Chapter 181
No One POV
At the Cerise laboratory Ash and Goh are seen enjoying a nice relaxing day In the lab as they didn't go to Unova all thanks to that whole Lunala thing which they don't know the source of it but they do know that it was incredibly dangerous and thousands died.
Of course Goh is still spouting nonsense of wanting to catch a Pokémon like that which Ash doesn't see that as a good idea since it'll kill him before he even has the chance to do something to it.
Ash:ok first of all Goh that Lunala was not normal, I mean it used some kind of barrier to encase the entire city into it. Not to mention it destroyed the city like it was nothing, so I don't think you catching is a good idea.he tried to reason with him
Goh:but it's so irritation watching you catch all these cool Pokémon while I get nothing, sure i have that shiny Voltorb but you have literal Legendarie's and that weird looking Rillaboom.he said back to him
Ash:but that Charizard and Lunala has killed people Goh so I don't think they'll even think of you as their trainer.he said back to him
Goh:*sighs*I guess your right but still...I wonder when I'll get my own Mythical or Legendary.he wondered out loud
Before Ash could respond a familiar face he hasn't seen in awhile had appeared as they both looked at each other as Ash's eyes had widened in surprise and so did her's as well. It was Casey as soon after she gotten permission to head out she came to the lab soon as possible.
Ash:*surprised*whoa Casey is that you? I never thought that I'd see you again.he said in surprise
Casey:yeah no kidding it's been a few years since we seen one another, although I have seen you participate in the World Coronation Series I didn't think I'd see you in person again.she said to him
Ash:I see..but why are you here tho.he asked
Casey:well I came here to see if Keenan is here...so is he home.she asked them
Both Ash and Goh had looked toward each other and just looked back at Casey who was waiting for the answer.
Goh:sorry to say this but Keenan moved out awhile ago actually.he told her
Casey:*wide eyed*wait what seriously where did he move to.she asked
Ash:*shrugs*he moved to some island which I do not know the location of, but I wouldn't recommend going there since their Pokémon guards the place 24/7.he told her
???:HUH SO I CAME ALL THIS WAY FOR NOTHING.another person had shouted
They all turned toward the new voice to see Hilda who was a few meters away from them as Casey and Ash was also surprised since they have watched the previous leagues and know that she won the Unova league some time ago.
Ash:wait a minute your Hilda right? You won the Unova league a little over a year ago.he questioned
Hilda:*sighs*yeah that's me, but your the same guy who used an Oshawott and a Pignite against a Hydreigon like who the hell does that.she said to him as Ash flinched
Ash:*flinches*please don't bring it up even I'm questioning that myself.he asked her
Casey:so I take it you also know Keenan as well.she asked
Hilda:yeah we met when he first started out on his journey and I was hoping we could catch up, but I guess that plan has been ruined.she replied
Goh:*sweats*geez just how many people does he even know.he questioned himself
Casey:well since Keenan isn't here how about we have a battle Ash? I've been wanting a rematch ever since the first time we battled back at Johto.she asked
Ash:sure why not, I could use a bit of a warm up.he agreed to it
As Goh had looked in between Ash and Casey as he's curious as to how their first battle went, but he also had a feeling that Ash won that one with relative ease. But he also glanced at Hilda who crossed her arms but was also curious about this battle.
Hilda:hmm I'm curious as to how this battle will go, you don't mind if I watch right.she asked
Ash:sure why not, maybe afterwards me and you could have a battle as well.he said back to her

Still No One POV
Their currently at the training area that Ash uses to train his Pokémon in the dome as both him and Casey are at a good distance away from each other face to face, while Hilda and Goh are on the sidelines interested in how this battle will go.
Hilda:soo who do you think will win.she asked Goh
Goh:Ash most likely since he's recently been taking his training seriously, but then again I don't really know how strong this Casey girl is.he told her
Hilda:*nods*hmm I'm with you on this one, this is the first time seeing this Casey person but it's clear that they knew each other.she agreed with him
As Casey had stretched as she took out a poke ball ready to get this started, as Ash is also curious as to how strong she's gotten but also cautious as well. It has been awhile sine they lasr seen and battled one another.
