"So, were you able to find those three brats?" a man known as Blue Jam asked.

One of the men nodded. "Uh, yes, sir! We were told that they were found rummaging around Gray Terminal."

"I see... and well, where are they? I dont got all day. I still need my money that those kids took."

"Oh, well, you see, sir.. uhm.. we still haven't quite catched them.. We were only told they were last seen in Gray Terminal and that the men there failed in capturing them-"

SLAM

All the men flinched at the sound of Blue Jam slamming his fist onto the table."I don't have time for these lame excuses. You better bring me those damn brats or else!" he threatened.

"Y-Yes, sir!.." all men said simultaneously.

"Good. Now, get out there and bring me those brats!" Blue Jam demanded.

All of the men in the room left and went to go search for Ace, Sabo, and Luffy. All, except for one..

"Huh? Didn't you hear me? Get out and go find them!" Blue Jam repeated.

"Sorry, sir. It's just I have some news to tell you."

Blue Jam raised his eyebrow and looked at the man with curiosity. "Well, what is it? Spit it out already," he ordered.

"When we were told that those three kids were found in Gray Terminal, they mentioned another one was with them."

"Another one?" Blue Jam asked, a bit intrigued.

"Yes. They told us it was a young girl with (H/L), (H/C) hair. Probably around the same age as Ace and Sabo," the man said.

Blue Jam brought his hand to his chin as he thought about something. "Was she seen when Porchemy was fighting those other brats?"

"No, sir. Only Ace and Sabo were seen when they tried rescuing that other kid," he stated.

"I see..." Blue Jam suddenly got lost in thought. But was soon interrupted by the other man.

"Although, there was this strange wolf who beat up Porchemy along with Ace and Sabo. Not sure what it was doing there..."

Blue Jam seemed really intrigued now. "That wolf was on the paper as well, correct?" he asked.

"Yes, sir," the man responded

"Hmm.. say, do you have one of those papers with you? I want to check something."

"Oh! Yes. Here!" The man then gave Blue Jam the paper that contained Ace, Sabo, Luffy, and the wolf's face.

Blue Jam inspected the paper and looked at it for a while. "You said the girl had (H/C) hair?"

"Yes."

Blue Jam continued to look at the paper for a few minutes more and then put it down. "I want you to replace the wolf with the girl instead."

The man raised his eyebrows in surprise. "Yes, sir. But.. why? I mean, the girl wasn't seen fighting Porchemy or saving the other kid. The wolf was-"

"Yes, I know!" Blue Jam shouted. This caused the man to stay quiet and tremble in fear. "I know what I'm doing." Blue Jam got up his seat and started walking towards the window. "Now, go and do as I said." The man nodded furiously and quickly ran out of the room.

Blue Jam looked out of the window and began smiling menacingly...

'Hmmm.. where's a good place that I can draw without any disturbances?'

You kept looking around the forest, trying to find a place where you can draw peacefully.

After looking around the area for a few minutes or so, you happen to stumble upon a place that had lots of beautiful flowers. All kinda of flowers. Roses to orchids. And tulips to daffodils. And so on and so forth.

As you took in the appearance of the scenery, you noticed an enormous tree. You saw how the leaves slowly fell from it. Swaying left to right as a slight breeze blew them to certain directions.

You smiled slightly and began heading towards the tree. Once you reached the tree, you sat down, back against the trunk, and opened your sketchbook. Now, there you were. Sitting under a tree, wondering to yourself what you're gonna draw.

So, you waited. Waited for any ideas to pop in your head. And about 5 minutes had passed.

Did any ideas come to mind after those few minutes?

No.

Did you decide to wait more?

Yes.

So you waited again. Wondering what you were gonna draw. Then, more time had passed.

Did you get any ideas yet?

No.

Were you on the verge of giving up on thinking what to draw?

Yes.

You sighed while hanging your head low, frustrated that you couldn't come up with any ideas of what to draw.

You looked up and gazed at the flowers. Each of a different kind, scattered around the area. Each having different and unique appearances. As well as different scents that filled up your nostrils.

With that, you decided to draw some flowers. You picked your pencil up, set it on the paper, and began drawing. You inspected the flowers, trying to capture each of their beautiful features.

.

.

.

Some time had passed, and you were still drawing. You were so caught up in drawing that you weren't even paying attention to your surroundings. Or even hear the rustling of a bush in the distance.

You began humming a melody to yourself as you began adding the final touches. After a minute or two of finishing adding the final touches, you held your sketchbook up to get a good view of your drawing. You gotta say, after seeing it, you were pretty proud of how it turned out!

