The sky wolfs danced around the fire with some members of the crew, "It's the festival of the night before gold hunting!" Usopp happily yelled out while playing the drums. Luffy was howling with the wolves, (Y/N) laughing at her captain while she laid amongst a small group of wolves who cuddled around the female pirate. It was like resting on a soft fluffy clouds, reminding her of the sky beach once more.
"I'm surprised you are getting along so well with the sky wolves." The sky knight walked up on (Y/N) and the now standing Robin. "I know of no one else who could have such ruckus activities on Enel's land."
(Y/N) looked over at the sky knight, smiling. Robin responded to the man exactly what (Y/N) was thinking, "It's good to see that you're awake."
The knight began to apologize for being a burden to the crew. Zoro spoke up for the sky knight, telling him not to be hard on himself; further explaining that it was him that saved Chopper and Merry, so the crew is quite grateful to the man.
(Y/N) smiled at the straw hat boy who thanked the Sky Knight for everything that he has done for his crew. The drunk boys, Chopper and Luffy, started jumping up and down yelling for Gon Fall to come dance with them.
Sanji asked Gon Fall if Conis and her father were okay, which the Sky Knight gave the chef good news: he spoke of how they perfectly safe at his home. Everyone cheered for their friends' well being and started throwing up Chopper to celebrate.
A sky wolf walked over to (Y/N), handing her a cup of booze. "Come to think of it." (Y/N) laughed to herself. "I've never drank before!" The sky wolves and the woman howled together after she downed the drink.
Zoro scoffed at the (h/c) haired woman, "That can't end well." Robin just laughed as (Y/N) jumped up to join the dancing line the wolves started around the bon fire, more booze in her hand.
~One gold celebration party later~
(Y/N) woke up with the sounds of Usopp and Zoro arguing. "Ehh?" She held her head as she groaned in pain from a sudden headache. "What happened?"
Usopp walked off into the forrest, assuming to go take a leak while Zoro eyes traveled to the (h/c) haired pirate. "It's called a hangover, idiot." He grabbed a canteen of water and walked over to the woman who just held her head as she sat in pain. "Drink." He threw the water at her chest, she caught it and started chugging it down.
"Not too fast. You'll upset your stomach." Zoro said irritated.
(Y/N) looked up at the swordsman confused, "I didn't know you cared so much about me." She hiccuped, clearly she was still semi-intoxicated. Zoro 'tsk'ed in response saying how he just didn't want her to throw up on him later.
(Y/N) (e/c) orbs began to water. She jumped up, wrapping her arms around Zoro's body. "You do care about me!" She yelled out which Zoro cringed from the hug, shushing her before she wakes someone up.
The woman just responded with crying into Zoro's chest. "You're just like this because you're still drunk." He tried to shake (Y/N) off him, but she held the swordsman in a death grip. "Ugh I can't even rest without someone bothering me." Zoro sat down with (Y/N) still latched on to him.
The swordsman lifted his eyebrows from the sudden stop in crying, looking down at (Y/N) to find her fast asleep on his chest. Blush kisses his face as he tried to shake off the feelings in his heart. Zoro sighed, closing his eyes to fall back to sleep.
(Y/N) yawned loudly as she woke up with a light headache, but it wasn't unbearable. She looked up at nearly the whole crew who looked at her in curiously. Rubbing her the slight drool off her lips, she looked at them puzzled. "What's everyone staring—" (Y/N) was cut off by the swordsman yawning awake.
(Y/N) suddenly realizing was still laying on the man's chest. Flustered panic woke Zoro completely up as Sanji was yelling at the moss head for stealing the beauty for himself. (Y/N)'s face just steamed from heat as she turned away from the crew, mumbling how stupid it was to drink and that she will never pick up a bottle again.
"Awe, (Y/N). There's no shame in showing affection to your partner." Robin teased as Zoro and (Y/N) screamed at her in union, "WE'RE NOT DATING!!"
Sanji was relieved by her words while the other members talked about how the two would make a badass power couple which just pissed off (Y/N) and Zoro more.
