Dedicated to Lemoncandy18, thank you for voting on the prologue, it really motivated me to write!!

A/N YOU NEED TO READ THIS TO UNDERSTAND THE STORY FROM NOW ON!!

I've changed a few things, and for the people who read the prologue before this chapter is published:

Okay, I need to tell you guys that I'm changing her age and appearance, for the plot's sake.

Now, here are the new facts:

She left on an S-Class mission when she was 15. This makes it more plausible, and I've recently seen another story which is a bit too similar for my liking.

Next, she now looks 19, Erza's age. This also means it took her 4 years to get out of the in-between space between the real world and the time bubble. This will come up in time, so keep it in mind.

She is still supposed to be 30 y/o in normal time, and is very mature b/c she did live those years, unlike the Tenroujima team.

Her appearance: Electric blue eyes, long wavy blonde hair. The thing I'm imagining is that she looks like Mavis, if she grew up to look like a 19 year old, but with blue eyes instead of green.

Also, her name is now Sasha Mavis Dreyar, b/c when she was 12, she actually did look exactly like Mavis, and they were best friends. In this story, too, the Master and Laxus are always kind of saddened by Mavis, b/c she looks so much like what Sasha was before she left on the 100-year quest (she matured slowly, and looked like a bit older Mavis when she left.)

This is after the Tartarus Arc! If you haven't read the manga, slight spoilers ahead!! I'll try and keep it to the minimum, but some things are unavoidable!!

Author note ends here! sorry for the long explanations!!

Sasha's POV...

Oh man this is gonna be a lot of explaining... I thought as I walked onto the stage once again.

"ATTENTION, BRATS! MY GRANDAUGHTER HAS SOMETHING TO SAY! LISTEN CAREFULLY AND DON'T JUDGE UNTIL SHE IS DONE TALKING! SHE WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS ONE AT A TIME!" I sighed, gramps was never going to change...

The moment he was done speaking, the doors burst open to reveal a man in his 20s, along with three other people behind him. I stared as recognition dawned on me. Sure, he was older and more muscular, and taller, and had a slight sad gloss over his eyes. But this was no doubt Laxus. My big brother. I jumped over the heads of the guild to stand a few meters in front of him.

I didn't know if he would recognize me, so I stood there until I saw that he did.

As I looked at him, a spark ignited in his stormy blue eyes, and the sadness instantly left them. His mouth went slack in astonishment, and I smirked.

"S-sasha?" the man with green hair asked with surprise and uncertainty.

I knew I could approach my brother then, without being zapped to oblivion that is. I ran at him, and slung my arms around his neck, crying happy tears for the third time that day. Jeezus, I'll have to make up for the amount of water leaking out of my eyes.

His muscular arms wrapped around me protectively, and he let out a sigh that seemed to come from the very core of his being. I felt three other pairs of arms wrap around me, after they all exclaimed my name in pure joy.

We broke apart, and I hugged each of my old friends in turn. I patted Bickslow's babies, happy he had finally mastered his Seith magic. I looked them all up and down, kind of unhappy that the people I had always seen as my younger siblings were now seemingly older than me. I smiled though, and explained to them that I had to explain a few things to the whole guild, and ascendd the stairs to the stage.

I saw Cana filling in my brother and his team on the details I had given about my mission, especially about why I looked not 30 years old.

"Alright, friends and family I still have to meet!" I called everybody to attention. "DO NOT INTERRUPT ME FROM HERE ON OUT!" The guild was extremely quiet, as if everyone was holding their breath. "You can breathe, you know..." I said slightly uncomfortable. As I had thought, everybody released a breath.

I started recounting my story.

~~Le Flashback~~

The 100-year mission I took led me to a certain mountain on the very eastern border of Fiore, where I met my client. At first, I thought he was only an ordinary man, though he did seem slightly peculiar.

He had dark blue shaggy hair, and light blue tattoos all over his body. His skin was tan, also something strange, as we were high in the mountains on the Eastern border, where most people have some type of light skin color. He had a black cloak and pants on, which were slightly ragged. I concluded that he was a foreigner.

