"Oh man, I can't wait to get home. School has been such a drag today" Y/N said as he slowly walked to his house.
Y/N had opened the door and there was his mom cooking dinner for the family "Hey mom, dad home yet?"
"No not yet sweetie. He should be home soon it's already 5" Y/N's Mom replied. Usually your dad was home by then but maybe he was backed up at work. "Did you get your homework done?"
"Yea I got it done at school, that's why I came home a little later. Not only that I was hanging out with Issei for a little" That was a total lie. Yea I had gotten my homework done but I was really just roaming around the school. Not that my home life was bad but I just preferred to be out and about.
"Very good then. You know, you should invite your friend Issei over one day. He seems liked a sweet boy" Mom said with a nice smile
"If only you knew what he was really like then maybe I wouldn't be so sure" Y/N mumbled under his breath.
"What was that?" Your mom asked. "Oh sorry nothing, I was just talking to myself" you hesitantly replied
Y/N's Mom had a face of concern "You know. You've been doing that an awful lot lately, you were never one to do that during your freshman and sophomore years. Have you been alright?"
Y/N's Mom has always been the type to care for her child no matter what. Ever since Y/N was born, he was her everything and she couldn't bare anything to happen to him. To a certain point though as she's not one of those overprotective and crazy ones, no she was a perfect mix of caring but stern.
"Yea, I've been fine mom." Y/N said as he kicked his feet up on the coffee table and watched some TV
*Knock* *Knock*
"That must be your dad, I'll get it" Y/N Mom went to go open the door and sure enough there was Y/N's Dad
"Hey honey, sorry I'm late. I was backed up at work today it was insane" Y/N's Dad said with a smile "Hey Champ, how was school?"
"Eh, it was alright. Boring as always, got a 98% on my Honors Biology test. How was work?"
Y/Ns Dad went and sat down next to Y/N "Man, it was exhausting. Some idiot deleted half of our work files so most of us were stuck trying to retrieve it. Anyways Honors Biology seems to easy I don't know why you didn't just move up to AP buddy"
You gave your dad a stotic look "What can I say? I'm lazy but smart, it's just who I am"
"I wonder who he got that from" Your Mom giggled as she set down the plates on the dinner table
Y/Ns Dad looked at her with a "Seriously?" expression
"Well kid, you're doing good in your classes so I can't really complain about anything, we're proud of you. One thing though. Y/N there will be a point in your life where it's not gonna be easy, you're gonna have to stop being lazy just to survive, never forget that" Y/Ns Dad facial expressions changed as he was talking, he was serious
Damn that kinda struck a cord with me, eh it's whatever though
"Your Dads right, you'll know when you have to work beyond your limits Y/N. We love you and we just want to let you know so you don't fall behind." Y/N Mom added
"Thanks Dad, you guys are right but until then Im just gonna keep living like this, it's a nice life and peaceful one at best too" You flashed your Mom and Dad a smile, a genuine one. It made you happy knowing your parents cared this much for you
"Come on now you two, it's time for dinner" Mom said as she placed the food on the table
You and your Dad sat down and started to eat
"So Y/N, how is it going with that girl you were talking about" Your Mom asked
"Who? Akeno? Yea I'm still crushing on her she's super popular though so talking to her is almost impossible. It's fine though I'm focused on my studies right now"
"Glad to hear that kiddo, you know, you're a good looking guy and the right woman will see that and come to you, it's all a process" Your Dad added
Y/N was a attractive boy, someone who stood out above the rest with his long wavy white hair that always shined in the light. His tall figure being 6'3 and a toned body. 6 pack and everything, not only that, he had freakishly blue eyes, he was almost like if snow was a person.
"Yea Dad I know, Thanks"
*Knock* *Knock*
"kiddo, did you invite anyone over?" Your Dad asked "No Dad I didn't" you replied with concern
Your dad walked to the door and opened it "Hello, what can I he-"
"Honey, is everything alr-" Your mom paused mid sentence, out of nowhere your Dad dropped to the ground, bleeding out from a stab wound in his stomach
"DAD!"
Your mom quickly got up and ran to check up on your dad but a tall man in a Trench coat with Black wings walked in and stabbed her too. She dropped to floor next to your Dad
"Alright now all we need to do is kill their little brat, where are you?"
You quickly dropped under the table shaken in fear

Y/N could barely contain himself, holding in his tears, the desperation to run to his parents, why was this happening all of a sudden
"There you are you little shit, now all 3 of you can die together"
Y/N quickly flipped the table forward onto the person and quickly made a dash for the door, until a tall woman with black hair and questionable outfit appeared "And where do you think you're going pretty boy?"
FUCK FUCK FUCK I NEED TO RUN
She quickly pulled out a lighting spear and threw at you as you ran and jumped over the couch and ducked
She missed, Holy shit she missed
The 2 humans with wings soon walked over to where you were
"Any last words before you die with your pathetic human family. They weren't smart enough to realize living a normal life wasn't the solution to raising the almighty Ice Prince and Heir to the Gojo Clan, how shameful"
Wha Wha...Ice prince? Heir to the Gojo Clan?
