"Yohohoho.." Ryuma laughed at Zoro's claim. "So you think you can take my black blade, Shusui, away from me? Do you?"
"Oh I'm taking it. I'm about to cut you down and wretch it from your cold, dead body." Zoro calmly said back to Ryuma.
"Oh I see. Feeling cocky today, are we? Yohohoh..."
"Woah. Easy. It's not a good idea to provoke him." Brook sheepishly said making (Y/N) turn to him.
(Y/N) crotched down to Brook. "How are you feeling?"
"Much better, now you are here. In fact, my life was nearly ended before you arrived. I cannot thank you enough for arriving when you did. I feel like crying tears of joy... Well, that's if I had any eyes to cry with!"
(Y/N) shook her head at the skeleton as she looked back to her swordsman. The two spoke about Zoro's Three-Sword style technique. "It's too bad. I wish I could show you, but I'll just beat you with two swords." Zoro smirked at Ryuma.
"Interesting. I can sense you're very skilled. A feeling that I've longed forgotten is welling up inside me once more. It's as if I'm facing some sort of beast, a savage animal. With strange sensation echoing deep in my bones, makes me feel as if I'm dancing on air." (Y/N) felt goosebumps on her arms from the tension in the room.
Zoro broke the tension first as he clashed blades with Ryuma. (Y/N) shielded her face from the large gust of wind coming from the collision. "So much power..." The (h/c) haired woman muttered in admiration for both fighters. As soon as the swordsmen back away from one another, a large shockwave broke the floor beneath their feet. Franky and Brook screamed in fear, but (Y/N) couldn't make a sound as she watching the fight begin.
"Aubade... Coup Droit!!" Ryuma yelled as he lounged towards Zoro, aiming Shusui straight at the swordsman. Thankfully, Zoro dodged making the attack fly into the wall above (Y/N), Franky and Brook.
The three screamed in fear and shock at the explosion above them. "HANG ON?! HE'S GOT A GUN?!!" Franky screamed up at the bullet hole.
"It's not a gun, it's a thrust!" Brook quickly explained. "One of my techniques! But when I use it, it doesn't do nearly as must damage!"
"He made a hole right through the wall!" Franky exclaimed, looking up at the hole.
(Y/N) stared at the hole for a second before looking back at Ryuma. "Just how strong is this zombie?!"
"For a thrust to fly like that, it's just... incredible." Brook stared in awe at his zombie.
Ryuma laughed yet again. "I suppose it's a tie then."
"Yep." Zoro smirked back at the samurai. As soon as Zoro agreed, the wall behind Ryuma sliced in half making (Y/N) gasp in awe.
"Yohohoh... very close. You almost sliced me in two."
"What the heck? A counter attack, but when did he have time to do it?!" Franky looked at Zoro's work in shock.
"About... the same time I think." Brook looked up at Zoro in awe. "So the swordsman can predict his attacks as well. This exchange of blows was truly a tie. That samurai zombie is using the power of my shadow to move around right now. But before his death, he must have been an incredibly strong man. Which means... the combination or his strength and my technique will make him quite formidable indeed."
"Are you trying to say that those two.. are dead even?!" Franky questioned the skeleton.
"I'm saying, these two swordsmen have an incredible amount of destructive power at their command." (Y/N) turned to look at Brook with the corner of her eye. She knew what his next words would be. "And as such, I don't think this fight will last long."
(Y/N) quickly looked back to the men before her, the two flew past eachother with incredible speeds. (Y/N) studied the fight closely, not taking her eyes off their blades. "Prelude Au Fer!" Ryuma yelled as he repeatedly clashed Shusui into Zoro's blades. 'He's attempting to break his swords.' (Y/N) thought as Zoro used his Two Sword Style: Flash technique. Ryuma successfully invaded the attack, but the two swiftly clashed yet again before finally breaking away from each other.
"DEMON BEAR!" Zoro yelled out as he leaped into the air. His swords aimed straight on Shusui, forcing Ryuma to slide back into the wall behind him. Franky and Brook screamed from the swordsmen's dance, but (Y/N) continued to study the fight. 'Brook's right. They are evenly matched, but it's terrifying to think Zoro has this much power behind him. The man didn't even use half of his strength in his first duel against me.' (Y/N)'s eyes shinned brightly with admiration for her crew mate.
