so I just wanted to ask her about her health." She further added as she saw him staring at her without a word. but at the same time she was able to see the visible hurt and Anger in his eyes.

"It's okay. If you don't want-

"Come with me." He held her hand and guided her to the lift and soon after, the lift stopped on the 17th floor which was probably the neuro department of the hospital.

"Ayansh, it's really okay-

He stopped and looked at her with a Deadpanned look.

"Tulip, I think it's high time we should know everything about each other. So I'm initiating that. You want to meet her, you can." He cut her off again and guessed how serious he sounded.

Yup, he was right. They should be knowing everything about each other. Maybe not everything at once but slowly, they should start telling.

She remembered how her therapist said her to communicate and let out her insecurities and fears in front of someone whom she trust the most, specially her partner for their relationship to become even stronger.

She nodded her head and he guided her In a private hospital room and gestured her to open the door.

Aadhya hesitated for a moment before she slowly opened the door before glacing at her husband who nodded his head assuring her.

Once the door was pushed open, She saw a woman in her early 60s on the bed with a bandage wrapped around her head and different wires and needles pierced in her body.

Beside her was a girl in her early 20s. Her height would be almost same as her and anyone looking at her could say she was Ayansh's sister.

Her kohl black eyes behind her spectacles, hair until tied in a braid and the short kurti and the straight jeans she was wearing surely made her look captivating.

"Bhaiya," Ruhi mumbled as soon as her eyes landed on the intruder and Aadhya tilted her head to look at Ayansh who was standing behind her.

"Aayu." The old lady mumbled, following the direction in which Ruhi stared at.

Smiling at the couple, Ruhi walked to them and immediately hugged Aadhya without a second thought.

"Bhabhi," Aadhya was taken aback by her action but once she felt comfortable enough after a few seconds, she hugged him back and glanced at her husband who looked a little conscious.

"Sorry," Ruhi bite her tongue and pulled out after she realised what she did.

"Sorry sorry, I was already so excited to meet you that as soon as I saw you, I couldn't help but to hug you. I'm sorry if you felt uncomfortable." Aadhya couldn't help but to smile at her thoughtfulness and her innocent act before shaking her head.

"It's fine. You didn't make me uncomfortable." She assured her sister-in-law and saw her sighing in relief. Meanwhile, Ayansh walked a little inside and closed the gate behind him.

"I told bhai that I want to meet you and look, He brought you in the nowhere but a hospital room." Ruhi shook her head faking he disappointment earning a chuckle from Aadhya while Ayansh shook his head at her antics.

"Anyways, let me introduce myself. I'm Ruhika. Aapka to pta hai because he always talks about you." Blood rushed through the cheeks of the couple and Aadhya eyed Ayansh, who scratched the back of his neck.

"What do you mean by always?" He asked, trying to make it less embarrassing.

"Inki baat mat suno bhabhi, either he doesn't speak at all or if he does, it's always about you. Muje Aadhya ke liye cupcakes banane hai, muje Aadhya ko pick krne jana Hai, Aadhya must be waiting for me, Aadhya Aadhya Aadhya.." Ruhi trailed it off and received a light smack on her head from Ayansh.

(Just listen to him once. It's always about you. I have to bake her cupcakes, I have to pick her up,....)

"Bhabhi dekho, Sach bolne ki bhi saja milne lagi ab to." Ruhi dramatically whined and Aadhya gave a look to Ayansh.

(Look at him, he's Punishing me even for speaking truth.)

"Mile hue 2 minute nhi hue and this duo ganged up against me. Sahi hai." He muttered under his breath before he went to sit on the couch placed in the room.

(It hasn't been 2 minutes since they met and have already teamed up against me.)

"Aayu," They turned their head in the direction of Poonam, who looked at Ayansh with tears of guilt in her eyes.

"What did the doctor say?" Ayansh ignored his mother and looked at Ruhi who nodded her head.

"It's better but the doctor asked her not to take stress and follow the proper medication." Ruhi told her brother who nodded his head.

"Do as doctor says." He said these four words to his mother while Aadhya stood there awkwardly.