"Fuck you, go to hell" You said in a angry tone
"Tch, typical teenager"
As the creature was about to throw her lighting spear, suddenly a lightning bolt flew right into her stomach
"What the fuck? Donhaseek what are you doing"
"I didn't do that, who did that?" He replied
"That would be my queen, Akeno" said a girl in crimson red hair
What the fuck is going on? Why is Akeno here? WAIT THIS IS MY CHANCE TO RUN
As Y/N got up to run away, another lighting bolt struck the other creature in their stomach, Y/N immediately fell back down
"Any last words before I finish you off?" Said the girl in red hair mocking him
"Fuck you Rias"
"Shame" Suddenly the girl vaporized both of them to ashes
What...What...what the fuck is going on
"Please don't hurt me, I don't mean any harm please let me just see my parents one last time" pleaded Y/N with the girl. "Very well then" Rias responded
Y/N ran over to his Mom and Dad
"Mom, D-Dad can you guys hear me?" Tears were welling up in Y/N eyes, never before had he cried or felt this feeling of grief
S-s-son, we love you so much. We're so sorry we never told you about any of this. We thought maybe if we k-kept you away *cough* you would get to live a normal life. From now on though, never forget what we told you t-today, we love you son" Y/N Dad said very weakly
"You'll never understand how much we love you Y/N, you are our everything and dying trying to protect you w-was the way we wanted to l-leave this earth. We're so sorry" Y/N Mom said, barely holding on "Take the n-necklace *cough* from my drawer, you'll need it from now on"
Suddenly Y/N Mom and Dad went limp, their pulses gone. They were dead now and Y/N had no idea what to do next
"Please PLEASE PLEASE MOM WAKE UP, DAD WAKE UP PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME I NEED YOU TWO, I NEED YOU, I WANTED YOU TO SEE ME GROW, SEE ME MARRY SOMEONE, MEET MY KIDS ONE DAY, JUST TO SEE ME GRADUATE FOR FUCKS SAKE, PLEASE GUYS WAKE UP" Y/N cried out to his parents, nothing, Y/N broke down in tears, blood all over him. He has lost the 2 people who matter most to him, now he was lost.
Akeno POV
Poor boy, I don't want to imagine what he must be feeling. Being so close to your parents and losing them right in front of you. I remember losing my Mom in front of me, but to lose both. Poor boy
"Rias, we should maybe make him part of your peerage and take him in for now, there's so much unknown for this boy and he lost both of his parents in 1 night right in front of him" Akeno asked with a sorrow tone
"I agree, the thing is, he's too powerful to join my peerage, he's the Ice prince. He's on his own level in terms of power. I might say though, he can join our group and we can help him through everything. You're right, he needs help. Our help especially." Rias replied
Y/N POV
I felt a hand touch my shoulder and somebody speak "I'm sorry, I'm truly sorry for what happened. I wish we would've gotten here sooner."
"Dont be sorry, everyone loses someone at one point." Y/N replied
"What's your name?" Asked the girl
"Y/N Gojo" Y/N got up and turned to them
Wait a fucking minute, IS THAT AKENO?I THOUGHT THAT WAS HER
"Wait, *sniff* Akeno what are you doing here?"
Akeno POV
OH NO I FORGOT HE GOES TO OUR SCHOOL, RIAS WHAT DO I SAY
"Um...how do you know me?" Asked Akeno nervously "You go to Kuoh Academy, we're in the same school" Y/N responded. "That's right, say uh Rias will explain everything to you" Akeno says with a stern expression
Y/N POV
What the fuck is all of this, who were those people, how did they shoot lightning, why did they mention raising me normally was a mistake, what the fuck is all of this
"So, Rias, care to explain? I can't do anything but I can lose my shit on you so you better be careful about how you word your sentences"
Rias looked at you with sadness, she could tell you were hurting, hurting really bad "Get your stuff and meet us outside, we'll talk somewhere safe that's not dangerous to you or us" Rias confidently ordered
"Why?" Y/N asked with attitude, he was unsure about whether he should trust these people, regardless he had no choice
"You'll want to hear what we have to say if you let us talk"
"Fine" Y/N said wiping his eyes of the tears. He walked upstairs and to the drawer of his mom
"Where is it?" After rumaging through the drawers, eventually Y/N found the necklace he was looking for.
Y/N walked to his room and wiped the blood of his hands, he couldn't even cry no more. He just couldn't feel anything. He quickly packed clothes and essentials in a bag and carried it outside
"I'm ready" said Y/N in a monotone voice
Rias made a teleportation circle and teleported them to the ORC. "Put your stuff down and wait for everyone else to come, we have a lot to talk about"
Y/N sat his stuff down and sat in the sofa of the ORC. Akeno came up to him and sat herself right next to him. Usually Y/N would be freaking out but a girl is the least of his worries, however it gives him some sort of comfort knowing she's there.
"Hey Y/N, how co-" Y/N quickly cut her off "Don't even right now"
"Alright then, I honestly have no words Y/N. I'm sorry all of this is happening to you, you don't deserve this" Akeno clearly felt bad but had no good way to show it.