"Damn, that looks really good." A voice beside you says.

"HIJO DE-" (SON OF A-)

You were jolted awake from your thoughts and quickly turned to the direction of the voice. Turns out that a certain freckled boy was the one who was beside you. Both of you had surprised expressions on your faces while maintaining eye contact.

...

"Oh, uh.. hi!.. Uhm.. sorry for uhm screaming.. I wasn't expecting you to.. be here, haha!.." you said, rubbing the back of your head sheepishly.

He raised an eyebrow. "Did you really not see me standing beside you?" he asked.

You maintained silent and slowly shook your head, "No.."

He stared at you deadpanned. "That's just stup-"

'Ace, remember, when you find (Y/N), make sure to not cause an argument between the two of you. I know that you and her aren't exactly the best of friends, but at least try and be nice to her. Luffy and I will wait for you here.'

Sabo's voice echoed in Ace's mind. He refrained himself from finishing that sentence and tried figuring out what he should respond with. He sighed. "No, it's alright. I'm... sorry for scaring you."

You stopped in place right as he apologized. You were really shocked those words came out of his mouth. There was an urge for you to tease him, but it wouldn't feel right. Besides, you didn't want to get him angry at you since he seemed pretty calm at the moment.

"A-Ah, yeah, don't worry about it! It's fine!" You reassured him.

After that, he sat down beside you, looking at your drawing. He didn't say anything and kept inspecting it.

Your heart slightly accelerated once you took notice of him gazing at your drawing. You kept quiet and began fidgeting with your pencil, trying to avoid looking in his direction.

"Do you draw often?" he spoke up, with a hint of intrigue.

"O-Oh, uh yeah. I do. I've made lots of drawings throughout these past few months.." you said, continuing to avoid eye contact.

"Really now? Hm.. is it.. okay, if I can look at some?.."

Your eyes widened, and you became hesitant. You grip your sketchbook a tad bit, wondering whether you wanted to give it to him. Sighing, you eventually nod, handing him the sketchbook.

He took it from your hands and began flipping through the pages. He maintained an expressionless face throughout the whole time, so it was difficult to tell what he thought about your drawings.

The more he flipped pages, the more your heart accelerated. You were scared of what he thought about your drawings.

He kept flipping through the sketchbook but immediately stopped at one page specifically. "You.. drew me?" He asked, surprised, holding up the sketchbook with a page that had him drawn on.

Your face quickly heat up out of embarrassment, "Whaaat?.. Psh, nooo! That's.. uhm.." You tried making up an excuse as to cover up the fact you drew him, even though it was already pretty obvious it was him.

Ace looks at you with a blank yet surprised expression as you try coming up with an excuse for the drawing. But soon after, the corners of his mouth lifted up to a slight small. The blank, surprised expression was now replaced with a soft one. He turned back at the drawing and stared at it for a bit.

"That's actually somebody I used tooo... know back in the day!.. Yeah, definitely tha-"

"I like it."

You quickly turned your head to Ace's direction. Plastered on his face was a slight smile as he looked at the drawing.

Your eyes lit up while you stared at him wide-eyed. Something about him complimenting you, as well as smiling, made you feel fuzzy and warm inside. You didn't exactly know how to describe it, but you did know that.. it made you feel happy. A tint of blush appeared on your cheeks, and you smiled happily.

Ace continued to gaze at the drawing but stopped once he felt eyes set on him. He looked to his right and saw you were staring at him, with an adorable, happy smile on your face. He seemed surprised but then furrowed his eyebrows and blushed.

"I-I mean!- It's okay, I guess..," he said, averting his eyes.

You stayed silent for a moment, but then responded, "Did you... really mean that?.. About you liking it?.." you asked. leaning closer to him.

Taken aback by you leaning closer, he moved back slightly. Both of your faces were inches away from each other, which caused him to get even more flustered.

"Well, y-yeah.. wait, I mean- no! I- argh!.. Just.. give me some space, will you?! You're really c-close.." He put his hand on your face, trying to gently but firmly push you away.

"Haha, sorry!" You apologized, backing up a bit.

He sighs and rubs his neck. He then notices you still smiling at him. He blushes a bit and raises a brow. "What?"

"Nothing. Just happy you liked my drawing," You smiled, resting your hands on your knees while rocking back and forth.

His eyebrows rose in surprise and looked away, blushing even more than before.

After that, there was a nice, tranquil moment of silence. Ace looked up and sighed. "We should probably get going."

