After an embarrassing weekend sweep at the hands of Boston University last week, the Clarkson Golden Knights head to Big Rapids, Michigan to play the number sixteen nationally ranked Ferris State Bulldogs this weekend. With 12:40 left in the first period, Dominic Panetta scored to make it 1-0 Ferris State. With 3:17 left in the first period, Troy Josephs scored to tie the game 1-1. With 19 seconds left in the first period, Gerald Mayhew scored to make it 2-1 Ferris State. Greg Lewis and CJ Motte matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Ferris State leads 2-1 heading to the second period. With 12:17 left in the second period, Joe Zarbo scored on the power play to tie the game 2-2. With 8:26 left in the second period, Jordan Boucher scored to make it 3-2 Clarkson. Lewis and Motte matched zeros for the remainder of the period so Clarkson leads 3-2 heading to the third period. With 1:12 left in the third period, Kevin Tansey scored an empty net goal to make it 4-2 Tech! Greg Lewis finished off the Bulldogs and Clarkson wins 4-2! Clarkson improved to 3-3-1 on the season!