"Don't be, it's not your fault. None of it is" Y/N replied
Akeno grabbed Y/N chin and made him look at her in the eyes "Y/N, we're here for you. I understand if you don't want to talk but don't shut us out either. You barely know us but you will get to know us. We care about you, especially meee....." Akeno trailed off with those last words, she had never said anything like that to a guy. Maybe it was because they share a bond over losing a loved one to Fallen Angels, despite her being one. She just hoped he wouldn't see her differently when he finds out she's a Fallen Angel
What? No way Akeno just said that to me. Forget it, I need to focus and figure out what happened and what's going to happen from here on out.
Y/N saw her look away with a small blush on her face, "Thanks Akeno, I'll let you know if I need anything. I appreciate it" Akeno looked at you with a smile
Suddenly Rias walked in with other people. "Alright Y/N, everyone is here and we'll do some quick introductions before we speak about what's going on" Y/N didn't care and just stared off into the distance
A small girl with white hair stood up, resembling that of a cat "Hello, my name is Koneko. It's a pleasure to meet you Y/N" After her another girl stood up, a small girl with blonde hair and greenish eyes stood up "I'm Asia Argento, glad to meet you". Next, a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes stood up "I'm Kiba, it's nice to meet you. I hope we can get along". Issei got up "We'll Y/N are you paying attention or what. You should've noticed I walked in"
What the fuck? Issei?
"Issei? What are you doing here?" Y/N looked up and asked Issei "Yep, it's a long story but I'll let Rias explain" Issei responded
"Thank you Issei, so Y/N I think we owe you an explanation as to who we are first. We're Devils, I'm a devil of the gremory house and everyone here is my servants. Before they were either human or special power wielders turned devils to serve in my peerage. Now while I didn't know at the time the true strength of your Ice Prince status, I would've made you into my peerage but clearly you're too powerful so you'll just have to stick with us. I thought you were strong but not so strong to the point where you were too strong for a peerage" Rias had a serious look on her face, everything she's talking about is truth, straight truth
"So tell me about my Ice Prince title, I assume it has to go hand in hand with the necklace my mother left me?"
"Exactly, There's 5 elements that special people can use as their main form of power, Ice, Fire, Earth, Water, and Lightning. Akeno here is the Priestesses of lightning and she uses it as her form of power. You however have the Ice ability, which is said to be the most powerful out of all of them. The thing is, everyone knows who you are and wants you to join their side ever since it was revealed that you're human. So because of this you remain neutral and can easily be swayed into joining one of the 3 factions, Angels, Fallen Angels, and Devils. W-" Y/N cut Rias off before she could finish
"So what you're trying to tell me, is that you're using me for the Devil Faction?" Y/N said clenching his teeth, looking at the ground in a dark tone. "I told you Rias, you better word your sentence correctly otherwise we're gonna have Issues"
"Y/N, it's not like that. We've kept an eye on you to keep the wrong people away-" Rias again cut off by Y/N yelling "YEA YOU KEPT YOUR FUCKING EYE ON MY FAMILY AND LOOKED WHAT HAPPENED, I HAVE 2 DEAD PARENTS. IF YOU WERE PAYING ATTENTION THEN YOU WOULD'VE STOPPED THEM BEFORE THEY WERE KILLED YOU SELFISH BITCH" Rias was stunned at what you had just said
"Y/N we're sorry, but I promise you we can help you. We can protect you, Y/N you have to trust us." Akeno chimed in. "Akeno, you don't understand, NONE OF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WATCH YOUR PARENTS GET KILLED IN COLD BLOOD RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, STOP ACTING LIKE YOU KNOW ME" Y/N again lashed out at Akeno but this time Akeno had a look on her face, a look of regret and sadness"
"Y/N I would really be careful about what you say, you don't know us either or what we've been through" Akeno responded in a monotone voice. Y/N flinched at what she said, she's right. He can't just assume what these people have gone through. "You're right Akeno, I'm sorry. Sorry for lashing out Rias it wasn't right"
"It's okay Y/N we understand none of this is easy for you to swallow, but trust me we have your back and you have your support. From here on out, you're not just a person with power we want to use to our advantage. No you're Y/N, part of our family and one of us." Rias said with a smile. "You got that right, we'll never abandon you Y/N. From here on out you're one of us." Issei said with a smile. You looked at Akeno who also smiled back at you
"Thank you, thank you so much Rias." Y/N began to break down after that. Akeno quickly rushed to grab Y/N and hold him as Y/N just sobbed letting everything out he had. Everyone looked at Y/N with eyes of pain, they all felt so bad for him. He loved his family they could tell, and for it all to be ripped away from him was unfair to him.
"Akeno, please when he feels better take him to your room at your shrine and keep him comfort, being alone is the last thing he needs." Rias asked and Akeno nodded back, she felt terrible. She hated seeing someone good have everything come crashing down on him. She was gonna make sure he's gonna be okay, he was her main priority right now and that was something she learned from Rias. Compassion and Empathy.

Sorry for discontinuing the other Akeno book but I wanted to write in this one as I see more potential. Sorry guys but this is gonna be my main book for now.