Looking at how he was behaving with his mother, she knew something wasn't normal between them. A mother-child relationship doesn't work that way but at the same time, she knew that fact that Ayansh can't be heartless. He can't act like this without any reason.

There must be something behind it for him to behave this coldly to his own mother.

Hesitantly, Aadhya walked to Poonam who was on the bed and the old lady smiled through tears seeing her.

"Tum Aadhya ho na. Ruhi told me about you that you're wife of Ayansh." Aadhya smiled a little and nodded her head.

(You're Aadhya right.)

"How's your health? Are you feeling better?" She asked to ease the tension in the room.

"Yes. The doctors are taking good care of me. Ruhi as well." She responded and looked at Ayansh.

At the same time, Ayansh got a phone call. "I'll take this call." He informed looking at his wife and left the room.

"I'm happy that he found someone like you." She heard Ayansh's mother saying to her and smiled after switching her glance from her husband to her.

"By the way, can I ask you something?" The white haired woman asked her.

"Sure,"

"Vo tumhari baat sunta hai na, please ask him to talk to me-

(He listens to your right..)

"Maa." Ruhi cut her mother off in between and have her a look but the latter ignored it and looked back at Aadhya.

Aadhya blinked her eyes in assurance at Ruhi, who fidgeted with her fingers, feeling embarrassed.

"Please ask him to not to ignore me whenever he come here. I know I made some mistakes but I'm his mother afterall, please." She held Aadhya's hand and looked at her with pleading eyes.

She felt herself in a dilemma because as much as she knew Ayansh, who won't ever do that on purpose, without any reason but just to not break his mother's heart, she nodded her head.

"I'm sure he'll listen to you." Aadhya smiled awkwardly and saw him coming back into the room.

"By the way bhabhi, Bhai said ki aap khana bhot accha banati ho. When you're going to cook For me?" Ruhi asked to ease the tension of the room and raised her eyebrows at her sister-in-law.

(Brother said that you cook so well.)

While letting out a gasp, She glared at her husband who gulped down and shook his head.

"Actually, me kya bol rha tha...." Ayansh Walked to both of them.

(I was saying that....)

"We should leave now. She needs to rest aur Ruhi ko bhi bhot kaam honge, nhi?" Rolling her eyes, Aadhya hugged Ruhi before waving her a goodbye.

(Ruhi might be busy as well, isn't it?)

She went to his mother and also greeted her before leaving the room.

"Kon accha khana banata Hai?" Aadhya crossed her arms over her chest and stared at her husband while sitting on the passenger seat.

(Who Cooks better?)

"Me...Tum...mtlb me aur Tum, alag alag thodi hai." He fumbled on his words but sealed his lips when she glared at him.

(I...you...I mean you and me...we both are same.)

"You are making fun of me. Even in front of Ruhi as well, what will she think when she'll get to know that I don't know how to cook." She pouted and sat straight, looking out through the glass.

Leaning to her side, he kissed her cheeks.

"She won't think anything, trust me." She eyed her husband who tried to convince her but she shook her head.

"Only a box of cupcakes can make it up tumhare bas ka nhi Hai." Letting out a scoff, he held her jaw and made her look at him before pecking her lips, longer than needed.

"Just say that you're craving for cupcakes." She nodded her head as he kept holding her by her jaw and her lips protrude out making her look cuter than ever.

Letting out a chuckle, he retreated himself back and tied the seatbelt before driving in a certain direction.

Coming back home, she couldn't help but to think about what his mother said to her. She shouldn't be talking to him, knowing the fact that she didn't know whatever happened between them.

What happened that there were differences between a child and the mother.

"How was your session, Aadhu?" The chain of her thoughts broke when she heard Avantika on the dining table as half of the members weren't there.

"I won't say it was good because it wasn't. But my therapist is nice so I think I'll make it." She smiled and patted her head.

"It's okay but don't ever think of giving up on a relationship because no matter what, don't leave him. He won't be able to handle that." She nodded her head feeling guilty.

"I'm sorry Maa-

"Aadhya, it's okay. We're people who make mistakes but I'm so proud of you that you have decided to work on yourself...hmm.." She nodded her head.