Casey:alright Ash does a 3 vs 3 sound good to you.she asked him
Ash:*nods*yeah I'm ok with that but do we need a ref for this.he asked
Casey:nah all of us should be familiar with the rules by now, but the use of Mega Evolution and Z-Moves are allowed tho.she said to him
Ash:*thinks*so she has one of those huh? Expected since I haven't seen her in awhile.he thought to himself
Casey:I'll choose first, alright Electevire let's go.as she tossed her out
Casey's first choice had appeared onto the grassy field as she appeared with a small roar as she slammed her fist together creating a spark of electricity as both Hilda and Goh were quite surprised that she has a Pokémon like that.
Goh:*surprised*oh wow I did think she'd have a Pokémon like that.he said surprised
Hilda:huh no kidding, I guess this will be quite interesting then.she commented
Ash:an Electevire, so your still catching Pokémon that has black and yellow on them.he asked her
Casey:of course I do after all I am a fan of the Electebuzz baseball team.she said back to him
Hilda/Goh:*sweats*oh..well that's why.they said at the same time
Ash:*smirks*you do remember what I said to you right? On the first day we met each other.he asked
Casey:um...no not really it's been awhile.she replied
Ash:I said "I seen better swings on a playground." I'm sure you remember that.he told her
She finally realized what he said as her eyebrow twitched in annoyance, as back then she was annoyed that somebody had dissed her team but now that she's getting reminded of that day she's getting all the more annoyed.
Casey:ok ASH why don't you bring out your Pokémon and we can get this started shall we.she told him
Ash:right I did that to get you fired up and get angry at me, but I'll use this one. Let's go Snorlax.as he threw him out
His large Snorlax had appeared onto the grass field surprisingly standing on his legs as he flexed his arms ready to get started, as Hilda has never seen a Snorlax willingly stand on its legs...until today.
Hilda:a Snorlax well this should be interesting.she as she put her head onto her hands
Ash:you may have the first move Casey.he offered her
Casey:why thanks for being a gentleman, use Cross Chop.she ordered her
Electevire had jumped into the air and dove down with both of his hands glowing white with energy as he made a crossing shape with his attack hitting Snorlax as he gritted his teeth and slid back tanking the fighting type move.
Casey:oh wow it's still standing despite taking a Fighting type move, truly impressive there Ash.she said to him
Ash:well we did a bit of resistance training, now Snorlax use High Horsepower.he commanded him
Casey:Double Team now.she called out
Snorlax had growled as he ran toward Electevire with his right fist reeled back with his entire body glowing a brown energy but it faxed right through Electevire as multiple copies of it had appeared surrounding Snorlax as he looked around confused.
Ash:just stay calm Snorlax just keep a straight mind and find the real one.he tried to calm him down
Casey:*smirks*now Electevire use Discharge.she commanded her
She took a deep breath as her entire body was covered with electricity as she zapped Snorlax from all directions as Snorlax had took a lot of damage as he stumbled back but still managed to stay on his 2 feet.
Hilda:huh this Casey girl is a lot stronger then i thought.she commented
Goh:*wide eyed*yeah no kidding, Snorlax is one is Ash's stronger Pokémon as well. Which means that she's at least Champion level.he said out loud
Ash:*grins*not bad Casey I see that you'd definitely gotten stronger since the last time I saw you.he said to her
Casey:*sighs*yeah ever since those weirdly powerful Pokémon started coming here mu mom forced me to stay home for a few months, and I had nothing much to do then just constantly train.she replied to him
Ash:oh..okay yeah that does make sense now, but don't think that it's over yet. Snorlax use Ice Punch.he ordered
Snorlax had gotten up and glared at Electevire as he reeled back his left fist and smashed Electevire across the face with his fist covered in ice as she was sent flying back landing onto the grass as she was a bit dazed but shook it off.
