[After a week passed... Musashi, Lumine and Paimon were summoned by Kokomi at Sangonomiya Shrine. Teppei volunteers to be their guide. And after an hour passed, they have arrived at the Sangonomiya Shrine. And...]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "Food supplies are the absolute top priority, period. We cannot afford any losses. With the conflict between us and the Shogun's Army getting more intense by the day, we must prioritize the stability of the rearguard."
Ookubo Daisuke: "Understood. I will think of a way..."
[It seems Kokomi is talking to one samurai of Resistance Army.]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "Take heart. We have a fresh batch of supplies in hand, and I'm working on expanding the army. I appreciate that the lack of manpower has been hard on all of you. But things are going to get better."

Ookubo Daisuke: "Yes! It is said that you have slay more than 500 Hilichurls in one night! And it is said that you also have ransacked Fatui's base with just One Swing of your Katana!"

[Lumine just chuckles. On the other side, Teppei swiftly shakes his head and tries to change the atmosphere and the subject.]
Teppei: "Your Excellency, I couldn't help but overhear Ookubo mention something about... a third party supporter? What was that about?"
[After Teppei throws that question, Kokomi clears her throat and tries to answer it (despite the little embarassment she has right now.)]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "W-Well... Not long ago, someone wrote to me saying that they wished to support the Watatsumi Island resistance effort. To that end, they also furnished us with a great deal of supplies. Thanks to them, we can finally start recruiting troops on the scale we need to openly confront the Shogun's Army on the front line."

Sangonomiya Kokomi: "The members of Swordfish II are currently on standby in a valley to the southwest. Ronin have been causing trouble down there lately, and we need a special operations unit to eliminate them and stabilize the rearguard. Swordfish II Squad Leader: "Ah, you must be the new captain of Swordfish II. Her Excellency briefed us in advance. Your reputation precedes you, and the Appointment Letter is all in order. But I still have my doubts..."
Paimon: "Hmm? Do you have any other questions?"
[The Squad Leader and his veteran seems doubtful of Lumine and Musashi's prowess.]
Swordfish II Squad Leader: "I'll be straight with you. I want to know whether you two have what it takes to lead us."

[Those ronins angrily runs with their sword.]

[Those ronins were slayed by both Musashi and Lumine. As they put their sword back and do their little high five... Those two approaches them with respect.]
Koutoku: "Okay, seems like you can hold your own... The rumors are exaggerations, of course, but still, your abilities are admirable. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Koutoku, Acting Captain of Swordfish II. This is Yoshihisa, a fellow veteran of the team. I now formally cede the position of captain to you. Swordfish II awaits your orders."
Musashi: "So... Are there any other ronin to deal with?"
[Yoshihisa nods and points his finger on to the enemy stronghold location.]
Yoshihisa: "There are two hard-hit areas. This was one of them, but thanks to you, this area is now secure. Their only remaining stronghold is located at the shallows on the east side of the island. That said, the ones over there are tougher, and there's more of them."
[Lumine seems intriqued by this ronin's stronghold around this place. She decides to check it out.]
Lumine: "We should go take a look."
Musashi: "After all... Kokomi-chan said we need to secure the rearguard."
Paimon: "You two got that right. Watatsumi Island is busy fighting the Shogun's Army on the front line. We can't let these guys mess up thing at the rear!"
[And... the trio follows Yoshihisa and Koutoku. Then, they all arrived at the area threatened by monsters.]

Koutoku: "That's not even all of them. They have two more camps nearby. Whichever camp we attack, it's the ronin in the other two camps that'll cause us issues. They might decide to provide backup or abandon them and escape on their own."

[One of those ronins runs towards them and swings his katanas horizontally at them. But they manages to evade it and spread out.]

Musashi: "Lumine!"
Lumine: "Got it!"

[With one hard slash, One of thoss ronins is down. But...]

[The remaining ronins starts attacking. They starts swinging their swords at Lumine.]
Musashi: "Oh no, you don't, you dolts!"

