You decided that you truly do love him and keeping him somewhere he feels sad isn't showing you love him.
You wipe his tears. "I'm sorry Watermelon Jolly Rancher. I'll let you go. I messed up and scared you trying to show my love to you... perhaps we just aren't meant to be."
you sit back up and start to cry, through your tears you see him stand up and jump though the window finally making his last escape.
You slowly get up and go to your bed, nothing will ever be the same.
You lay in bed and sob to the thought that you lost the love of your life. he's gone forever.