"Kya chal rha Hai bhai, Saas babu me beech?" Naveen came into the dining room and looked at his wife and daughter-in-law who were busy talking.

(What's going on?)

"I was telling her that Thoda time beet Jane ke baad nobody cares about a relationship. Everyone prioritize their work than their partner-

(I was telling her that after a few years of relationship, nobody cares.)

"Are maaf kro devi Ji." Naveen joined his hand in front of his wife and Aadhya let out a chuckle looking at them.

(I'm really sorry.)

"Aadhya beta, I just forgot to bring her chaat on my way back home. Bas dekh lo," Naveen said, looking at her while feeling pity at himself.

"Haan to, do you know how much Ayansh cares about her food cravings. He was baking her cupcakes in the evening. Seekho kuch apne bete se." Avantika snapped at her husband and settled down on the chair while Naveen let out a scoff in disbelief.

While Aadhya stood there, being a little flustered and feeling like a sandwich between their conversation.

Meanwhile ayansh entered the dining room and Naveen gave him a glare.

"Kya?" Ayansh asked his father.

(What?)

"Bas Dusro ki jindagi me aage lagwa lo tujse." Naveen muttered under his breath while ignoring that, Aayansh settled on his chair followed by His wife.

(You just know how to ignite fire in someone's life.)

Soon everyone joined the table and the dinner was done with fun and banter.

Aadhya and Ayansh found themselves sitting in their room while staring at the moon through the window.

Aadhya was quite since she had too many questions and because of the same, she didn't want to impose something on him just because his mother asked her to.

He was an adult, who himself knew what was wrong and what wad right. Moreover she wasn't aware of his past.

The reason of Ayansh's silence was, his past. Aadhya finally met and now she was aware about everything in his life except for the things he have to tell her and while sitting in silence, he was trying to gather up the courage to tell her everything.

He didn't want any miscommunication to happen between them. The last time it happened, he knew the consequences well.

"Ansh..." Aadhya tried to break the silence. It was comfortable but just because it was comfortable didn't mean it had to be there.

Until and unless they won't be talking about what makes them uncomfortable, there won't be the comfort they can seek in each other's presence.

"Hmm?"

"Your mother-

Her words were cut off my Ayansh.

"She left me, Aadhya." He muttered under his breath as if not for the dead silence of the dark night, she wouldn't have been able to hear him.

Aadhya furrowed her eyebrows listening to him and looked up at him. The hurt was visible as if the scars and wounds of the last were fresh.

"She left me, Dad, Ahaan. She left us and went away with someone else." He repeated and this time, Aadhya retreated her figure back, staring at him.

Her heart sank into her stomach because she was well aware how it felt to be left behind by your own mother.

"I was 7." He finally broke his gaze from the moon in the sky and looked at her. His eyes filled with tears tightened her chest, making her feel uneasy.

"She used to fight a lot with Dad. I don't even remember what was the cause of those fights but she used to scream at Dad. I never liked it." His voice broke with each words he said.

He sniffed a little before she scooted closer and wrapped her arms around his shoulder to hold him firmly.

"And one day, it was all over." She heard him further.

"Dad for the first time fought with her. He screamed at her, cried in front of her and then, asked her to leave the house." He inhaled a deep breath and gulped down to ease his aching throat meanwhile she ran her fingers through his hair and pulled him more closer into her embrace.

She figured out how vulnerable he looked at the moment. How he was holding himself back from breaking down. She was able to feel his pain because she have gone through something nearly same.

She knew how does it feels to see your parents fighting, how it feels to live in an environment where love is the last thing one is giving. Where abuses are normalised.

He inhaled a deep breath and looked at her. He kept looking in her eyes to find some comfort and warmth which was there.

She wasn't pitying on him. That's what he always hated. She was there, saying nothing, just listening to him and providing him the safe place he needed.

"She was cheating on Dad, Aadhya." His chin trembled and a lobe tear escaped his eyes. Her heart broke into pieces seeing him cry.

"And you know what..." He let out a bitter chuckle and looked away.

"She left. Without a word. She did not even try to stay....stay with me." He broke into sobs and she couldn't help but to pull him back into the hug and kept her chin on his head while rubbing his back.

