Y/n's pov:
It's weekend right now, and Hyunjin finally got back in our room, I made sure that the barrier is still there since I tore it down.
I continued doing my daily routine for him, I often smile to him and do my very best to be notice by him. I just really adore him, deep down I know he cares about me. I'm not planning to hide this feeling anymore. I'm ready to show it, I made up my mind and all I have to do is just do it.
"I made you cookies today" I handed the box of cookies to Hyunjin, he's now sitting on the chair inside. As usual, I think we just got back at square one after all this time, he just ignored me again and continue what he's doing. I put down the box on his table and sat beside him
"uhm..do you want to go outside?" I'm getting used to asking Hyunjin ever since he got back. I also noticed that he's been doing his work inside the room instead of his office somewhere here in the palace.
he just glance at me and didn't say anything just a look saying 'stop bothering me'
"I will go at the garden for a while now" I put the back pack on my back, inside of this is some of cat stuffs since I don't have anything to do today.
"why you keep on going there?" I pause in fixing my hair infront of the mirror
"uhmm..I don't know if you remember a certain person--"y/n
"I don't remember, who's that?" - Hyunjin
"actually we've been with him since the cam-" y/n
"him? get to the point y/n tch!" Hyunjin seems irritated right now with a poker face look
"he's Minho..actually it's Lee know, he's partner with Kim, we've been together with him at the last day of the camp remember?" I explained to him then finish fixing my hair
"what are you doing?" I didn't know that he's actually showing some interest in my once again ever since he got colder to me these past few days. But atleast once again, at the back of my mind we're becoming open again to one another right? it's my goal in the first place.
"I can't tell it to you but--" y/n
"nevermind, just go" Hyunjin interrupted me and he shoo me away again
"just don't forget to eat these alrightt? gonna be back later" I wave my hand to him not expecting any response from him after I finally close the door
As I continue walking outside I bumped into Felix who seems like he doesn't have anything to do right now.
"y/n where are you going?"- Felix
"I'm heading out to the garden would like to join?" I ask him while we are now walking together
"hmm..sure?" he scratch his head and just follow me
"we are here..hey Minho!" I tap his shoulder and he startle for a bit then smile at us
"yo LeeKnow! you're here?" Felix look so confuse right now
"wassup Felix! you're also here?" Minho jokingly said to him and laugh while leaving Felix look so confuse
"well..to make story short this is where me and Minho often meet because we're actually taking care family of cats" I wink at him and his face seems so shock right now and shift into excited
"where are they?" - Felix
"here..but they're actually sleeping right now"-Minho
"what a bummer!" me and Felix just sit down at the bench while Minho is looking at the cage where the cat is
"you can go here as well anytime you want" I said to him tapping his shoulder.
All three of us just sit on the bench while enjoying the moment and sometimes looking at the cats when they make unnecessary noises or movements. We decided to fix their cage once they all wake up, Felix on the other side is playing with them like this is his first time to see and hold a cat.
"I'm really curious Minho" I started the conversation
"about what?"-Minho
"do you really know Kim? or did you just met one another when the event happened?" I handed to him the two clean bowls
"I already knew her for a very long time"-Minho
"sooo you already have history? omo!" -y/n
"I don't have any feelings for her if that's what you meant" I choke when he said that he just laugh
"I guess you already know who Hyunjin is?" I look at him while he's still fixing the cage
"of course..I was shock at first when I heard that he's already married" I look away suddenly because I remembered that it's all an arrange marriage, no one knew who I am..well maybe they know but no one knew me personally.
"same here" Felix pop out holding one cat on each of his hand, handing them to Minho to get in the cage
"well..it-it's a..what do you call this? uhm everything was just so sudden, I-I mean Hyunjin and I decided to take everything secret except with both of our parents until he suddenly pop out the question to me" I faked a smile to them hoping they got convince with that, they both nodded.

No one's pov:
y/n head back to their room and saw that Hyunjin is still on the chair sitting yet he's not doing anything
'unsual' y/n thought
she carefully and quietly wash and dress herself up readying for bed, but before finally laying down she realize that the food she prepare for Hyunjin isn't touch just for a a bit
"Hyunjin" y/n call his name but there's no response
"Hyunjin!" you call his name again hoping to get a response this time, but still none. You decided to get up and you go to his direction
"Hyunjin?" you bend at bit and glace at him, your eyes went wide when you saw his eyes are actually closed while his chin is resting on his chin.
Y/n tap his shoulder gently but he's not opening his eyes. are you really that cold to me? seriously?
you sighed and shake a little his wrist why he's hot? I mean his body is hot right now literally
I place the back of my hand on his forehead as well his neck to confirm if he's having a fever right now.
