Angela's POV
Nagising ako ng 8:45 ng umaga.
Nagpunta ako sa bathroom then tumingin sa salamin.
Same old me. Walang nagbago.
Pero may eyebags ako!
Ikaw ba naman kasi gisingin ng 3 a.m., Matulog ng 5 a.m., at gumising ng 8:45?! Sino di magkaka eyebags nyan?
Naghilamos ako, toothbrush then nagsuklay. Fresh na ulet!
Kaya lang may eyebags parin. Hmft.
Lumabas ako at bumaba sa kitchen.
"Good Morning Ya." Bati ko kay yaya bey.
"Good morning baby. Eat your breakfast na. Tawagin mo na si Dianne at sabay na kayo kumain." Yaya.
"Uhmm. Ya, dadalan ko nalang po sya ng pagkain." Ako.
Sinet ko yung pagkain nya sa tray then pumunta na sa kwarto nya.
Pagpasok ko sa kwarto nya,
nanunuod sya ng
"15 going on 50?"
"Yeah. How did you know?" Dianne.
"Uh. Hello? That's our favorite movie!" Ako. oha! umaasenso english ko. Haha.
"Oh. Oh! Yeah!" Dianne.
"Love is a battlefield" Sabay naming sabi.
We laughed together then I sat next to her.
"Baby! Eto na food mo oh!" Narinig ko si Yaya sa labas ng room.
"Wait lang po." Ako.
Binuksan ko yung pinto then kinuha yung tray.
"Thanks ya." ako.
Bumalik ako sa bed at naupo.
"Where's Jeff?" Ako.
"He went out for an early jogging. And I think he went to the grocery to buy me some Ice cream." Dianne.
"What? You could've told me that you want ice cream. There's a lot in the fridge." Ako.
"Nah. It's okay. We can eat em' everyday." Dianne.
"Okay. if you say so" Ako.
"Uhmm. Angela, can I sleep with you tonight? Let's watch some movies. I miss it." Dianne.
"Of course you can." Ako.

"Dianne? Are you... Crying?!" Ako.
"No, No. I'm okay. It's just... I.. I can relate to this movie. You see, Jeff and I was just best friends. He had a girlfriend and I had a boyfriend, His name is Jack. But, I broke up with Jack. At first Jack and I loved each other. Jeff told me he wasn't good for me. But I didn't listen, I caught Jack cheating on me. I broke up with him .....Because I realized, That I love Jeff. I did everything just so he would break up with his Girlfriend. But I would say so myself, She is kind and also pretty. But like I said, I'd do everything. So I confessed to Jeff. But he rejected me. I cried. It was just a soft cry. What can I do? I can't stop the tears from welling up. I was about to leave his apartment when suddenly, he grabbed my hand, He said he can't stand seeing me cry. So, we... We kissed. It was a passionate kiss. That's when he broke up with his girlfriend." Dianne.
Eh grabe naman pala love life ng pinsan ko eh. Hahaha.
"Now that you know my Love story. Tell me yours." Dianne.
"Well, At first really, I'm the girl who fell in love with a guy who has a girlfriend. Not like you, I didn't do anything to break them up. All I did was confess to him. He didn't react. So I thought of moving on. But all of a sudden, He said that he likes me too. So that's where it all started." Ako.
Hahaha. Wala kayo sa english ko! Haha.
"Dianne, wait, I'm just curious, What do you feel when you experience a passionate kiss?" Ako.
"Simple. You'll forget everything. Everyone. All you can see is the one you love, the one you're having the kiss with." Dianne.

"And do you know what's best in passionate kisses?" Dianne.