"Hm?" You slightly tilt your head in wonder.

Ace noticed this and stood up. "Sabo and Luffy are waiting for us right now. Pretty sure they're bored out of their minds waiting."

Meanwhile, with Sabo and Luffy

"Alright, here I go!" Sabo grabbed a marble and tried aiming it in the small hole on the ground. "Annndddd..." Sabo flicked the marble with his thumb and made it into the hole. "Bam!"

"WHAT?! HOW?? YOU JUST LEARNED HOW TO PLAY THIS GAME AND YOU'RE ALREADY GOOD AT IT, NO FAIR!" Luffy frowned and crossed his arms as Sabo won once again.

Sabo laughed. He placed his hands on his hips and held his head up proudly. "Guess I'm just naturally a pro at this," he stated, smiling with his eyes closed.

"Hmph. I demand a rematch!" Luffy shouted angrily, pointing his finger at Sabo.

"Oh c'mon. You've been saying that for about half an hour now! Hell, probably even more!"

"Aww, just one more! I promise, this is the last one!" Luffy beseeched.

Sabo furrowed his eyebrows but then sighed. "Fine. One last time, and that's it!"

Luffy smiled and nodded. He then began gathering his own marbles. Sabo followed as well. But as he was picking them up, he looked back into the forest.

"Gee, Ace is really taking his sweet time, huh?" Sabo muttered. He sighed and began picking up the rest of his marbles.

Back to you and Ace

Ace shook his head and looked back at you. "Anyway, c'mon, let's go." He then extended his hand out for you to take.

Your eyes slightly glisten, and you smile. You gladly accept it and put your hand on his. With that, he brings you up, and you're now on your feet.

Once you're standing up, he lets go of your hand and starts walking. You stood there, staring at him, then to your hand. You shook your head and began following him.

.

.

.

Both of you continued walking. Neither one of you saying a word. It was quite.. awkward. But it wasn't really that bad.

Since you two were walking right beside each other, there'd be a few times where both of your hands would slightly touch. It made your heart race, as well as your face, to heat up. You just tried brushing it off by thinking of something else.

As for Ace, let's just say he's experiencing the same thing as you right now. Two awkward, flustered love birds. How lovely.

Some minutes later, you two eventually made it to where Sabo and Luffy were. It was a wide cliff, where there was a view of the beautiful horizon.

"Yo, we're back," Ace said.

"Oh, hey, Ace. Took you long enough," Sabo responded, not looking up and only focusing on the game.

"Yeah, whatever." Ace noticed Sabo and Luffy weren't exactly paying much attention and instead were much more focused on the game. "What are you two even doing?" He asked, crossing his arms.

"Playing a game, duh," Luffy answered, smiling.

Ace frowned annoyedly. "Yeah, I can see that. What I meant is what you two are playing."

"A game Luffy taught me."

"Yep!"

"Oh. Cool, I guess," Ace said.

Taking a closer look at what they had in their hands, realization hit you. "Oh, hey! You're playing with the canicas (marbles) I gave Luffy!" You crouched down while watching the game.

"Cani..cas?.." Sabo questioned, tilting his head in confusion.

"That's what they're called!" Luffy added, signaling to the marbles.

"Really? Huh, I thought these were marbles.." Sabo said, inspecting the small, shiny, transparent balls.

"They are! It's just canicas means marbles in spanish," you explained.

Sabo's eyes gleamed with intrigue. "Wait, you know how to speak spanish?"

You smiled and nodded. "Yep. Sure do!"

"Woah! That's so cool!!" He exclaimed.

You chuckle, rubbing the back of your head and smiling sheepishly.

"Y'know, I know some spanish myself," Sabo said, crossing his arms and smiling.

Your eyes lit up, "No way!! Really?!?!" you asked ethusiastically.

"Yeah! I only know a bit of it, though. Mostly the basics and stuff," he responded, placing his hand on the nape of his neck.

"That's amazing!! I'll finally have somebody who'll understand me or talk even to!" You mentioned happily.

Sabo blushed slightly while rubbing the nape of his neck.

Ace noticed this and felt an unknown feeling tug his heart. He clenched his fists. "Oi, Sabo! Did you forget what we were supposed to do?" Ace barked.

This made you and Sabo jolt and look at Ace. He had a sort of annoyed expression on his face. You raised a brow at his sudden behavior.

"A-Ah, right!" Before standing up, Sabo flicked la canica (marble) into the hole, leaving Luffy flabbergasted. "There's something we've been meaning to ask you (Y/N), but we never really got the chance to," he said.

