Not aesthetic because I'm going to delete this, but if you still intend to apply, please drop your character's name, slot name and a quote/their fc on the form chapter (as you will have seen others doing)
I'll be 'closing' the form page by the 12th of December 5pm GMT, you'll still have until the 15th to actually finish the form, but no new forms will be able to be added :)