Oo nga. Yun lang ang gusto ko. Isang passionate kiss sa gitna ng ulan. Pero siguro pag 18 na ko. Haha.
"Dianne, have you experienced a passionate kiss in the rain?" Ako.
"With Jeff? No. But I've done it with my first love, Jack." Pagkasabi na pagkasabi nya non, pumasok si Jeff.
Halata sa mukha nya ang galit, inis, selos.
"Jeff? Jeff!" Dianne.
Sinundan ni Dianne si Jeff.
In-off ko yung tv then sinundan ko sila.
"Dianne? Where is he?" Ako.
"He locked his room." Dianne.
"Dianne, calm down. I'll go talk to him. Go and rest" Ako.
She argued at first but gave up and went to her room.
"Jeff? Talk to me please." Ako.
No response.
"Jeff, it's me. Angela. Can I talk to you please." ako.
Finally, binuksan nya yung pinto.
He gestured me to come in.
Naupo ako sa kama then naupo din sya sa harap ko.
"Jeff, Okay, let me explain. What you heard earlier... We were just talking about passionate kisses. Weird, right? So, I asked her if she experienced a passionate kiss in the rain. She said she did with her first boyfriend. That's what you heard. You should've asked her our whole conversation because you know what? She said that she'd love to have it with you." ako.
Oh shit. dumudugo na ilong ko. Tissue please? Haha.
Palabas ako ng kwarto nya nang
Hinila nya ako at
Hinalikan?! What the?!
Sa isang iglap, parang namagnet yung kamay ko sa pisngi nya. Nasampal ko sya ng sobrang lakas.
"Angela? Jeff? What the?!" Si Dianne!!
Shit!! Arrrrrrrrrrgh!
"Dianne.. Dianne. Please. Let me explain.. Dianne!!" Sinundan ko sya sa kwarto nya pero nakapaglock na sya.
Di ko na alam gagawin ko.
Naglock nalang ako sa kwarto. I need to cool down a bit.
Nahiga ako sa kama then drifted to a deep sleep.
Dianne's POV
I hate this! Fvck!
First, My boyfriend caught me talking about Jack.
And now this! I saw my cousin and my boyfriend Kissing.
This is so Fvcking shit!
Urrrrgh. I need to calm down right now. I'll just rest.
I was about to lie down on my bed when I heard a knock on the door.
It's probably Angela. She's the only one who has less pride to apologize.
I opened the door to reveal
"Jeff?! What are you doing here?" I said trying to calm down.
"Dianne, Will you please let me explain?" Jeff.
"Why would I? did YOU let me explain myself a while ago?" I asked Loudly.
"Dianne, I'm very very sorry. You know how much I love you! I broke up with Kaitlyn because of you!" Jeff.
Whuut?! I raised an eyebrow.
"So you're saying that you regret everything? You regret that you broke up with her?! That's it, We are over." I said.
"Oh. Wait.. That came out wrong. Dianne.... I broke up with her because-" I cut him off by slamming the door.
"I love you Dianne!" He continued outside the room.
I opened the door and saw him crying. Awww. So cute.

My thoughts talked to me.
But look at him... He's crying..
They say that If a guy cries over a girl it means he really loves her.
"Dianne. please. I love you." He muttered.
I held his hand and smiled.
"I love you too." I suddenly said.
He hugged me very tight.
"You're not breaking up with me?" He asked.
"Not anymore." I said then pulled him in for a kiss.
Angela's POV
Ewan. Bahala na. Hindi ko na alam.
Ang gulo gulo na. Naguguluhan na ko. Hindi ko na alam gagawin ko.
Lumabas ako sa kwarto at bumaba sa sala kung saan nanunuod si Yaya bey.
"Ya, lalabas lang po ako." Ako.
"Baby, umuulan." Yaya.
"Magjajacket po ako." Ako.
"Hindi pwede. papagalitan ako ng mommy mo." Yaya.
"Akong bahala." Ako.
"Magdala ka ng payong." Yaya.
"Opo." Ako.
Lumabas ako ng bahay.
Ramdam ko ang tulo ng ulan sa buhok ko. Hindi ako nagdala ng payong. Coat lang.
I felt my tears welling up. I'm about to cry.
Ramdam kong tumatakbo na ko.
Di ko alam kung saan ako dadalin ng paa ko pero sa tingin ko
I'm 3 feet away from our house.
Tumatakbo lang ako sa sidewalk ng biglang....
"Ow!" Natumba ako sa lakas ng pagkakabunggo sakin ng taong nasa harap ko.
"Sorry Miss.." Si......
"Sonny?!" Ako.
"Angela! Ano ginagawa mo dito? Bakit ka tumatakbo? Sa gitna ng ulan?" Sonny.
"Uhmm. Ano kasi.. Uhh. Ano..."
I stuttered
"Angel, may problema ba? Halika, tara na sainyo. Basang basa ka na."
Sonny.
I nodded my head then dumiretso kami sa bahay.
"Ate Belinda, pakuha nga ng towel si Angela. Basang basa eh." Sonny.
kumuha si Yaya bey ng towel sa drawer at inabot sakin.
Binalot ko'y sarili ko sa towel nang nagsalita si Sonny.
"Anong problema?" Seryosong tanong ni Sonny.
"Uhmm.. wala.." Ako.
I rubbed my cheeks. Something that I do when I'm nervous.
"No. There's something wrong. Why are you getting nervous? You're rubbing your cheeks. What's wrong?" Sonny.
Gossssh. Pano na to?

