summary: *When Davids mate Y/N dies, David is left alone to raise there baby son.
A great challenge to do, but never annoying. At one point, David's brothers point out how they're proud of David*
*David's POV*
The sound of newborn baby boy screaming yanks me out of my daytime slumber, making me drop from the ceiling and run into the baby's nursery.
What's this, number three? Three times its happened tonight?
What could he possibly want?
I walk over and pick up my baby.
"There there now," I try to quiet him down, but he continues to cry/scream.
Out of the corner of my vision, I see Marko sluggishly walking outside of the room I'm in, his shoulders slouched forward, his mouth half open, and two pillows tied around his ears.
I kind of laugh a little.
"Dude...its three in the morning. THREE IN THE MORNING!"
I roll my eyes softly. "I know that," I reach over and grab a bottle to feed my son.
Marko exhales a tired breath. "How you manage this...I'll never know."
Then, he leaves.
I try to feed my baby, but he keeps dodging it.
"What's wrong bud?" I ask, feeling super sleep deprived just like Marko. "Need a changing?"
The smell in the air is enough of an answer.
I sigh/yawn. "Alright," I set him down on the changing table.
"Boy, I wish people would pitch in sometimes," I say, beginning to unclip his diaper, only to groan.
I don't think he's taken a liking to this type of milk, judging from how everything looks AFTER its gone through.
I try my best not to fall asleep as I change him.
Then, when he's all cleaned up, I lift him into the air.
"All better?" I yawn.
He coos, waving his arms.
"Yeah," I yawn again, "I thought so."
I try to put him back, but he squirms.
"Daddy needs sleep," I groan, but he's crying again.
I sigh. "Okay," I sit on the rocking chair and hold him against my chest.
Soon, he quiets down, and falls asleep.
...Then I fall asleep too.
*Dwayne's POV*
"Hey where's David?" I ask when I don't see him come out of our room.
Marko shrugs, and so does Paul.
"I don't know."
I purse my lips. Maybe he went to take care of his kid.
I walk into the nursery, only to see a passed out David with a passed out baby in his arms.
Awwwww!!!!!!!
Marko comes in and so does Paul.
"Aw, now that's sweet," Paul smiles.
Marko laughs softly. "What a cute picture."
I smile as well. "He's done a lot to take care of his baby, ever since Y/N died..." I say, coming over and picking up the baby to put him to bed in his crib.
David's still asleep.
I go back to the other guys. "I'm proud of him."
"Me too," Paul and Marko say. "He's really grown to be a good guy ever since the baby came."
I nod. "How about we give David a break? We'll take the day shift."
Marko nods, but Paul shakes his head.
"Not me, I got a date," he smirks.
I furrow my brow.
"Since when do YOU have a date?" Marko says.
Paul chuckles. "Since yesterday."
"Oh hell no," Marko says, "you don't have a date."
"Do too!"
"What's there name?" I ask.
Paul's quiet for a moment, trying to think of a lie.
"Uh...Paula. Yeah! Paula is her name."
At that, we burst into laughter.
"Hey shut up!" Paul defends, but we only tease him more.
That is until Paul starts to chase after Marko out of the cave.
I chuckle, rolling my eyes.
