I drew Fawful in all the outfits that he has; he has five total, two in Superstar Saga and Bowser's Inside Story and one in Partners In Time
I'll show the indivdual drawings first, then the one's with two of Fawful's quotes for each game and each outfit if there's more than one
Sounds confusin' but it'll hopefully make more sense when I put the photos here -w-
I'll also share my headcanons here as well
Now for the quotes:

Now for head cannons of mine:
-He's 5'3
-He's gay (to the surprise of no one -w-)
-He was found by Cackletta a long time ago and she pretty much raised him
-He sees Popple as a younger brother (I say younger 'cause we see Fawful first -w-)
-He uses different types of guns (these are only seen in Bowser's Inside Story. They look the same, but have different colorings to them). He has ice, fire, electricity, dark, star guns and much more; but he mainly uses those five
-He also has really sharp claws and is not afraid to use them
-He feels bad about what happened to Midbus (who is Fawful's minion in Bowser's Inside Story) after Midbus' fight against Bowser as Blizzard Midbus. Midbus' body became frozen aside from his head for anyone wonderin'
-He deeply misses Cackletta
-He doesn't use the food metaphores anymore after becomin' Dark Fawful
-He has one red eye and one purple eye; both havin' spirals within them. He's however never seen without his glasses
-He normally wears his red Superstar Saga outfit. There's been some modifications made to it
-He hates Mario, Luigi, and Bowser. If he had to choose a favorite from these three, it'd be Luigi
-He calls Luigi by his name and calls Mario either "Red" or "Red Mustache"
-He's really, really good at cookin' (Bowser thinks so as well in Bowser's Inside Story)
-He usually flies around with either is headgear or a floatin' platform thing- I don't actually know what it's called, but the platform's in Bowser's Inside Story