Nagring sa isip ko yung sinabi ng mom ni Dianne a long time ago.
I sighed before saying,
"Sonny, I.. uhh... Jeff... Jeff kissed me." Ako.
"What?! F-ck!! Angela! Hindi mo ba naisip na may boyfriend ka?! Hindi NYO ba naisip na may girlfriend at boyfriend kayo?! Ha?! Hindi mo manlang ba naisip na, Ako, Nagaalala kasi bigla ka nalang umalis habang ikaw, Nakikipaghalikan ka sa Boyfriend ng Pinsan mo?!" Sigaw ni sonny.
My tears are welling up.
A tear rolled down my cheek.
"Sonny. Let me explain. Kasi.." He cut me off.
"Forget it. I'm out of here."
Without another word,
He went out of our house.
I ran up to my room. I don't know what I feel right now. Hindi ko na talaga alam ang gagawin ko.
"ANO BANG GINAWA KONG MASAMA PARA MANGYARI SAKIN LAHAT NG TO?! WALA NAMAN AKONG KASALANAN EH! HINDI KO NAMAN GINUSTONG HALIKAN YUNG SYOTA NG PINSAN KO EH! WALA NAMAN AKONG ALAM NA MANGYAYARI YUN EH! AYOKO NA! PATI SI SONNY GALIT SAKIN! AYOKO! HINDI KO KAYANG MAGALIT SAKIN ANG TAONG MAHAL KO! HINDI KO NAMAN KASALANAN EH!" Sigaw ko habang nilalabas lahat ng luhang kayang ilabas ng mata ko.
"BAKIT AKO?! LAGI NA LANG AKO! WALA NAMAN AKONG GINAWANG MASAMA EH!" I yelled again.
"Angel, it's not your fault." I heard a voice from the door.
"Dianne.... I'm.... I'm so sorry.." Ako.
"Angel, I just told you, it's not your fault." Dianne.
"Dianne... Sonny is mad at me." Ako.
"Angel, if he really loves you, he'll do everything to fix things up." Dianne.
Sana nga. Sana nga ayusin mo lahat sonny.
"Is he always like that? I mean, does he act like that on you all the time?" Dianne.
"No. Not always. But sometimes he gets so sensitive. And so.... Over protective." Ako.
"He's a douche." Dianne.
"And I love him." I giggled.
We laughed together. Suddenly, I totally forgot that I was in so much pain.
"I don't get it." She started.
"Get what?" Ako.
"Why would Sonny hurt a very beautiful girl like you? And by hurt I mean hurt your feelings." Dianne.
"I am not beautiful." Ako.
"Yes you are. Now don't argue with me. You think you can answer my question?" Dianne.
"Nope." Ako.
Ang bait talaga ng pinsan ko. Akala ko galit parin sya sakin. Sya pa pala gagawa ng paraan para maging okay ako. Pero matalino rin to, Ang hirap magfake ng smile sakanya. Ang hirap pigilan ng luha ko na nabubuo sa mata ko. Ang hirap magpanggap na di ako nasasaktan. Ang hirap magpanggap na masaya ako. Ang hirap magpanggap na okay lang ang lahat.
"Angel, you okay? You know what? Let's go get those ice cream and watch some movies. Forget all your problems just for now." Dianne.
"Sure." I said with a smile.
Nagpunta kami sa kitchen para kumuha ng ice cream saka chips.
"Baby. Di pa kayo nagdidinner." Yaya.
Oo nga pala. Kaya pala kumukulo tyan ko. Haha.
"Oo nga pala. Ya, pakidala nalang sa room ko. Thank you." Ako.
Dinala ko yung cooler kung saan nilagay namin yung ice cream at dumiretso kami sa kwarto ko dala dala ang isang bag ng chips.
"What do you want to watch first?" Ako.
"Hmm. A walk to remember?" Dianne.
"Perfect."
Sinet ko na yung movie player saka sound system.
I sat down on my bed when we heard a knock on the door.
binuksan ko at nakita kong nakatayo sa harap ko si Jeff.
"Can I come in and join you guys?" Jeff.
"Of course. Right Dianne?" Ako.
"Yeah sure." Dianne.
"Uhmm. Angela, I'm sorry for what happened earlier." Jeff.
"Apology accepted. just don't remind me ever again." Jeff.
Naupo lang kami sa bed while watching.
"Dianne... I love you." Jeff.
"I love you too." Dianne.
I didn't pay attention to them.
I'm really not in the mood to watch.
I just wish andito si sonny.
Pssh. Who cares? Ni hindi nga nagtetext eh.
I keep on thinking about Sonny.
Maayos pa kaya namin to?