"(Y/N)? You okay over there?" Franky called out to her, making the woman innocent turn to him. The cyborg covered his eyes with his free hand, that wasn't holding Brook. "Too... bright!"
(Y/N) didn't respond to the cyborg since her attention was quickly grabbed by Ryuma charging at Zoro once more. (Y/N)'s eyes widened in shock when she saw Ryuma accepted Zoro's attack. 'Why didn't he avoid Zoro's blades?!' Before the woman could process what happened any longer, (Y/N) was forced to shield her face from the destruction that rained around her.
"They cut through the pillar?!" Franky yelled in sheer shock, looking up at the rubble raining down on them. "Easy! Woah!! This floor, it's gonna break apart. What do we do?!"
(Y/N) watched a large piece of rubble break off the ceiling above Franky and Brook. Quickly, (Y/N) ran back to the two behind her. "Air Shield!!" The woman commanded a large sized shield above the three, Frank and Brook looked up in awe as the rubble roughly hit the air shield before breaking apart into small pieces.
"Thanks, (Y/N). You really saved our asses there." Franky sighed in relief as he picked up Brook and threw his boney arm over his shoulder.
"Don't mention it." (Y/N) huffed a bit from the adrenaline she felt.
Frank looked back at Zoro. "That's It! We're out of here. Hang on, this place is falling to pieces." Ryuma and Zoro went back to fighting as Franky held up his hand to the wall next to him. "Weapon's LEFT!" The cyborg shot a large hole just as roof of the building broke. (Y/N) stared at the two swordsmen in awe. "Come on, (Y/N)!! Let's go!" Franky yelled back to the woman.
"What?! I wanted to watch the figh—" (Y/N)'s arm was grabbed by Franky pulling her out of harms way. The three landed on the a flat part of the broken roof.
Franky sighed in relief at the success escape. "That was a close one."
"Hey!" (Y/N) yelled at the cyborg. "I wanted to watch their— HUH?!" (Y/N) looked up at the two swordsmen running up the pyramid shaped roof to its peak, clashing blades yet again. "They're amazing..." The two began to slid back off the roof.
Brook worriedly screamed. "Watch out!! You're going to fall!!"
(Y/N) watched Zoro run around the roof. Once he reached the corner, Ryuma appeared around the other side. Ryuma jumped up into their air, sending slashes to the swordsman before clashing Shushui with Zoro's blades. Zoro was forced to dodge when Ryuma aimed Shushui at his chest. The swordsman slid down the roof making (Y/N) gasp in concern. 'He's gonna fall if he's not careful.' Luckily, Zoro quickly acted on his behalf. The swordsman dug one of his blades into the roof, catching himself before running back up the roof. Ryuma slid down towards his opponent, but was forced to chase after Zoro since the swordsman passed him. (Y/N) watched in awe was the two went back and forth with each other on the pyramid shaded roof. "Wow... even without a foot hold?" Brook stared in shock at the fighters.
"They are truly incredible..." (Y/N) watched her swordsman catch his breath. 'I can only assume the samurai is in the same state as Zoro.' The woman gasped when she saw half of the roof slice clean off.
Zoro ran up the peak of the falling roof. "One-Sword Style! FLYING DRAGON!!" (Y/N)'s jaw dropped at the sight of blue dragon descending upon Ryuma. The samurai used Brook's Three-Verse Humming technique to combat against Zoro's blade.
(Y/N)'s (e/c) eyes began to water from the strong, prideful emotions she felt for her crew mate's successful hit. "He... he cut him." Ryuma's body began to burn with a blue flame.
Zoro roughly landed on the building beneath him. (Y/N) felt concern for her crew mate's condition, but couldn't pull her eyes off the flaming samurai. "My defeat." Ryuma's words echoed through (Y/N)'s ears as if he was standing next to her. "The legendary owner of this blade may have long sense fallen, but it's story does not end here. With you as it's master, this sword will surely be satisfied."
"Woah..." Franky looked up at the fight in shock. "You hear that? It sounded like the samurai said something. I couldn't understand him. But better question, what the hell's going on here?!"