He also seemed to have a vast amount of magical power radiating off of him, so I wondered why he would need another mage to help him with anything.

I followed him up into a cave, which was extremely large inside, but also very well hidden against the rocky surface. This also perplexed me. Why would he lead me inside there? I started to get a bad feeling in my gut. I followed him through a barrier that I only noticed as I was passing through. When we emerged outside of it, we had been transported to a vast field of barren earth and rocks.

Then I started to panic.

'Where the hell are we?!' I shouted at the strange man. 'Answer me this instant, bastard!'

'You accepted the quest I sent out, no?' He said in a rumbling tone that reminded me of an avalanche sliding down a mountain.

'Yes. Now I need you to answer my questions and explain how we got here, and the details of the quest I accepted.' I said confidently, not showing my panic, which was boiling over.

'Ah, yes. Please, sit down.' he said gruffly, pointing to a rock. He sat opposite me, and stared me down. I gulped, and once he saw sufficient fear and anxiety, he began to talk.

'We came here by passing through a barrier to the 'Timeless Space' that I use to stop the flow of time. The details of the quest you have accepted are these;' his previously nonchalant air fading away.

'You will train with me to learn my magic. I expect you to die from the pressure, as I have foreseen that an insect among insects will not withstand the great power of the King of Dragons himself.' he managed to say this with not a hint of cockiness in his tone.

'So you're a dragon?' I asked, hoping to piss him off for taking me to this god-forsaken place.

'Yes.' He growled.

'And I'm going to train with you, presumably die, and this is all so that you can prove your point about humans being insects. Correct?' I said steadily, rising to my feet.

'Yes.' He growled, now slightly interested in my own tone of voice.

'Then I accept your frivolous challenge, King of the Dragons! I will train with you, and become the one who proves you wrong! I will not die, I will live for my family and my Guild! For the humans of this world, I will prove to you we are strong enough to take you on!' now, he seemed fully amused by me. Good. This'll hopefully keep me alive.

'Do I have to call you King of the Dragons, or do you have a name?'

Standing, the man smirked.

'Acnologia.'

~~ 11 years later~~

'Kid, come over here!' I heard Acnologia yell at me from my perch on a tall rock, meditating.

'Yeah?!' I yelled as I ran to him.

'I've got a few things to explain now.' I sat in front of him on the same rock from the day I arrived there.

'Go ahead, your Majesty.' he growled at my teasing him.

'You've mastered my magic surprisingly fast. It's had an unexpected effect on you, too. But, now it is time to return to your 'family'' he spat the last part as if it was poison. I chuckled.

'You've been away for 11 Earthland years. It'll take another 4 when you pass the barrier. You'll age in those few seconds 4 years, so be prepared, pipsqueak.' I exhaled in relief, as this meant my family wasn't dead yet. I had expected it was more or less 100 years, since that was my quest's time frame.

'Another, most important thing, I will travel within you. This is to keep you from becoming something like me. There are perks to being a dragon, believe me, but I am not so cruel as to inflict that on my own pupil.' I stared at him in shock. He had only once shown a drop of concern, or any other emotion other than irritation, for me before.

'What have you done this time?' I dreaded the answer. Last time he didn't answer me, but this time he spoke.

'When you return to your nakama, they will know of me, and hate me. Be careful, kid. You could easily compromise my own life along with your own.' I sighed, dreading seeing my family again. From his words, I gathered that they wouldn't want someone who was in any way associated with this monster alongside them.

I stood up, and walked to where the black barrier swirled around my training grounds, ready to leave. Acnologia held my shoulder, and we stepped through together.

~~

When I woke up, I was laying on the floor of the mouth of the huge cavern. Acnologia was nowhere to be seen, so I knew he had sealed himself inside me. I stood up, and instantly felt very different. I was taller, much taller than my 15 year old body. I remembered then, I was now 19. Weird. My hair seemed to have grown, too. It was now past my knees. I hastily braided it, and set off down the mountain to find my long lost nakama.

~~End of Le Flashback~~

I looked out upon the guild hall. Everyone looked at me with their jaws slack.

Then, the chaos I so dearly despised broke loose.