"Vo ese chhod me chali gyi jaise.....jaise I....I didn't mean anything to her." He fisted on her tee-shirt and she heard his muffled voice.

(She left me as if I didn't mean anything to her.)

"Mene bhot koshish ki unhe rokne ki. I....I"

(I tried stopping her.)

"Shhh...it's okay...." She mumbled softly in his ears but deep down, she hated how much she was able to feel his pain.

Her eyes glistened with tears as she heard him crying and unknowingly tears escaped through her eyes.

One thing she was sure of, she can never see this man in pain.

"I screamed....I begged but vo nhi ruki. Vo chali gyi, with.....with someone else." He mumbled while gritting his teeth.

(She didn't stop. She left.)

"I hate her. I still hate her. I will always hate her." She pressed her lips into a thin line, trying to suppress her emotions. At this time, she wasn't hearing an adult Ayansh but a kid, who still had anger in his veins against his mother.

Who was still hurt by her act, so much that he couldn't let go of it, no matter how many years had passed.

She heard his sobs and felt her tee-shirt getting wet by the same but caring less, she let him cry, until he wanted to. Until he wanted to let out whatever he was holding inside his heart. Whatever he has never said to anyone.

The moon witnessed two broken souls healing the cracks of each other's heart, trying to fill them with love and comfort.

And almost half an hour later, Ayansh found himself laying down on the floor with his head in Aadhya's lap and felt her fingers running through his hair.

He knew he had a home he can always come to, someone who'll be there to comfort him no matter how much she's in her own pain.

And most importantly, she was listening to him. Without judging him, without trying to explain things to him, without trying to calm him down. She was just listening to him, and that's what a person needs when the emotional baggage gets too heavy.

"You know.." He tried to break the silence after a long pause.

"I hated Avni Maa in the beginning." He completed his sentence and looked up in her eyes, trying to find if she was judging him or she was angry with him but there wasn't anything else other than love and care.

"It's okay." She told him and blinked her eyes in assurance.

"I couldn't accept her. I thought...I thought she'd also leave me." He told her truthfully and she smiled a little at him, before pushing his hair off his forehead.

"I used to shout at her for making me meals." He chuckled bitterly thinking how recklessly he used to behave.

"I have hurt her a lot, Tulip."

Aadhya leaned down and Ayansh closed his eyes, feeling her soft lips on the skin of his forehead.

Retreating her lips back, she stayed there, looking into his eyes.

"It's okay, Ansh." She tried to assure him.

"You were a kid, who was hurt. You were letting out your emotions and it came in the form of anger. It's okay." She tried to make him understand but he shook his head, stubbornly.

"Can't change the fact that I have hurt her. You know, she used to make sure I completed my homework, that I'm not late for school, that I'm not skipping my meals." He told her remembering his childhood days.

"You know, once Dad left for some work to a different city. I came back home late because I stayed in the school ground for playing cricket. When I came back, she was still waiting for me, so that I don't sleep without having dinner." She smiled listening to him and held his hands.

"That's what mother's love is, Ayansh." She saw his eyes glistening again with tears as the mention of mother.

"Vo to acchi Maa ban gyi lekin me to ek accha beta nhi ban paya na." He mumbled, and wiped the Tear that rolled down from the corner of his eyes.

(She became the best mother but I couldn't be a good Son.)

She inhaled a breath and wiped his tears while massaging his forehead.

"Okay, tell me one thing. Last few days, I behaved so recklessly, I hurt you, I ended up asking for a divorce. Did you start hating me?" She asked, and he immediately got up from her lap and faced her.

"What rubbish. Why would I Hate you, I know what you were feeling, I might not able to feel what you were going through but I could at least understand it. I had to be there for you when you were at your lowest Aadhya. Just because you couldn't hold onto our relationship for a few days doesn't mean I'll let you go." He blabbered in one breath and saw a smile content dancing on her lips.

"That's exactly I'm trying to say to you as well." He looked away hearing her. How well she could make him understand her point, without trying much.

"You know what Papa Said to me, we're humans. We make mistakes and Ansh.." She held his hands into hers and pulled him closer until his knees were touching hers.

