On the way, Xia Wanyuan had asked Jun Shiling what was being repaired in the manor and why it had been repaired for almost a day, but Jun Shiling kept quiet.
Just as they were about to reach the door, Jun Shiling suddenly made Xia Wanyuan close her eyes.
"For what?"
Xia Wanyuan was somewhat puzzled.
"Let me show you something. Close your eyes first."
Knowing that Jun Shiling wouldn't hurt her, Xia Wanyuan closed her eyes without worry.
Sensing that the car had stopped not long after entering the manor, Jun Shiling helped Xia Wanyuan out of the car.
Xia Wanyuan smelled a faint sweet fragrance in the air. This smell was a little familiar.
"Open your eyes and take a look."
Xia Wanyuan opened her eyes, stunned by the scene before her.
Everything in sight was filled with roses. The garden that was as big as a few football fields was filled with pots of roses that gathered into an ocean of roses.
On some of the trees that could not be placed with flower pots, roses that were tied with ropes were wrapped around the branches. It was as if roses had grown out of the trees. From afar, they looked like pink rose trees.
Other than the pink roses she had seen at Dreams in the Clouds the previous night, there were also red, blue, and yellow roses.
Layers of flowers surged like waves, extending from the door to the main building.
Xia Wanyuan passed through layers of roses and walked to the entrance of the main building. The scene in the house amazed her even more.
