It's been two day now, Ishaan also started going to the office and Ishika's college was starting next month but she had to go everyday for exam paper works, so from today she was going for her work
They were getting ready for the day, she was brushing her long thick hairs when Ishaan came out of the closet rolling his sleeves, by that time she had braided her hairs, she twirls her braid showing it to him, she knew how much he loves her long open hairs
"You know right how much I love your long hair" he said in his deep voice trying to knot his tie around his collar, when he saw her ignoring his question and continue with fixing her saree
He walked and stood infront of her, he removed his half tied tie and circles it around her neck and pull her close to him
"Agli bar agar ignore Kiya tho acha nai hoga Mrs Ahuja" he said glaring at her, she once looked in his eyes and gulped, the sincerity in his eyes was enough to make heart flutter
"Leave me I have to go for work" she said removing the tie and turned but again he grabbed her by her belly and she looked down Shyly
"Bolo agli bar sa apne pati ko ignore nai karungi" he said pinching her waist, she looked up and stuttered
"A-agli bar sa ignore nai karu-ngi, ab chodiya" she said wiggling and he whispered "Kisko?" She replied "apko" he was not satisfied "Mai kon hu apka" he said raising his eyebrows and she said "hu-sband" she said looking down and he left her
"Ap dho din sa lunch bulka ja rahe hai, aj mat bhulya ga, I will not be home to bring like I did last two days" she said putting some important stuff in her bag while he smiled at her care and he knew she didn't know
He left his lunch at home accidentally and that day Ishika came to his office to give him his lunch, so the next they again ACCIDENTALLY he forgot his lunch in home so he could see her beautiful smile while giving his lunch
"Ussi baat ka tho duk hai ki ap nai ayenge" he muttered under his breath but Ishika turned to him "huh? Did you say something" she asked but he just shook his head chuckling
"Nothing came let's go down" he said taking his back and she also took her bag and came down, they saw everyone sitting on the couch, dadi was eating her snacks while Sudha and Akash were discussing something which they immediately stopped seeing them
Ishika came down and touched their feet followed by Ishaan, Sudha came near her and gave her a small envelope which she took in confusion
"What is there in that maa?" Ishaan asked looking continuously at the letter in Ishika's hand, Sudha ignored her son and looked at Ishika, Ishaan huffed at mother in law and daughter in law duo, they always irritate him by ignoring him
"Ishika you only open and tell your husband what's there in that" Sudha said smiling mischievously at her, Ishaan mouth fell hearing his own mother's words, he kept his hand on his heart feeling betrayed
Ishika opened the letter and as soon as she read the the content her eyes widened in surprise, she looked at everyone and then letter, she couldn't believe her eyes
"Maa?" She looked at Sudha with wide eyes, everyone smiled at her except Ishaan who didn't know what was going on, he took the letter from her hands and read a bit loud
"Hawai ka 5 din trip?" Ishaan asked looking at everyone "par kyu, ap aur papa trip ja rahe ho kya?" He said and everyone smacked their forehead at his stupidity
"Gadha ka bacha, it's your honeymoon gift, we all planned it" dadi said throwing the pillow at him and Ishaan came to reality and his expression changed
A honeymoon with his wife, only then no one else, no more her sister to interrupt them, just them alone spending give days together, his heart flutter at the thought, his expression only tells how much he wanted to go
But all his happiness died when he heard his wife who was standing beside him said the unexpected
"I can't go" she said in hurry and then closed her eyes when she realised what she said, after hearing her the hall went silent, Sudha and Akash looked at each other
Ishaan's eyes showed his much hurt he was, her words stabbed his heart like a knife, was he a boring company to go with? Doesn't she want to spend time with him like he does? The self doubt arises like a Strom in him
"I didn't mean like that, the dates are for this week, I have important work in college next week, I am free next week, sorry for the last statement, I didn't mean that really" she said panicking and looking at everyone, making sure she didn't convey her words wrongly, everyone took a breath of relief
"It's okay when ever you are free tell we will book it for that date only" sudha said and Ishika just nodded "apna hi plane hai, jab chaiye tab bolo ready rahega" Dadi said proudly and Ishaan just rolled his eyes, one movement he had heart attack and more they are talking so casually
"Okay now we will be going" Ishaan said and they both left for their work, Ishaan drops her to the college and left for his work not before stealing a kiss for more energy for the rest of the day
I walked inside the college, even tho it's vacation for them but most of them always stay in the college playground, Library or canteen, on my way students greeted me with a warm smile which I returned
I reached my department, I teach mathematics and English literature, after keeping my stuff in the locker, I reached the third floor where exam papers were kept, the whole floor was sealed and students were not allowed
I sat down correcting papers, my whole concentration was on the correction that I didn't see time, it was already afternoon, every time I lost track of time, but I never skip my lunch
"Ishika" I turned back to see my colleague Varsha calling me "it's lunch time, come" she said and I smiled, now she mentioned I really feel hungry, I stood and kept everything safely to its place
We went back to the department and grabbed our lunch bag and sat there, I saw my watch then my eyes got wide, I huffed seeing that the watch stopped working, now had to change cell, it's my first watch, I gifted it to myself for my first salary
I opened my phone to see time and I froze, I saw Ishaan Ji's miss call and a text messages

Lunch hogaya?
