Dipper's POV
I quickly made up an excuse to go upstairs so I could message Pacifica that we were in the same place as her
Monterey.
*Dipper and Pacifica are now messaging each other*
5:50pm
Dip: Hey Pacifica
Paz: Hiii dipper, how are u
Dip: umm well u won't believe where we are
Paz: wdym?
Dip: like where we moved to
Paz: oh ok tell me
Dip: ...
Paz: JUST TELL ME NOW pls
Dip: we're in monterey
Paz: WHERE!
Dip: Monterey in california,USA
Paz: I know where Monterey is cause I'm there aswell!
Dip: yeh didn't expect to be moving here but it seems nice maybe we might see each other somewhere
Paz: yeh the chances of that happening is close to none I mean Monterey is a huge place
Dip: I know anyways text you later
Paz: k bye
Dip: bye
*Messaging ends*
Pacificas POV
MONTEREY!
FREAKING MONTEREY!
But how could that happen I mean it's only been almost a year since I've seen him and it just feels like he's getting closer the more I text and think about him
"Just breathe Pacifica it's all fine" I tell myself
anyways I need to catch up on some school work hopefully that can distract my mind from all of this
*A FEW HOURS LATER*
It's been around 3 or 4 hours since Pacifica found out where Dipper and Mabel have moved to and it was time for the Northwests to have their dinner
(don't ask why it's 3 or 4 hours later than Dipper and Mabel's)
Pacificas POV
I headed downstairs to eat dinner after studying upstairs in my room
we were having Spagetti carbonarra but whilst we were eating my father had something to say
"Now, Pacifica you do know that some new neighbours have moved on next door," my father said
"yes" I replied back
"Tommorow we will visit them, take it a as a little warming them in to town kind if thing"
"Dad can't I just stay at home I have to do homework-"
He cut me off and kept going on about being respectful and all that but all I could think about is how me and dipper could be just miles apart away from me
"-and I did see a brunette haired child around about your age aswell Pacifica, perhaps you could make a new friend" my dad carried on
"sure thing dad, I'll come then" I replied back
Oh, if only my next door neighbour was Dipper...

I basically had an idea of how to write this chapter just didn't know how to write it