"What's going on? In short, it looks like the battle between them is over." Brook spoke back to the cyborg. "I've seven many fights in my life, but I assure you none of them have been anything like this... That samurai, he scarcely used a fraction of his strength when he was fighting me!!"
(Y/N) fell to her knees, holding her head in her hands. A few tears fell on the ground beneath her. Franky questioned the woman, but (Y/N) didn't answer. "This body of a legendary samurai... how shameful of me to allow it to know defea..." Finally the voice left (Y/N)'s head making her looked up at the burning Ryuma.
"(Y/N)?" Franky called out to the (h/c) haired woman with concern in his voice. (Y/N) looked up at the cyborg in confusion. "Did you hear me? What's wrong??"
"Uh. I.. don't know. I'll..." (Y/N) wiped off the tears in her eyes as she stood up. "I'll explain more later."
Franky frowned at the woman's words, but looked back at Ryuma. The three watched Brook's shadow leave the zombies body and travel down to the skeleton. "Is that..." Frank looked down at the ground beneath Brook.
"YES! YES!! Exactly!" Brook exclaimed. "My shadow, stolen by Moria five years ago, has been returned!! YOHOHOHO!! See look!" The skeleton began doing poses making (Y/N) giggled. "It does whatever ma body doesss!"
"Hell why wouldn't it? That's what shadows do." Franky sassed the skeleton.
Brook yelled in the cyborg's face. "Stop raining on my parade! You don't get it!! The missing part of myself I've been trying to reclaim, has finally come home. I'm whole again!! These feelings. This joy! They.. really get my blood pumping! Though I don't really have blood being just a skeleton and all. Yohohoho.." (Y/N) and Franky laughed with Brook before the skeleton screamed out. "After five long years, MY SHADOW IS BACK!!"
"Oh yeah, (Y/N). Didn't you say you had a question for Brook?" Franky asked the woman, curious to hear the question himself.
"A question? For me? How exhilarating today has been!" Brook began to do a happy spin. "A question from a beautiful young lady!! What could it be?"
"Oh. I almost forgot. It's about that song you've sung before. Brink's Brew." Brook stopped spinning and looked at (Y/N) curiosity. "I know it's a well known shanty, but I was uh.. curious. Have you ever met a woman named Hayami (L/N)?"
"Hm.." Brook placed a hand on his chin in ponder. "I do recall a young girl with the same first name, but I'm afraid her last name was Donquixote. I'm sorry."
(Y/N)'s eyes widened when she heard Brook's claim. "But.. that would mean. It's true. My mother really did belong to the Donquixote Family. And you met her?" (Y/N) looked up at Brook in shock.
"Your mother? Oh dear! Well I suppose Hayami would be in her fifties or sixties as of now." Brook stared at (Y/N) in shock. "But you're her daughter?! My eyes would be popping out of the socks... though, I don't have any eyes! YOHOHOHO!!"
(Y/N) shook her head at the skeleton's antics. "I would love to question how you know my mother, but we should regroup with Zoro and find the others. We still have more shadows to reclaim."
"Yeah, you're right. I didn't want to ruin the moment, but we should get moving." Just as Franky said that, the building beneath the three shook. Everyone stood in silence for a few seconds before Franky spoke again. "Hey. That felt like an earthquake. What just happened?"
"I.. haven't a clue. But whatever it was, it made my hair stand on end. Ah. But I'm a skeleton, so I don't.." Brook patted his afro. "Oh no wait a minute. Ahhh that's right I do have hair!"
"You fight so hard to protect your afro then you forget you have it?!" Frank yelled at the skeleton.
(Y/N) giggled at the two before walking over to edge of the broken roof. The woman softly smiled down at the swordsman holding his new blade. "Hey Zo—" (Y/N) was cut off by the ground shaking once more. "What the hell is that?!" (Y/N) irritatedly questioned as she looked towards the large bridge across from the group. Her (e/c) eyes widened in shock when she saw Oars smash through the wall with ease.
Brook stared screaming in fear at the gigantic creature. "That.. That's a zombie." Franky spoke in shock. "Ooh crap! That must be Luffy's zombie!"