"you're burning up Hyunjin!" after you said that his eyes suddenly open and saw you he quickly look away and try to stand up but you stop him from doing that
"I'll help you" you firmly said and you supported him from getting up and you assist him gently on the bed to lay.
your instinct quickly acted up when Hyunjin finally lay his body on the bed, he just went to sleep again.
maybe that's why you've been staying inside the room lately your body must not been so good
you keep on talking to yourself right now while preparing a warm sponge bath for him, you know you can just ask the maids to do this but this is also a chance to prove yourself to Hyunjin and care for him since you're married. You know he's been cold to you but since you've already fallen you can't just stand and do nothing with your feelings.
after preparing the sponge bath, his clothes, food and medicine you went beside his bed, and took his temperature first then after that you start to remove his shirt slowly and drape his chest so he will not going to feel cold.
look at that build! omy! stop y/n! you're crazy the heck!
you inhaled and exhaled trying to compose yourself because you can't deny how good looking Hyunjin is, no wonder some people glared at you when you walk on the aisle to be married to him.
Hyunjin move for a bit then went back to sleep again, y/n begin to wipe Hyunjin's forehead down to his neck making sure that Hyunjin's temperature will go down. After a minute you finish cleaning him, and you decided not to change his pants since it's still clean you just pull up his pants onto his thigh so you can wipe it.
"Hyunjin" after ensuring that you finish doing a sponge bath to him you're now going to make him eat the soup you prepared. Hyunjin slowly open his eyes, he can't recognize you completely because he felt so tired right now and can't process anything
"hmm" -Hyunjin
"you need to eat..it's been many hours since you last eaten right?" he just nodded at you slowly and you smile for a bit because of that. You carefully assist him into sitting position and you gently feed him, and he's been good right now because he's opening his mouth like a baby.
both of you stayed quiet while you feed him and after a while he finished what you prepared to him then you open the medicine he doesn't have any choice but to take it.
y/n clean the bed to make sure that Hyunjin will feel comfortable. Hyunjin just stayed sitting for a while to let both food and medicine go down and be absorb by his body.
He watch you do your own thing, he doesn't feel anything because he's body isn't cooperating to appreciate what you're doing. After all the cleaning you've done you went to Hyunjin's side again and help him to lay on the bed
"tha-thanks" it's the first word he said to you, you felt like your heart suddenly soften and tingly after many days, and you love this feeling.
"you're welcome" you poke his nose and smile at him, Hyunjin just close his eyes and went to sleep
you also went to your side and decided to sleep while smiling.

you heard a weak voice beside you and a light tap on your shoulder, you look at that and it's Hyunjin who's awake but still closing his eyes slightly. You quickly sit and check his temperature using the back of your hand, a sigh of relief when Hyunjin's temperature somehow went down
"what is it? do you need anything?" you look at him full concern
"water please" he said with almost fainted voice, you got up and pour some water then give it to him, he reach it and drink the water
Y/n just watch him drink his water, you get the cup and put it on your mini table. You decided to put more blanket on Hyunjin and he's now sound asleep.

Y/n's pov:
I woke up early in the morning to prepare again what Hyunjin will be needed, I also informed the maids here that Hyunjin got fever so they helped me to prepare, they've understood quickly that I will be the one who will take care of him for a while.
I also informed the assistant of Hyunjin that he's going to be able to do his duties today and she's understanding about it.
"Goodmorning Hyunjin" I tap his shoulder again gently, few more minutes he wakes up and he still look so weak.
"goodmorning" I smile when he responded to me for the first time, I hope he would stay like this, not with fever but with this kind of personality and not return to a person who acts like I'm nothing to him.
"do you want to change your clothes? it's already wet because of your sweat" I said with low voice, he slightly nodded. Why he's so cute and look so squisshy right now?
"you can change here on the bed while I get you food and medicine, here's your clothes" I neatly place them beside his bed and I turn around and went outside the room to get the food and medicine
"thank you for helping me" I bow to the maids in the kitchen for preparing the food because I don't have more time to do that, they all said their welcomes and smile at me. I carefully place it on the cart tray and head in our room again, and slowly open the door.
"Hyunjin are you done?--oh let me help you" I saw that he's struggling to put on his shirt, his arms must be hurting right now, maybe I should request a massage for him right?
I sat beside him and he just let me help him, I put it on through his head and carefully slides it to his body. I hold his other hand to assist him to wear it, his hand is so soft.
"here's your food and medicine, do you want to eat it with yourself? or do you want me to help you?" I ask him while placing a mini table on the bed
"I'm going to do it, thanks" his voice is so low and husky right now must be the cold and morning atmosphere. I nodded at him and just watch him eat
*stomach sound
heck!
"what's that?" Hyunjin ask while sipping his water
"must be the thunder" I said to him trying to cover up my stomach growl.
"you should eat" Hyunjin said to me who's now eating again
"ah-ha-ha" I scratch my head because I forgot to take mine here, I just thought I 'll eat once he get back to sleep again
"maybe later, you go ahead first" I smile at him and he didn't response anymore and continue what he's doing.
I start guarding my stomach when I can feel it will going to make a sound again
"here" I look up and saw Hyunjin giving me bread, I awkwardly smile at him then reach for it.
We are both now eating on bed, and never in my entire moments with him I ever imagine that this can help, that this will happen. We just peacefully eat and drink, I often take a glance at him while he's eating. You know that you can watch him 24/7 and you will not get tired of it, that's how I feel for him.
"you should rest again, don't worry I think you'll get better tomorrow" I said to him, he just smile and nodded at me, I didn't expect him smiling so much when he's having a fever.