Casey:*whistles*dam now that's power, but don't think that we're done just from that, Electevire use Giga Impact.she commanded
Ash:use your Giga Impact as well.he also commanded
The 2 Pokémon had gotten covered with a purple aura and charged at each our creating a powerful shockwave and explosion from the collision of 2 powerful attacks, as both Hilda and Goh had covered their faces from the explosion and the dust flying around.
The dust had cleared up to reveal both Snorlax and Electevire standing up even after taking a powerful attack like that as the 2 of them are breathing heavily, as both of them had glared at each other.
Casey:well dam it's a lot tougher then I thought, although it's expected from one of your older Pokémon.she commented
Ash:alright Snorlax use Body Slam.he ordered
Casey:brace yourself and use Thunderbolt.he called out to her
The 2 injured Pokémon had once again gotten ready for another throw down, as Snorlax had leaped high into the air as Electevire's eyes had widened at how high it could jump. And so did Casey and Hilda as well since they weren't expecting that.
Hilda/Casey:*shocked*ok how the fuck can it go that high.they both said
As Snorlax had crashed onto Electevire as soon as he charged up his attack as it created a pillar of dust that shot up into the air as both Ash and Casey stood there wondering what happened, as the dust had cleared to reveal both of them are unable to battle.
[Both Snorlax and Electevire are unable to battle therefore the match is a draw.]
Everyone had looked at the 2 of them with swirls in their eyes as Ash is truly impressed with Casey, as she really has grown as a trainer....and physically as well now that he looks at her closer but shook those thoughts away since he has May.
Goh:*blinks in surprise*well dam it ended in a draw now I wasn't expecting that.he said a bit amazed
Hilda:*sweats*i'm still impressed that a Snorlax was able to get that much air, imagine if you were the one getting squashed by it.she said as both her and Goh shivered
Ash:I gotta say Casey your a lot stronger then I thought, I guess all that training has proved to be useful.he told her
Casey:yeah I guess so since not even I was expecting her to be that strong but I don't mind, but let's continue shall we.she suggested
They both thanked their Pokémon and returned them back into their balls as they once again glanced at each other, as Ash was truly impressed with her. He didn't think that she'd get that powerful...but then again it could be Keenan that made her like that.
Ash:*thinks*I guess he really does have a way of influencing others.he thought to himself
Casey:well since I chose my Pokémon first I guess you should do the same as well Ash it's only fair.she said back to him
Ash:well I guess that's fair, I'll use this one. Time to show her what you've got Charizard.he said
Ash's next choice had visibly made Casey a bit more nervous now as his 10ft tall Charizard had appeared with a loud roar that shook the area, as his large wings had flapped creating a gust of wind as he glared ahead at his next opponent.
Casey:*thinks*it's his Charizard, ok now I know that he's takin me seriously now. But it's gotten bigger how the hell.she thought to herself
Hilda:*amazed*ohh wow so that's the famous Charizard who battled up against that Articuno in the Battle Frontier and many other powerful Pokémon. I can see why it's among one of his strongest.she said in amazement
Goh:hold on you actually know it.he asked her
Hilda:*nods*yup I used to watch past battles and I stumbled upon a Charizard that managed to defeat an Articuno without the need of Mega Evolving. Do you have any idea how insane that is.she questioned him
He didn't say anything since he can think of Keenan's Pokémon and the rest of his friends as well who also has ridiculously powerful Pokémon, as Ash and Goh has watched the battle between Tatsumi and Lance, Kalakaua and Steven and Keenan vs Cynthia.
The 3 of them are on a completely different level as Goh thinks that Ash can't catch up with them, plus there's still thar Ryuga person as well who's pretty much around the same level as them.
Casey:so you really are taking me seriously? I guess I should feel honored.she joked
Ash:*chuckles*well I hope you can give Charizard a challenge Casey since it's been awhile since he had one.he told her
Casey:well time to see what you've got let's go.as she threw out her next choice
Her next choice had pretty much shocked everyone there as Goh had stared at her next choice slacked jawed as her next Pokémon had screeched loudly as it spread its wings apart showing it's width as even Charizard was surprised but also looked quite excited.