[Fastly enough, Musashi stood in front of Lumine and clashed weapon with them. Those ronins were getting angrier.]
Musashi: "Time to kick your sorry butt, dumbass!"
Ronin 3: "DAMN YOU!!!"

[And... those attack lethally hits those ronins. They were fall down to the ground after being defeated.]
Paimon: "That should be the last of them... Lumine, Slime's Lover... you two didn't get hurt, did you?"
[Both of Lumine and Musashi nods their head as they put back their sword. Paimon sighed in relief.]
Lumine: "I'm fine, Paimon."
Musashi: "Maybe... Just a little tired."
Paimon: "Cool... Paimon wonders how everything is going with Koutoku and Yoshihisa. Should we go over and check on them?"
Yoshihisa: "Captain!"
[But before they could go to assist, both Koutoku and Yoshihisa are already back.]
Koutoku: "Captain, the other two camps have been cleared. The entire rearguard of Watatsumi Island is now secure."
Paimon: "Great! Hee-hee, we solved the ronin problem and got everyone to look up to us, too... Let's go back and check with Kokomi."

[The trio safely returned to the HQ to reports their duty to Kokomi.]

[The trio seems glad because Kokomi has gave Teppei a special assignment to prove his worth.]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "He expressed a desire to be on the front line, so I honored his wishes. Now... Speaking of assignments..."
[The trio looks at Kokomi with serious expression.]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "I have a special mission I'd like to give you."

[Teppei let out some small cough. Both Lumine and Musashi really worry about his current condition.]

Musashi: "You should watch your back, buddy."

[Teppei smiles and left.]
Paimon: "Teppei's sure made some big progress if he's already dealing with Shogunate Samurai. Paimon can hardly believe it. Let's report back to Kokomi."
[Agree with Paimon, Musashi and Lumine moves swiftly to the HQ to give their reports... And after 30 minutes of walking... They have arrived.]
Paimon: "Kokomi, we're back- Oh, look, Gorou's here too."

Sangonomiya Kokomi: "So... That's why the war has been going unusually well... But risky secret weapons are not the answer. We must put a stop to it immediately."
[Kokomi slightly glanced at Musashi. She feels sad about this problem, but also feels glad because of Musashi's fast warning to her. Then, she looks back at Gorou.]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "Gorou, have you managed to acquire one of these weapons?"
Gorou: "Most of the officers refused to hand them over. Still, I did manage to get one..."
[Gorou shows them a weapon that he got from his soldier. Musashi, Lumine and Paimon widened their eyes in shock as they looks at it.]

Sangonomiya Kokomi: "Um... Lumine, Miyamoto-san, do you two know something about this?"
[They nods their head...]
Lumine: "It's a Fatui Delusion."
Gorou: "So... that means our secret sponsor is the Fatui!?"
[Lumine nods their head. Musashi starts to feel angry a bit.]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "But why would the Fatui do this..."
[Kokomi swiftly shakes her head. She need to focus on confiscating those Delusions.]
Sangonomiya Kokomi: "Forget that, there's no time. Right now, we need to inform the whole army to cease using their Delusions immediately. All soldiers who have shown symptoms are to be taken for treatment. I just hope we'll be in time to save them."
[And instantly... the trio remembers... Teppei!]
Musashi: "No! No way! Not him!!"

[Lumine and Musashi's worried expression and sudden question for Teppei makes him confused a little bit. But then...]

Fighting the Shogun's Army at sea, taking on Shogunate Samurai all by myself, rescuing my comrades fr-from an ambush... things I never would have dreamed I could do when you first met me."

[Musashi sighed and shakes her head. Kokomi and Gorou were devastated by this loss. But... There is no time for grieving.]

Musashi: "For now, we should-"
Lumine: "I'll go confront the Fatui directly."
[Kokomi and Musashi were shocked by Lumine's answer about going to take on Fatui by herself.]

Sangonomiya Kokomi: "No, it's too dangerous! The Sakoku Decree is still in force, so their Delusions must be produced within Inazuma's borders.