After some difficult explaining, everyone set back to board the Merry. Usopp went on and on about how he saw a ghost on the Merry last night, but no one believed him. But once the crew boarded the Merry, shock fell on everyone's face.
"I knew it!" Usopp yelled out, "See guys! I told you I wasn't insane!" He started crying as Nami placed her hand on the mast.
(Y/N) looked surprised, "Someone really did repair on the ship."
Luffy and (Y/N) said they were both grateful for the repair even though it wasn't the best work. Robin added in that it must have been difficult for a sole person to stand the mast upright.
Zoro questioned who would even come all the way out here to fix the ship for the crew. Also explaining how, as far as they know, the only current inhabitants on the island is the crew and their enemies.
It wasn't til Luffy made everyone realize that whoever fixed the Merry removed all of the flying gear that the Saruyama Alliance put on the ship.
"Hm.." Usopp rested his hand on his chin while he pondered aloud. "I've been thinking about that and it's really got me wondering." The long nosed boy questioned how the phantom repair man could have known what the Merry looked like before they came to Skypiea. Zoro tried to blame Usopp's delusions on him having a nightmare from partying too hard, but the swordsman was cut off by Chopper landing on his face giggling as Zoro tried to pull the reindeer off.
Nami's sudden change the subject made Chopper question if she was even a bit curious as to who fixed the Merry. (Y/N) butted in saying, "The Merry is fixed now, I do thank whoever fixed her, but Nami is right. We need to focus on our goal." (Y/N) (e/c) eyes beamed with berry signs. Everyone looked at her in defeat, realizing her true intentions, but they all agreed nonetheless.
Usopp and Chopper rode out of the weird crow boat to find a way to get the Going Merry off the alter. After a bit of waiting, Usopp devised a plan. He shot a grapple out of the belt he was wearing to Merry's neck. Everyone cheered Usopp on as the grapple successful hooked. Chopper and Usopp drove the Crow full speed, but their rescue attempt failed miserably as the crow snapped in half from the strain the large boat put on the small ship.
After a quick repair to the crow, Usopp tried plan B. Chopper innocently agreed to go with Usopp's plan, but the poor deer didn't realized he would be the bait to lure a sky shark out of the water.
"USOPP IF YOU HURT THAT POOR BOY, I WILL KILL YOU!!" (Y/N) angrily screamed down at the long nose, but her anger turned into worry as she watched a shark chase the deer bait.
Usopp called out to Sanji to kick the new grabble that was tied to Merry at the sky shark. To (Y/N) surprise, the hit landed! The sky shark continued to chase after Chopper causing Merry to descend down the alter's stairs, hitting the sky sea below.
Nami and Luffy cheered at Usopp for his plan that worked like a charm. Thankfully Chopper lived through the chase, but before Chopper could relax; the sky shark jumped to attack once more. (Y/N) quickly leaped through the sky from the alter as she took her sickles from their resting place on her hips, slicing the shark's head off before floating down to check on Chopper.
"WHAAT?!" Sanji, Usopp, and Luffy looked at (Y/N) in shock as she hovered above the sea. She untied Chopper and rested on the Crow before looking up towards the shocked boys. "What? Never seen someone kill a shark before??" Usopp yelled not the shark, but how she literally walked on air and flew.
Once the Crow was tied to the Merry, Nami devised a plan. She showed where exploration team would need to go to in order to find the ruins. "Hold on." Luffy questioned Nami's antics. "You're the one who keeps talking about gold and more gold, but you're not going?"
Nami explained that it was too scary for her, so she's going to stay with the ship. She continued on explaining how the journey to get the ship to the rendezvous point will also be dangerous since the getaway team will have to travel through emery territory. "We can met up here, then escape this stupid sky island!"
(Y/N) placed a hand on Nami's shoulder causing the ginger to look up at the (h/c) haired woman. "Don't worry Nami, I'll bring back our gold." The two money hungry girls smiled at each other, sparkles beaming off their berry shaped eyes. And with that, the crew split up.