Hilda:*wide eyed*the hell you also have a Legendary how the hell did you catch that.she asked in shock
Goh:DAMMIT NOO EVEN SHE HAS ONE WHY IS MY LUCK COMPLETE ASS.he started whining
Ash:*surprised*ok I was expecting a lot of things but not a Zapdos, how exactly did you catch it.he asked her
Casey:hmm it was a month ago actually, there was a thunderstorm and it gotten attacked by poachers who tried to catch it. But it crash landed in my backyard and well I took care of it. Thankfully someone had came by and...killed the poachers, he had this weird yet massive chrome colored Rayquaza.she told them
Ash:oh...well I guess we can just focus on the battle, I can tell that Charizard is quite excited for this.he said out loud
Charizard had snorted smoke from his nostrils in response as Zapdos can tell that this Pokémon is no ordinary Pokémon is a lot more powerful then the average one. But even he too is quite excited to fight up against such a strong opponent.
Ash:well since you got the first move I'll go first this time, Charizard use Flamethrower.he commanded
Casey:Zapdos use Rain Dance by dodging it.she told it
The powerful stream of fire had hurled its way over toward the Legendary bird as it flapped its wings and flew higher into the air avoiding the attack, as it summoned a storm of rain that poured onto the area and battlefield.
Hilda:a Rain Dance..she's planing on taking advantage of this isn't she.she said to herself
Casey:now use Thunder.she called out
Ash:quick use Steel Wing to absorb most of it.he quickly called out to him
Before the powerful attack could land Charizard's had flowed metallic which absorbed most of the attack but it still did tons of damage as Charizard had grit its teeth enduring it.
Casey:well that's smart but I should've expected nothing less coming from.she commented
Ash:now Charizard had Dragon Claw.he ordered
Casey:Drill Peck now.she ordered
The 2 Pokémon had flew at each other as Charizard's claws is glowing with energy as eh swung his arm at Zapdos which made connection as Zapdos had spun with incredible speeds and charged right at Charizard which caused an explosion in the air.
Ash:now grab onto it and use Seismic Toss.he called out
Casey:*her eyes widens*crap use Thunderbolt now.she quickly called out
As Chairzard had grabbed onto Zapdos and dove down at fast speeds as Zapdos had managed to unleash the attack as it did more damage to Charizard thanks to the rain, but he still pulled through and slammed Zapdos into the ground.
It created a smaller pillar of dust and dirt as it shot up into the sky as Charizard had landed back onto the grassy field with noticeable burn marks from electricity. Zapdos had emerged from it flying into the air.
Casey:use Roost.she ordered
Ash:*grits his teeth*dammit I knew she'd have a move like that.he muttered to himself
Most of the damage it received has been recovered thanks to the healing move as Charizard had glared as Zapdos had stayed up in the air, Ash needs to get rid of the rain and he has just the plan.
Ash:that's it, Charizard use Sunny Day to get rid of the rain.he called out to him
Casey:crap it knows Sunny Day.she said to herself
The orange dragon had roared as he shot out an orb that almost looked like the sun as ur explode in the air dispersing the rain clouds and revealing the harsh sunlight which boosted the Fire type attacks.
Casey:*thinks*despite it having its Rain Dance cleared it can still do tons of damage.she thought to herself
Ash:now use Flamethrower.he quickly called out
Casey:dodge it now Zapdos.she cried out to it
The 2 Pokémon had once again took off into the air as they started to chase each other like an air battle, as Charizard had opened his jaw and unleashed the powerful stream of fire which completely consumed Zapdos in it.
Since the Sunny Day is still up it can boost the Fire type attacks to make it more powerful, as Casey had grit her teeth in annoyance. But then again she should've expected it since it's Ash, as she's starting to wondered what it's like battling Keenan.
