We enter the office of the head of the school and take a seat. A few moments later a guy enters and I can tell that he is gonna be a pain in the ass.
He is tall and bald with a pale stern face and wearing the outfit of a father of the church with a rosary hanging around his neck. The guy sits infront of me and my parents.
He looks me up and down and frowns , "Is this the young lad we spoke about over the phone?" My dad nods and replies in a stern voice , "Yes he seems to be in a faze and likes weird things."
I roll my eyes at that clearly as you can see my dad is still in denial about what's happening to me that's why he has brought me here and my mother as usual still refuses to say anything about the matter and I eventually accepted that my mother no longer sees me as her son.
The guy nods and says "You made the right choice bringing him here." My dad nodding in approval and understanding. The guy who I assume to be the headmaster of this school continues to say ,"While he is in this school, he will eventually forget these childish habits and follow the path of God."
"So will he be safe in this school and change?" My dad asks. The headmaster nods and that's all the assurance my parents needed before they bounced and left me in the office alone with the headmaster.
He stands up and moves to stand in front of me then uses his finger to twirl a strand of my hair around his finger before tugging it harshly towards himself. I wince at the sharp pain that accompanies the tug but say nothing.
"Such clothing is not allowed in my school nor such manners and accordingly so when I address you, you should respond by saying 'yes father Gerald' is that understood?"
I nod showing I understood but clearly I had not got the message well because in the next moment , my head is reeling from the slap that made my face turn sideways. I feel tears prick my eyes but I refuse to let them fall.
Father Gerald huffs and harshly sits me down before grabbing a pair of scissors and snipping away at my hair till it reached my ears and this time I let the tears fall freely but I promised myself that this would be the last time I cried in this school.
A few seconds later a knock is heard at the door and Father Gerald says they could enter. A boy with brown wavy hair and freckles enters and he is so handsome I almost forgot that I was upset.
"Ah! Jonathan right on time , will you please show our dear student here to his room , he will be staying with you during his stay here at St. Peter's."