The text messages were short but that's how it all started, he never fails to ask, but he even called which he rarely did while working hours
"So, how is marriage life" varsha asked and I typed a quick message to him and turned my attention to her
"It's going great" I said smiling, our conversation carried on till the lunch finished, she got a call and left, I called Ishaan ji, he picked up in one ring
"Hello" I said and I heard his voice from the other side "ha gudiya bolo" he said and I heard keyboard sound from other side, he was working and I think I was distracting him, I feel guilty for calling at the wrong time
"No I am not busy, you called at the right time tell" he said, I always go to shock world when he just guess what exactly what I think, he knows everything but how
"I just get to know no need to wide your eyes like that or else it will come out" he said and his deep chuckle filled my ears "ab pura din maun vrath rakna ka plan hai?" He said again and I replied immediately
"Ji nai, you called me so I called you back" I said and he laughed "you didn't reply so I called" he said with low voice
"You had lunch?" I asked biting my lips and he just hummed, exactly the way 8 years back happened, the same scene
FLASHBACK
I was in school canteen having lunch and reading for the science test which was the next period, I had no idea what to write, I wish I had read this at home, 9th standard science is taking my life
On top of all my nalayak best friends!! Anitha didn't come, palak was busy preparing for the annual function, the only one left was sadiya who was sitting beside me telling me what are the main points, she is an ultra pro Max genius
She was teaching me when sahana mam our Maths teacher called her for some work, more I was sitting alone in the canteen reading this thick book, I have to read textbook because Anitha had taken my class work and was absent today, I will see her tomorrow
I was involved in reading when someone tapped their two fingers on the desk "Ishika" when the deep, rough and tough voice reached my ears I froze, slowly tracking my eyes from my book to the fingers tapping my table then slowly up to the person's face
I stood immediately, I shevering when I saw directly in his eyes, the same eyes I had seen long back, it's been years I saw him, after shifting our home I never saw him, after so many years he was here standing in front of me
We were neighbours, Anitha and I were childhood best friends, that's how I met her brother Ishaan, we never talked only saw each other, other than 'hi' and 'bye' nothing else
"Aap?!???" I asked stuttering, I gulped hard to keep myself composed, I pull my hand back of me fisting to calm myself
Ishaan ji looked into my eyes deeply as if trying to suck my soul out, he scanned me up to down before forwarding a book which he was holding from so long
"Ani told me to give you this" he said and I took the book quickly and saw it was my science notes, I left a deep breath realising that I can read for the test now
"How are you after a long time" he said, when he spoke again my body got stiff
"I am good" I said smiling and he looked at me for a few seconds
His eyes suddenly stuck on me, he didn't look anywhere but my face, it was not uncomfortable, it was complicated comfortable, he was lost somewhere while seeing me which only grew my nervousness more
"Had lunch?" I threw a random question on him like a bomb which brought him back from where I don't know
"Hmm" he just hmmed and I nodded
FLASHBACK ENDS
"Gudiya? GUDIYAAAA?? Ishuu?ISHIKAAAAAAAA?" Ishaan ji's loud voice brought me back to present
"Huh? ya" I said when I saw that he was telling something but I was too lost
"Are you fine? Where are you lost? Do you have fever-" he started as questions, his carrying behaviour bought a smile one face, I cut him in between
"I am fine, I am fine, I was just thinking about......... The trip" I said lying
"You mean honeymoon?" He said and I could feel how hard he is smiling at my situation
"TRIP!!" I said not agreeing to his words
"Honeymoon!!" He said in the same tone as me and I huffed
"Trip!!" I so wanted to hear his arms for imitating my voice
"Honeymoon!!!" He said and I rolled my eyes
"Call or whatever you want it's a trip for me" I said and wanted to cut the call on his face, the next words he said made me really cut the call on his face
"Ya ya don't worry after going there I will show you the difference between a trip and honeymoon"
