Amelia pov
Only a few weeks and i will be officially a 20 years old woman time really fly fast. Today was the last day of my job and i will be going to live my own life
My last task is delivering a parcel to a place i never went or heard before... somehow i got a bad feeling about this
"It's okay, me. I swear after all of this you gonna go home and relax"
I tried talking to myself after entering this village seeing all kinds of ruined house and places...
I finnaly arrive to the place or it is a castle? It's so big for my eyes to fit. I sighed feeling my sore leg after walking feeling like hours here
I talked to one of the servants about the delivery I'm not even surprised the castle had servants.
They invited me in but i think i heard the door locked maybe it's for safety?
"You just needed to sign here and done"
I say to the maid but they keep saying "The lady has to be the one who signed the parcel not us"
I guess i had to wait for the lady in this castle huh? What a drag
A few minutes passed and i saw a REALLY tall woman came down the stairs. I feel so little when her daughters who is taller than me glare at me and grinning
"What's your name, little one?"
Why is she calling me little one? There's no way she knew about my classification right?... right?
"It's... Amelia, ma'am."
"Amelia hm? You seem so... little is that the right word? You're too small to do the delivery here you must be tired am i right?"
No, i should refuse. I know i should trust our customers and all but still for my own safety.
"No, i still can keep up. Here you need to sign this paper and the parcel is yours"
I say taking out a paper slip of the parcel to the woman
"I see, how about you drink some tea while I'm signing it?"
"Um okay..."
What? You can't blame me i couldn't refuse a tea with biscuits
I drank the tea for a while but my vision started blurring out and i soon passed out on the couch
I knew i shouldn't trust people easily... now look what happen