"Oh, what's up?"

Both Ace and Sabo turned to each other and then to you. "Are you hiding something from us?" Ace asked.

You stiffened and widened your eyes. "H-Hiding something from you?.."

"Yeah. Remember when we found you outside Porchemy's base? Well, you were acting suspicious. You said you fought with Porchemy, but we didn't see you there inside."

"Plus, if you've fought with Porchemy, you'd have a bounty," Ace rummaged through his pocket, taking out what seems to be a paper, "Yet, you're face isn't even on here." He held up the paper, containing his, Sabo's, Luffy's, and a wolf's face on it. All except yours.

You remained silent while looking at the paper. Not a single word came out of your mouth. This annoyed Ace.

"What??? Do you have anything to say, or are you just going to choose to stay quiet??"

You lowered your head. "No," clenching your hand, you grit your teeth, "I'm not hiding anything."

Sabo stares at you and sighs. "Look, (Y/N). We promised each other we wouldn't hide anything from one another. So please tell us. What are you hiding?"

You took a deep breath and looked them in the eye, "Like I said, I'm not hiding anything, okay?"

Ace furrowed his eyebrows, "Yeah, right. Like I'm gonna believe that bullcrap. Just what's so important about this secret that you don't wanna tell us, huh?" He asked harshly, placing his hands on his hips.

"That's none of your business," you respond.

He grits his teeth. Then, all of a sudden, he grabs you from your collar.

"Ace!" Sabo yells, surprised.

"If you don't tell us right now, I'm gonna!-" He stopped in place. His eyes widened.

Tears filled your (E/C) eyes. "There's no reason for me to tell you! It's my choice to tell you guys about it when I'm ready. And well, I'm not right now.."

All three have shocked expressions, neither saying a single word. But then, Ace decided to speak up, "Oh yeah? Fine then. But can you at least answer me the question, as to why you don't wanna tell us?"

Your lips quiver as you try restraining yourself from crying. "It's.. it's because..," You hung your head low, swallowing a lump in your throat, "Because.."

Ace eyes you curiously, crossing his arms, awaiting your answer. Sabo stares at you, waiting for your response as well.

You clenched your fist again. "BECAUSE I'M SCARED YOU TWO WONT SEE ME AS YOUR FRIEND!" You shouted, looking up at them.

Their eyes widened in shock. They then took notice of tears rolling down your face. The sight of you crying made their heart ache.

Tension and silence both filled the air.

You sniffled, wiping your tears away. "Now, if you excuse me, I'm gonna head back to the shack." You turn around and begin walking away.

All three boys stood there, shocked as to what you had said.

"..I think.. we might've put too much pressure on her.." A tint of guiltiness filled Sabo's voice.

Ace sighed, "Well, if she had told us earlier, none of this would've happened," he said, rubbing the back of his head.

"Hey, c'mon now, don't be like that. I'm sure she'll tell us when she's ready. She even said so herself. Let's just give her some time," Sabo stated.

"Tch. Alright then.." Ace responded, crossing his arms.

Once again, everything became quiet.

...

A bit too quiet.

Both Sabo and Ace turned around, looking at the strawhatted boy.

"What's up with you?" Ace asked.

Luffy tilted his head, confused. "Huh? What do you mean?"

"You've been really quiet this entire time," Sabo placed his hands on his hips, "Like, you haven't said a word or anything at all.. it feels very... unnatural.."

"Ohhhh! Shishishi, yeah, I guess you're right!" Luffy responded, smiling with his eyes closed.

Ace stared at Luffy until something hit him. "Wait, Luffy. You're really close to (Y/N), aren't you?"

"Yep!" Luffy nodded.

Sabo looked at Ace questioningly but soon realized what he was onto. "So, does that mean you even know about her secret?" he asked.

Luffy stiffened. He averted his eyes as he answered the question, "N-No.." he managed to say with a terrible pokerface.

"C'mon! We know you're lying already, so it's no use."

"I-I'm not lying!"

"Yeah, sure you aren't. Look, just tell us. We promised each other we wouldn't hide anything from one another." Ace stated.

Luffy hesitated, "..B-But.. I also promised (Y/N) though.. I promised her that I wouldn't tell anybody that she can trans-" He quickly covered his mouth, once realizing what he was gonna blurt out.

Ace and Sabo eyed him suspiciously. "That she can what, Luffy?" Ace asked.

Luffy shook his head, continuing to maintain his hands on his mouth.

This irked Ace. "Tch, Luffy-!"