(Y/N) ran back over to the two. "Of course it's Luffy's zombie! We saw it before remember. You tried to attack it?!"
Franky ignored (Y/N)'s yells, pointing down at the zombie. "Hey, look there! Somebody else came out of the building and it like Chef Curly Brows!"
(Y/N) looked down as the rubble beneath Oars' feet. "It is him! But where's Nami?"
Oars took a few steps forward before putting his arms in the air. "SHOW YOURSELVES!! COME OUT STRAW HATS! YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM MEEE!!"
"Don't eat me! I'm all bones!!" Brook screamed in fear.
"We supposed to fight that damn thing?! No way!" Franky worriedly exclaimed.
"Oh fuuuuck." (Y/N) stared at the zombie is utter shock and fear. "We're dead. We're dead. Rest in Peace, you guys."
"Don't say stuff like that! We're not dying, ya hear?!" Franky smacked the back of (Y/N)'s head, snapping her scared state.
"Ow. I know, but look at that thing!! You can't tell me you're not the least bit concern?!" (Y/N) rubbed the back of her head, not taking her eyes off Oars.
Zoro climbed back up to the three as Brook sheepishly spoke up. "What is that thing? It's terrifying!"
"Of course it is. It's a monster after all." Franky calmly replied.
"HEY!! USOPP?! IS THAT YOU DOWN THERE??!" Zoro yelled for his crew mate making (Y/N) look in the direction Zoro called out to.
"Oh! There he is." (Y/N) waved her arms at the long nose. "USOPP!! UP HERE!!"
"Zoro?! (Y/N)?!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING UP THERE?!!" Usopp yelled back.
(Y/N) smiled down at Chopper and Robin who was with Usopp, but her attention was caught by Sanji jumping through the rubble towards Oars. "Uhh.. What the hell is Sanji doing?!"
Franky looked down at Sanji in disbelief. "That moron's picking a fight with the monster!"
"That damn stupid cook. Has he even rescued Nami yet?!" Zoro irritatedly questioned.
"Probably not. I think he's in worst trouble than she is now." Franky said in frustration.
Oars looked down at his arm for a second. "Huh. You look just the same as your wanted poster."
"THAT DRAWING LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ME!!" Sanji yelled at the gigantic zombie.
"What do you mean? It's so good."
"ARE YOUR EYES ROTTING?!! IDIOT!!"
"But you admit you're part of the pirate crew, huh?"
"YEAH! WHAT OF IT?!"
"Then you're dead."
"Shit. I'm not going to watch the man get squashed in front of my eyes. I'll be right back." (Y/N) started to walk off the edge of the building, but held back by Franky. "What?!" (Y/N) whipped her head back at the cyborg, giving him a death glare.
Brook screamed in fear from the anger radiating off the woman as Zoro spoke up. "Are you trying to get yourself killed while you're at it?"
"You don't need to run into danger every time your friend is in trouble." Franky added in.
"But he's literally facing a gigantic zombie which makes Sanji like this tiny in comparison!" (Y/N) held up her fingers, just about to pinching them together. "So why can't I go help the man out?!"
"We'll help him out once we regroup. Just wait." Zoro 'tsk'ed at the woman before looking back to Sanji.
Oars began punching the ground where Sanji was making (Y/N) grow more anxious. "STAY STILL AND LET ME SQUASH YOU!!" Oars screamed down at the cook before throwing even faster punches. (Y/N) stared in fear for her crew mate, but she sighed in relief when she saw Sanji walk out of the smoke. Oars cracked his knuckles before speaking again. "I'm not finished yet, you twerp! Gum-Gum..."
(Y/N) watched in shock as Oars drew back his fist like Luffy would. "Did he get Luffy's rubber powers with his shadow?!" Zoro asked the question on everyone's mind.
"SICKLE!!" Oars screamed out as he punched the ground where Sanji stood.
"Sickle?!" (Y/N) blushed lightly. 'Is that actually one of Luffy's moves or did Oars make it up?'
Zoro snapped (Y/N) back to reality with his comment. "He may look like a brute, but he's got the speed to back it up."
"We better stay out of its way. It's lights out if he hits us." Franky spoke up to the group.
