this was a tough one for me. i wasn't sure what moon powers were exactly, so i decided to go with a moon stream and moon facial details. i tried to make her eyes kind of look like the moon with it's craters, too.
without further adieu, here's moonwatcher with actual moon powers!
note: i used the covers of "moon rising" and "the flames of hope" (tui t. sutherland) as reference for moon and the position.