"It's no use, Ace." Sabo said, sighing. "We honestly shouldn't be trying to find out what she's hiding. There is a reason as to why she doesn't want to tell us, in the first place. Let's just wait until she's ready to open up." He said, trying to calm Ace down.

Ace looked at Sabo and then to the ground, sighing. "Fine. Guess we'll just have to wait, then."

~ A Week Later ~

A week had passed, and none of you spoke of the topic. You tried to somewhat avoid them by not accompanying them and just staying back to finish up chores. But you'd talk to them every so often. Until one day..

"Guys, guys!"

Ace and Sabo turned around, now facing a strawhatted boy who was practically dragging a poor girl (you) around.

"Guess what?! (Y/N) finally agreed to let you two in on her secret!" Luffy exclaimed

The two boys widened their eyes and moved their focus to you. You avoid looking their direction and stare at the ground.

"Wait, really?!" They asked, shocked.

You look up from the ground and send then a slight nod.

"Yeah! But, under one... uh.."

"Condition."

"Right! Under one condition!"

Sabo and Ace raised a brow. "Which is?"

Luffy looked up at you, expecting you to answer their question. You sighed. "That you guys won't... see me any different than before.." You replied softly.

They were taken aback at what you said, but nevertheless, still nodded. "Don't worry, we won't."

"Yeah. We wouldn't judge or see anybody different based on their secret."

"Mhmm."

"Unless the secret is really bad, then we probably wil-" Sabo elbows his side, "Ow! The hell was that for, Sabo?!" he asked angrily, placing a hand on his side.

Sabo sighs and turns to you. "Go ahead. And we promise, we won't see you any different than before," he reassured, smiling sweetly at you.

You slightly smiled. You close your eyes and take a deep breath. Feeling somewhat ready, you took a few steps forward. Now, standing in the middle of the three boys. You closed your eyes again and then...

POOF

A big cloud of (F/C) smoke appeared. The three boys covered their eyes and coughed. They opened their eyes a tad bit and tried wafting the smoke away from their faces.

The smoke had then begun to clear up, revealing a figure within it. Ace and Sabo turned to it, trying to figure out what had just happened.

Then, as they saw what was hiding beneath the smoke, their eyes widened.

"No way.."

There you were. Standing before them. But, there was something different about you. Like, waaaayyyyy different. Instead of having your normal (S/C) skin, you had fluffy (S/C) fur with a few streaks of (F/C). Along with that, you had razor-sharp teeth and claws. (Furry‼️‼️😱😱 /j)

The two boys stood there agape, not knowing what to say. This made you nervous, making you walk back and hide behind Luffy so they wouldn't see you (even tho they still could since you were pretty big). Luffy smiled and laughed.

Looking at you inquisitively, Sabo had then realized something. "Wait a minute!.. You're that wolf! The- the wolf that fought along beside us.. it's you!"

Ace's eyes widened as he saw Sabo was right. You were the wolf that fought with them against Porchemy.

"So, when you told us you fought with Porchemy.. you weren't lying.."

"That also explains the reason as to why you were all beaten up!.." Sabo stepped forward, trying to get a closer look at you.

Peaking your head out, you noticed Sabo heading closer to you. He puts his hand out, reaching out to pet you.

You stood still, being a bit nervous. Looking at your right, you caught a sight of Luffy moving slightly away, making you be fully noticeable (even tho you already were).

This made you panic, until, you felt a hand placed on your head. You looked up and saw it was Sabo. A smile formed on his face as he petted you.

He chuckled, "You're really soft!" He had such a gentle, delicate touch as he stroked your fur. You smiled and leaned in more into his touch.

"Hahaha! (Y/N)!" He giggled more as his cheek was now being squished by yours, continuing to pet you.

(Btw, I left you guys as white in the drawing so you could imagine your skin color on it. But if you don't want it to be the color of your skin, you can just imagine another color! :D)

Ace saw this, and he slightly furrowed his eyebrows. He crossed his arms and averted his eyes from the scene.

Sabo noticed this and smiled. "Yo, Ace! Come over here! Check out how soft (Y/N) is!!" He exclaimed, signaling Ace to come over there.

Ace gazed over you and Sabo. He seemed hesitant about it and proceeded to close his eyes and look away. "Tch, no, thank you." he answered rudely.

'Ay.. que güey tan amargado (Geez.. what an embittered moron)," you thought.

Sabo sighed, turning his attention towards you. He patted your head. "How'd you even get this ability (Y/N)? I thought you said you didn't eat a Devil Fruit?"