"But if that thing is still moving around freely, then that means Luffy has yet to kick Moria's ass." (Y/N) looked back at Franky as she spoke. "We may have to face off against the beast, after all."
The group watched Oars rain down his fists on Sanji once more. The cook attempted to use his Collier Frit kick against Oar, but the zombie quickly reacted. Oar's met Sanji's kick with a head butt, forcing the cook to land and jump back a few meters. The gigantic zombie wasted no time attacking the cook, sending Sanji flying backwards. "SANJI!!" (Y/N) screamed out for her crew mate.
"How could something that big, move that fast?!!" Franky yelled out in shock.
Oars snatched Sanji, holding the cook in the air. "No more fancy footwork for you, ya pipsqueak."
(Y/N) sonic boom through the sky, taking out her sickles as she soared. "GET YOUR HANDS OFF HIM, YOU UNDEAD JERK!!" The woman drove her sickles into Oar's hand making the zombie groan in pain.
"Who are you?!" Oars looked down at the wanted posters on his arm. "Oh. You're the one master told me not to kill." Oars held up his hand preparing to flick the woman off him. "But that doesn't mean I can't hurt you if you get in my way."
"(Y/N)!! Get away from him!" Zoro yelled out to the woman.
Oars flicked (Y/N) off his hand, but his gigantic finger gazed through her. "You're gonna have to do better than that." (Y/N) smirked up at the zombie before crawling up on his hand. "NO LET HIM GO!!" The woman struggled to pull or cut through Oars' fingers off Sanji.
"Oh yeah. I can't hit you." Oars thought of a few seconds. "I'll just have to take care of this other pirate and then deal with you later." (Y/N)'s eyes widened in fear for what Oars meant, but quickly found out when Oars lifted up his hand. "Alright, pirate! Squishing time!!"
"FIRE BIRD STARRR!!" (Y/N) looked behind Oars to see Usopp shoot a flaming bullet at the zombie, setting Oars ablaze.
Oars turned to see who shot the flaming bullet at him. "Hot..." Oars took a few steps towards Usopp before throwing Sanji down.
(Y/N) quickly flew down to the cook's side. "Sanji! Say something! Are you okay?! Come on, Sanji! Speak to me!" The (h/c) haired woman held Sanji's head on her chest, looking back up at Oars. The zombie began to make his way to Usopp, Chopper and Robin. "Oh no..." (Y/N)'s eyes widened with fear when she heard Franky use his Weapon's Left machine gun to distract the zombie. "Shit. Now he knows everyone's positioning." (Y/N) gasped when Oars jumped and left kicked the building Brook, Franky and Zoro were on top of. The swordsman ran on Oars' leg and up Oars' body, (Y/N) tilted her head in confusion when she saw Zoro's upper arms get bigger. 'How is he doing that?' The swordsman managed to slice off one of Oars' gigantic ogre teeth causing the zombie to fall back.
"Now Gum-Gum... VOLCANO!!" Oars kicked Zoro high into the air. "Come on. Come on!!" Oars cheered for Zoro's death from how high the swordsman will fall.
(Y/N) turned her attention to Franky when he used his Weapon's Left missile, but Oars was able to quickly evade the attack with a backflip. The gigantic zombie grabbed hold of another building and ripped it off the ground. Oars leaped into the air as he drew back his arm, throwing the building into the one Brook and Franky stood on. (Y/N)'s eyes began to water from the amount of destruction she couldn't stop, but her tears didn't last for long when Oar's walked up to the swordsman caught in Robin's arm spider net. "I'll be back, Sanji." (Y/N) set the cook down, sonic booming to Zoro's aid. The woman was too late, Oars slammed a broken building on the swordsman making (Y/N) gasp and look down to see Usopp, Chopper and Robin caught in the attack. "No..." (Y/N) flew down on the rubble beneath her. "No... NO!! NOO!!" (Y/N) fell on her hands and knees, sobbing like she never sobbed before. "They're... They're not gone! I won't accept this!!"
(Y/N) looked up when she heard Usopp speak. "Luffy... you jerk—"
"I don't know you." Oars looked down at the long nose. "My name's not Luffy. Remember? Moria's servant. Name's Oars!"