"We're humans. We feel emotions and everyone have a different way of letting out their emotions. We behave recklessly when we're overwhelmed but that's what makes us human." She explained it to me and he tried to process whatever she was trying to say.

"Just like you couldn't hate me even when I hurt you, Maa also doesn't hate you. I'm damn sure in the past as well, she'd have never hated you. And honestly, how could she Hate such a cute kid." Leaving his hands. She held pulled his cheeks trying to make him feel lighter.

"What do you mean by kid?" He asked, Squinting his eyes at her in suspicion. She left his cheeks and fidgeted with her fingers.

"Vo actually, I saw your childhood picture." She smiled, biting her lips.

"Avni Maa and Divya Chachi were looking at old album so they gave me your childhood picture." She informed him and earned a scoff from him.

"But I must say, you were so cute when you were a kid." She said, scrunching her nose and cupped his cheeks, which resulted in pouting of his lips.

"And what about now?" He raised his eyebrows and she saw a complete change in his expressions.

"Now...." She tapped her index finger on her temple and tried to give it a thought while looking at the ceiling. She eyed him as he rolled his eyes at her drama.

"Actually the child Ayansh was cuter." She declared and sealed her lips to control herself from smiling while looking at his offended look.

"Tum bhi bachpan me hi sundar thi." He mumbled and looked away. Letting out a fake gasp, She giggled before leaning closer to him.

(You were also pretty only in the childhood.)

She let her body fall on him and hugged him, before kissing him on his cheek. He wrapped his arms around her waist as she pecked his lips.

"Kid Ayansh was cute but Ayansh today is handsome and.......maybe a little hot." She trailed off.

"A little, accha...." He mumbled before he started tickling her and being sensitive to the tickling, she started throwing her legs around while laughing.

"Ansh.....stop....hahahaha....stop please....." while laughing and trying to escape him, she ended up rolling on the floor but whom she was even trying to escape.

"You love to tease me huh..." He mumbled with a wide smile on his face as he could see after how long he have seen her this happy and laughing through her breath.

"Are yaar...Ansh....stop man...." Nad he didn't and saw her ears and face turning red due to laughing hard and her eyes filled with water because of the same.

This is when she realised, it's nothing but love.

Even after going through everything, when you don't give up on each other. Even when you have been hurting inside, when your heart isn't even healed but you can laugh with that one person with your whole heart.

This is nothing but love. When you're crying in each other's arm one time and the next time you find yourself laughing through your breath, with tears in your eyes in the arms of the same person, what do we call it if not love.

When you're breaking down and that someone is always there to hold you into their arms, not letting you fall, no matter what the situation is, what the consequences are.

And they it right, people don't stay together when they are meant to be. They stay together when they want to.

Laughing her heart out, she reached out to the bed and touched one of its wooden arm silently praying for him to stay happy forever and for them to stay together, forever.

A while later, ayansh stopped and Aadhya as well, tried to inhale some breaths while laying on the floor and finally after a few seconds looked at her and noticed him hovering Over her.

They bursted into a fit of giggles as he let his body fall on her. She wiped her Tears that rolled down her cheeks due to laughing and he caressed her messed up hair.

"I'm still not able to address her as my mother." He told her after a while.

"But you have accepted her as your mother."

"And that's not enough. I want to call her Maa but I can't." Frustration was clear in his voice and she cupped his face and pushed his hair back.

"Try. Take baby steps. Try to talk to her, maybe that way you'll become comfortable and Will be able to call her Maa very soon. Like today at the dinner, you could have tried talking to her but you didn't. So the first step is, try talking to her." He nodded his head trying to understand her point..

"You have won half of the war if there's a will in your heart." She repeated his own statement which he told her in the morning and watched his smile growing wider.

"Yes captain." She let out a giggle as he saluted her.

"Move now, you're heavy." She pushed him aside with a groan as he was still lying on her and got up.

"You should get used to it now." She looked at him in confusion and stood up as soon as he realized the meaning behind his sentence.

"Because I like missionary." He winked at her and her cheeks heated up with the mere thought before she took a pillow from the bed and threw at his face.

"Shut up." She schooled him and heard him laughing while she walked into the bathroom.