Casey:*thinks*dam he really is proving to be somewhat of a nuisance, but the again it is Ash so it's to be expected.she thought to herself
Ash:let's finish this now Charizard use Flare Blitz go.he commanded
Casey:counter it with Brave Bird.she ordered
Two brilliant flame like aura's had appeared as Charizard is covered in a deep red orange color and Zapdos is covered in blue as they both flew at each other, they both clashed with each other creating a giant explosion in the air.
It forced Ash and Casey to cover their faces but Goh has been flown out of his seat on the log and landed in between Hilda's breast, as he started to process what happened as he looked up to see Hilda's surprised expression.
Goh:*blushing*OH MY GOD IM SOO SORRY I DIDN'T MEAN TO I-.he was cut off
Hilda:*blushing a bit*y-yeah don't worry about it, I know you didn't do it on purpose even I lost my balance a bit.she just waved it off thankfully
Goh:o-oh thanks for understanding.he managed to say as he sighed
Goh:*thinks*phew and here I thought she'd punch me or something, I'll never forget that feel-.he gotten cut off
A decent size coconut had fell from one do the tree's in the dome and landed on top of his head which ultimately knocked him out as Hilda had jumped in surprise from the sudden...coconut falling on top of his head.
Hilda:*sweats*geez dude you really have shit luck.she said to him which he didn't hear
The dust cloud had cleared up to reveal that Zapdos is unable to battle as it has swirls in its eyes and Charizard is also battered and bruised but he it'll standing, in which both Casey and Hilda expected since he already fought Legendary Pokémon in the past.
This victory makes him defeat Articuno and Zapdos in a battle as all he needs is Moltres, and well Keenan has a Moltres as he'll probably ask him for a battle some time later.
[Zapdos is unable to battle Charizard wins]
Casey:*sigh*you know I should've expected Charizard to win and he didn't even Mega Evolve at all, it really is strong.she said out loud
Ash:actually I was real close to Mega Evolving him, if I hadn't used Sunny Day as a counter I would've most likely done so.he told her
Casey:hmm but still he's had experience battling Legendary Pokémon so it was expected.she replied
She returned her defeated Legendary as Ash is still surprised that she managed to catch one which is truly an impressive feat, as Ash had also returned his Charizard back into his ball for he too can rest.
Hilda:*thinks*down to her last Pokémon now this should be interesting.she thought to herself
Ash:so Casey who's your last Pokémon? Is it your Meganium.he asked
Casey:nope it's this Pokémon, let's go Lucario.she threw him out
Her final Pokémon had appeared onto the battlefield in a blue flash as he appeared with a ring of shine which also surprised Ash and Hilda at the Pokémon, as to Ash she REALLY has upped her team which he'll admit. If he battled her in the past then he would've most likely lose especially if she used Zapdos.
Ash:*thinks*a Electevire,Zapdos and a shiny Lucario with a Mega Stone. Dam she really has done some upgrading thought for sure.he though to himself
Casey:I'll probably lose at this point but I'm not about to give up just yet, Lucairo here is slightly stronger then my Zapdos as he's the strongest out of my Pokémon.she told him
Ash:is that so? In that case I'll use another Pokémon that's equally as powerful if not even stronger then Chairzard. Rillaboom's I choose you.he threw out his next choice
Hilda's and Casey's eyes had widened at the sight of Ash's massive Rillaboom that's also at an odd color as well, far from its normal shiny. As it stood at 18ft tall and had a large build that could scare off pretty much anything looks at it.
Hilda:*wide eyes*holy shit the hell is that thing? It's fucking huge like...HOW.she asked in absolute shock
Casey:*sweating*ok now I'm staring to regret continuing on this battle like seriously what the hell Ash.she commented
Ash:well..honestly this is the very first time using him soo that's why I decided to use him in this battle.he chuckled nervously
They all just stared at the big ass Rillaboom with a different color as Lucario had glanced back at his master seemingly asking her "seriously? What the fuck girl." Which is totally expected since he didn't want to battle this....monstrosity.