"Hey that's the wrong way Zoro!" Luffy yelled out to his swordsman. "We are supposed to be going west! Ya know, west! This way!" Luffy started to walk in the direction he pointed mumbling how dumb Zoro was.
Chopper sat on (Y/N) shoulders, "West?" He questioned the straw hat's sense of direction saying that Luffy was heading East. Robin spoke up to Chopper and (Y/N) to go tell them that the group was supposed to be heading South.
(Y/N) sighed and she walked over to each boy. Pulling them by their cheeks back towards Robin, Chopper just explained they needed to go South as the boys winced in pain.
Chopper watched Luffy playing with a stick he picked up, "Luffy, that's a pretty neat stick you got there." The straw hat giggled saying that it was his, so Chopper has to get his own. The reindeer just poured as a response. (Y/N) couldn't help but giggle at the two's childish behavior as Chopper jumped off her shoulders to go find a stick.
"What's up with sticks?" Zoro irritatedly asked.
"Just let them have their fun. We have a long ways to go before we reach the ruins." (Y/N) reminded everyone. Chopper was giggling about how he thought the forest would be scary, but he discovered it to be nice and peaceful.
"Hey Chopper!" Luffy looked behind him. "You're in a pretty good mood today. You feeling courageous for a change?"
"Yup! You betcha!" Chopper happily replied.
Zoro just complained at the lack of excitement the forest brought them the last two days. "That's a good thing, dumbass." (Y/N) smacked the back of Zoro's head which just made him pissed. "No danger means we can slip in, grab the gold, and slip out with our heads on our shoulders."
Robin giggles back at Zoro and Chopper, "Are you that eager for something to happen?" Chopper just responded with laughing before turning around nervously. The other four just kept walking forward as Luffy questioned what the reindeer saw.
"Oh! Uhh, it's nothing at all!" The reindeer yelled back. The nervousness in his voice made (Y/N) suspicious, but she shrugged her worries off and continued walking.
After a few minutes of walking. Robin spoke up, "There is something eerie about this place." (Y/N) agreed with her friend, but her attention switched to Chopper since Zoro asked why he kept looking behind us. The reindeer continued to deny a reason with false confidence.
Luffy turned around and pointed out a weird striped root. "Oh that?" Chopper questioned the group. "So you guys can see it?!" Zoro said that he's never seen roots move before. As if on cue, the ground started to move as a giant snake creature appeared in front of us.
(Y/N) and Chopper screamed in terror as the giant snake barred its fangs. The group started to take off running, but the snake chased fast after them. Zoro turned back ready to attack, but the creature wasted no time to attack him.
Zoro jumped out of its way causing the creature's sights to set on Luffy, Chopper and (Y/N). The fast snakes moments forced the three to dodge quickly.
Robin jumped up a tree just in time as the creature flew past her, biting its venomous fangs down a nearby tree. Once the snake released its clench, the bottom of the tree steamed away revealing the snake's venom acts as an acid.
Zoro said in nervous shock, "Uhh change of plans! We're running away." (Y/N) nervously agreed as she hoped from tree branch to tree branch.
Luffy started to taunt the creature, but it's eyes set on Robin. Thankfully she invaded the creature by jumping off the branch she was on. Using her devil's power, Robin swung safely to a new branch.
Zoro made his way to the back of the snakes head; but before the swordsman has time to attack, snake turned is head towards the moss head. The creature went to attack the swordsman, "You idiot!" (Y/N) yelled as she jumped off the branch she was on. She grabbed Zoro by the back of his collar, flying him to the others. "Ugh why are you so heavy!"
The group ran as fast as they could with the snake right on their tails.
After what felt like eternity of running, (Y/N) huffed as she placed her hands on her knees. She looked around to find herself alone in the forest. "Well shit. I swear I was just running beside them a second ago." She took off her bag and pulled out her compass. "Alright. Robin said that we needed to head south, so I need to go in this direction." (Y/N) sighed as she began her journey alone.