I want to land forehead kisses on him but I know I shouldn't, it's not proper maybe he will think weirdly against me if I do that, impulsive thoughts go awayyy!
No one's pov:
y/n stayed for hours just watching and looking at Hyunjin sleep, he sometimes wakes up and y/n will do what he wanted that time. Until she decided to go out and visit Minho for the mean time in the library, this is their new place of hanging out instead of the garden.
They often share stories and even responsibilities to get advises from one another regarding certain activities.
time passed by and Kim already knew that Hyunjin got sick that's why she decided to visit Hyunjin once y/n is not there with the help of Luna.
"You can go inside now princess Kim" Luna smile at her and Kim went inside the room finding Hyunjin sleeping peacefully with think blankets. She get a chair and put it beside Hyunjin's bed and she stare at him then check his temperature.
"why so handsome Hyunjinnie?" Kim giggles and lightly pinch his cheeks causing for Hyunjin to wake up
"Kim?" Hyunjin suddenly sit on the bed seems confuse right now, looking right and left like he's searching for something
"hey, what is it?" Kim ask him, Hyunjin still confuse and feel defeated so he just lean back again.
"where's y/n?" Kim rolled her eyes when Hyunjin ask that and didn't answer him
"do you need something? I can get it" she continued
"just..water" -Hyunjin
"alright! uhm hello? hey can you get us water please?" Kim made a phone call to the maids at the kitchen to get them new water.
"you shouldn't be here, you might get sick because of me" Hyunjin said to Kim while hugging his blanket to make himself feel warm
"nah ah! I wanted to see you today and heard that you got sick, we're supposed to go somewhere today remember?"-Kim
"I'm sorry about that" Hyunjin felt pressure and just wanted to go back to sleep again
"that's fine! just surprise me okay?" she smile at him and he just look on the other side.
At the library..
"what do you think I can give to Hyunjin so he will get better?" y/n has been asking Minho about recipes to make Hyunjin recover faster
"eggplant soup or carrot soup" you clap your hands with excitement when you heard that, Minho started to teach you how to do it.
After a few more hours of teaching it's already dark outside and Minho went somewhere
"Hyunjin will feel better now~" you said it like you're singing while pushing the cart to go in your room.
you opened the door and saw Hyunjin is actually awake right now like he's waiting for someone. His eyes landed on you and you quickly went to his side
"hey..how are you feeling?" you ask him while smiling but he seems like he's now agitated
"somehow better" you nodded at his answer and you give to him the soup
"what's this?" he ask looking at the soup you handed him
"just try it!" you proudly said to him, he let out a chuckle when you he felt like you're so proud in what you did
Y/n watched Hyunjin slurp the soup and he's actually enjoying it, you keep on nodding at him because you're so proud in what you've done.
suddenly someone went inside the room as well, you look at that person
"kim? what are you doing here?" y/n ask her with wide eyes.
"giving Hyunjin food, is that alright? we're supposed to head out somewhere today for an important event but turns out he's sick" Kim explained confidently and walk towards to the both of you.
"what's that? are you sure he's not allergic to that?" y/n widen when Kim ask that, she felt like a sudden shift of aura from Kim the last time you talked to her.
"what? you're not allergic to carrots right?" -y/n
"what the hell?" -Hyunjin
"give that to me Hyunjin" Kim pull away the bowl of soup from Hyunjin's hand and handed to you forcefully causing for it to spill some of it.
"what's the matter?" you ask both of them frustrated and put it down on the tray
"have you not read the guide book they've given to you? he doesn't like carrots or even eggplant, remind that in your mind" Kim said to you, for the first time rolling her eyes. You scoff because of her attitude
the audacity of this girl..wait how does she know about the guide book?
you shake that thought out of your mind and glare at her
"he's surely enjoying that soup I made" you reply back to her, Hyunjin couldn't say a word and just resting his eyes
"because he doesn't know what's in it, be careful!" you didn't expect that Kim will slightly raise her voice at you, and you're getting more confuse where this is coming from
"Y/n..please" Hyunjin look at you while saying that, and you get what he meant. You push the cart and went outside the room, the maid is now infront of you to get the cart.
y/n stayed for a minute outside the room and trying to calm youself down
why whenever they're together they just cause me a lot of trouble? like I can't do anything right? why aren't they confessing that they have something between them?
you pinch the tip of your nose because of annoyance, you decided to wait for kim to go out in the room before you enter. You're just tired right now to make argument with the both of them, you just want peace of mind and continue to be his wife.
*hours later..
"did you already take your meds?" you ask Hyunjin who's still not sleeping when you enter the room, he didn't respond that's why you just look at the mini table on Hyunjin's bed side
"take this now" y/n open the medicine and give it to Hyunjin, he just take it and drink it up.
"you should go to sleep" fixing his blanket around him, he didn't say any word and just obey what you're saying to him.
"how about you?" you look at Hyunjin
"I just have to do some other things right now, I'll follow you later" you explained to him and you put his hair on one side so you can see him clearly
beautiful
you thought and it's now time to fix yourself before going to bed.
"your birthday is near Hyunjin" you whisper while looking at him sleeping.