Ash:so Casey don't be afraid to hold back, go ahead and Mega Evolve your Lucario.he told her
Casey:oh trust me I wasn't thinking of doing that at all, Lucario Mega Evolve now.she said
She brought out the keystone and tapped it as the beams of light had erupted from the respective stones and connected to each other as Lucario had undergone a change as the purple aura had shattered revealing Lucario now in his Mega form.
Ash:so that's what a Mega shiny Lucario looks like, it actually looks pretty cool.he commented
Casey:now Lucario use Blaze Kick now.she ordered
Without holding back Lucario had lunged at the incredibly large Rillaboom and kicked it across its face with his leg covered in fire as it grunted out in pain as it slid back a bit from the attack. As not even a super effective attack like that will pretty much do a thing against it.
Casey:*sweating a bit*well dam not even a super effective move can do anything against it.she said to herself
Hilda:*thinks*now that I think about it, sorta reminds me of Keenan's weird white Lucario. I wonder if their the same species or what not.she wondered to herself
Casey:now Lucario use Aura Sphere full power.she ordered
Lucario he cupped his hands together and charged up a powerful sphere as he thrusted his arms forward releasing the attack as it hit Rillaboom causing yet another explosion. But as the smoke cleared it was seen that it barely did anything to it, all there was left was a small scratch.
Casey:holy crap is that thing invincible or something the hell.she commented
Ash:no..it's just...built different, according to Professor Cerise that it's similar to Keenan's Lucario which is a Primordial Pokémon. They are ancient Pokémon and is much stronger then their regular counterparts.he told her
Hilda:hmm so Keenan's Lucario is this Primordial Pokémon? I wonder if there's more out there like these 2.she said to herself
Ash:well I think it's about time we make our own move, Rillaboom use Wood Hammer.he commanded him
Before Casey or Lucario could react Rillaboom had created a log made out of grass energy and swung it down at Lucario which made a small trench in the ground from the impact, as it also caused the ground to shake as well.
The dust has cleared to reveal Casey's Lucraio unable to battle with swirls in its eyes as he also gotten out of his Mega Form. This was Ash's victory.
[Lucario is unable to battle Rillaboom is the winner, which means Ash is the victor.]
As Casey had released a sigh as she thanked Lucario and returned him back into his ball, as Ash was admittedly quite surprised at the fact that Rillaboom is incredibly strong. This was his first time using it in a battle so this was surprising for him.
Casey:I expected this outcome soon as you sent out that dam monster, but that was a good battle nonetheless.she said out loud
Ash:you still really good tho Casey, a lot more better then my past opponents and even some in the Ultra class as well. Plus that Zapdos definitely caught me off guard, I wasn't expecting you to catch a Legendary.he said back to her
Casey:*chuckles nervously*Y-yeah same here, but it is what it is I guess.she agreed to it
Ash:*looks at Hilda&p*so I guess it's your turn now if you still want to battle that is.he looked at her
Hilda:*sweat drops*normally I'd decline after seeing such a strong Pokémon, but I think I'll take on this challenge. I'm gonna put to test of what Cynthia had taught me.she said determinedly
Ash:Cymthia? I see so you were trained by her, well time to see if I'm able to meet her expectations if I battle her.he said
Yet another battle is about to take place at the Cerise labs, as the said Professor is in his lab area watching it on one of the security cameras as he released a sigh at that, since their once again destroying the flat grass area.
Cerise:*sighs*I should probably ask Keenan to come here and use that orb thing to fix the damages, or at least try and make it more durable.he said to himself
A/N:The longest chapter I've done in awhile for this book as I need to get myself prepared for the upcoming Kalos league which is right around the corner as well. So expect a few more battles before it starts, I need to get warmed up for it.
Yes I know Raikou would've been one hell of an obvious choice for Casey but I went with Zapdos since Keenan already has a shiny Raikou and both Tobias and Takuto has a Zeraora. Oh and Tatsumi has his own Zapdos as well. Plus the Zapdos Casey has isn't an anomaly.
All this time Hilda has been training with Cynthia for quite awhile now and has been keeping up with her training, so she's also a threat whenever the Unova league starts again.
Next chapter is gonna be "Audrey and Amethyst"