No response came from you. Sabo lifted a brow, tilting his head slightly, "Huh? Is something wrong?"

You shook your head, still not single peep coming out of you. Suddenly, Luffy popped out from on top of you. "She can't speak in this form!" he stated, smiling. Resting his chin on the top of your head.

"Really? Aw, that sucks," You nod in agreement. Closing your eyes, you proceed to..

POOF

"It does," you scratched your head, "And you're right, I haven't eaten a Devil Fruit. I was just.. born this way." You shrugged, not noticing Luffy fell flat on his face right as you turned back to normal.

Sabo's face lit up with amazement and awe, "Woahh!! That's incredible!!! Are there any more abilities you have??? Y'know besides you being able to transform?"

You smiled and nodded, "Mhm! I pretty much have the same abilities as any other wolf. Like, really good hearing, eye sight, sense of smell, speed, strength, and so on and so forth."

"Isn't that awesome or what?!?!" Luffy chimed in.

"Hell yeah, it is!!" Sabo agreed, with stars in his eyes.

You chuckled, flusteredly rubbing the nape of your neck.

Even though the grumpy, freckled boy seemed to not have been amazed by the abilities you had. Everything about this topic piqued his interest. But, of course, him being the person he is, he tried his best to pretend to not show any interest about this whatsoever.

Although... there was something he was curious about.

"Oi, (Y/N)!"

Once you heard Ace calling out for you, you glanced in his direction. "Oh, yeah?" you questioned.

He walked towards you until he was right in front of you. "Last week, when I asked you why you didn't want to tell us your secret, you said that you were scared we wouldn't see you as our friend. What'd you mean by that?"

Getting caught off guard, your eyes widened. You look down, a bit hesitant, wanting to answer that. "Well.. uhm.."

Ace patiently waited (surprisingly) for you to answer his question. While Luffy and Sabo got quiet as they heard the question.

He sighed, "You don't have to answer that if you don't want to. I was just curious, that's all." he comfortly stated, rubbing the back of his head while a tint of blush slowly appeared in his cheeks.

...

"Y'know what.. when I think about it.. I don't really mind. Seeing you two not look at me any different than before has made me feel.. happier. Not even mention pretty comfortable," you admitted, smiling softly.

When hearing this, it made both Sabo's and Ace's hearts skip a beat. Sabo smiled and chuckled while Ace averted his eyes.

You laughed a bit and sighed softly, "Back when I used to live in my home island, I used to always play with my friends. We would always have so much fun playing with each other. Until, well.. they found out about me being able to transform." Your face slightly saddened once saying the last sentence.

"They got scared, but.. I couldn't blame them. After that, they all began avoiding me like some sort of plague. Not only my friends, but.. other people as well. Some criticized and made fun of me cuz of it. To the point they called me a monster."

"I'm telling you! That's the girl!"

"After all this time, they're still letting her live here?!"

"Monster, huh? Sounds about right. I honestly can't imagine living like her and having such a sad and monstrous ability, hahaha!"

"Telling me how no one would want to be near me.. Nor be my friend.."

"Do you really think the son of the Royal Family wants to be your friend?! Please, don't make me laugh!"

"I know for a fact that's not true! There's no way he'd want to be friends with a monster."

"Even if it seems he's your 'friend', I doubt he means it. He probably just pities you."

"Belonging here was a mistake! No one, and I mean no one, would want to be near a nasty creature like you!"

"Or even tell me how I should stay far away from others, or else I'll.. hurt them."

"Here, in a jail cell, is where you belong! Where you will be far away from the others. And not bring any harm to them."

You sigh, "It hurts.. knowing that society won't accept you.. won't see you as one of them. Just because in a way.. you're different from them.. or... just not like them."

All three boys stood there, shocked. They couldn't believe how those people mistreated you. Swelling inside them was anger. They were furious you had gone through that.

Specifically, one of them.

Ace.

In a way, he knew how you felt.

Not knowing whether he should belong here or not. People thinking he should die just because he was the son of him. It made his blood boil that you were treated this way.

"And honestly... sometimes... I agree with them,' tears start to form in your eyes, "I already hurt someone in the past. Someone I cared for. But.. I didn't mean to.. I really didn't... I didn't see him there..."

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY SON?!"

You sigh, "My family tried defending me, but.. it was no use. They were being held back by others so they wouldn't get close to me. Everyone in the crowd gave me that same stare. They were all judging me. In that moment, I felt.. alone. I felt like...

a monster."
