AAROHI'S POV
I was talking with Misthi about random things with lollipop in my hands, when she started telling me about her funny incident that happened with her in kolkata
" So as far as i remember, i was at a friend's wedding that time and that time when all the relatives were busy in that wedding, we all young once started playing truth and dare!! It was all good till i got the dare and you can't believe what dare they give me to complete!!"
She was telling me all that with extreme excitment and i too listen to her with curiousity
" They freaking dare me hug a random guy whom they find attractive!! Like seriously!!" She told while making faces
But i really can't control my laugh when she told me about the dare!!
She, that girl who always like stay away from guys, who never talked to any guy till date was dared to hug an unknown guy!!!
" Mini yaar, you too start!!" She whine while snatching lollipop from me but my giggles don't stop
" S..sorry, sorry acha bata na phir kya hua??" I asked while controlling my laugh hardly to not make her more angry and she nod
( S...soory, sorry now tell me, what happened after that)
" They chooses a guy who's looking evil from ages, seriously telling, his eyes had only lust in themselves that made me felt even more disgusted by him!!" She told with a half puking face and i gasped
" So did you hugged him??" I asked
" In Noway, Actually hua yeh ki, i was going to hug him only with no other option left, but then in the middle i suddenly got bumped onto a handsome hunk, haayee i still can't believe that he really exists, he looked so ethernal!!"
She told the twist and start fanning over a guy whom she met at the wedding
" Ohoo, looks like someone got a crush!!" I tease her with a naughty smile
" Yaaarr, ok leave all this i will tell you phir kya hua!! Then when i got bumped onto that handsome hunk, he said sorry to me and was about to leave when i hugged him..!!"
She told making my all smiley face to get astonished in a second

" You hugged him!!"
" Yeah i mean, i had to complete my dare and he's infront of me at that situation, i cant able to think anything so i just did that!! But good thing is that till i left he couldn't figure out what happened with him!!" She told while biting her lips
For a second i too just process what she said and when i finally realised it all, i started laughing like a mad woman while crawling down on the bed!!
" Unbelievable, you w..who never ever touched a guy, hugged a man, and that too is, a stranger!!" I laugh hard while turning here and there
" Just leave it!!" She requested with a whine
" Okay, okay!!" I replied while stop crawling and wipe my tears
" By the way, what about your job, have you thought something about it or not??" She asked making me sigh
I mean yeah, i thought about it a lot and then came at a conclusion to find jobs!!
" Hmm.... I thought giving interviews will be a good option for me, anyways other hospitals and companies already wanted me to accept their job offers so why not i try??" I told her and she just ohed on my reply
" Wow, that's great!! It's a good news!!"
" Yeah, let's sleep now tomorrow i have to go for a job hunt too!!!!" I told but she carelessly shrug her shoulder like she just doesn't care about she said
She got agreed and we both then lay on our sides of the bed to sleep with me turning off the lights of the room and then with a deep sigh drifting off in sleep!!

Next day,
I got up early cause i have to catch a bus and then hurriedly got ready while wearing a baby blue color top and jeans!!
After getting ready, i immediately had my breakfast and after praying to our goddess Kali maa, i left my home!!
Reaching to the hospital, i went firstly to the receptionist regarding to my job interview!!
" Excuse me, i am here to meet Dr. Sharma, is he here??" I asked to the receptionist with a small smile
" Regarding what??
" My... Job interview!!"
Just as i answer, she immediately called him and tell him about my incoming while i just wait patiently for the whole time they talked!!
" Sorry mam, he said there are no vacancies for nutritionist here!!" She told me making me confuse
" But, he is the only one who wants me as a nutritionist here than how can there be no vacancies!!" I asked with perked eyebrows
" Mam, we don't know anything, and we can't do anything, if sir said there is no vacancies then there will be none, sorry mam but we can't help you!!" She replied with a tight smile and than got engross in her work
Wait, how can it be done?? Mr. Sharma is the one who want me to work with him then, how can it be possible!!
I again went to other places for job interviews, but there too they had no vacancies for me making me helpless and hopeless
" Sorry mam, there's no vacancies in here, we can't give you the job!!" The interviewer told making me mad now
" What are you talking?? Mr. Kapadia just told me yesterday to come here and give the interview and now you are saying there are none!!" I said with a little mad voice
" Mam, If it is not there now then it is not there, i cant do anything mam!!" He told with a shrug making my nose flare
" Okay then let me talk to Mr. Kapadia!!" I said
" Mam, he left to London today!! He will come here after three day, you can come here after that if you want " He replied with a fake smile making me hopeless again
I left from there too as there's no point of staying, its going to be a no till the end, so why to argue!!!
But i cant understand why the one who always wants me to work at their places suddenly started excusing me like this!!
I reach my home with the help of auto, i went inside my home with a small smile but my face and my inner side is only showing dullness and paleness in it!!
" Tu aa gayi, kaisa raha interview, job mili?? Kya bola unhone, sab thik se hua na!! Kuch bol na mini tu chup kyu hai??' she asked making my eyes widen
(You are here, how was the interview, did you get the job?? What did theu say, everything went well didn't it!! say something Mini, why are you silent??)
Is she mad?? Why is she asking me this question, this loudly?? What if someone heard us
" What are you doing mishi?? Why are you asking out this so loudly?? You want maa baba to know that i am jobless!!" I said in a annoyed tone
" Are, noone is at home so don't worry, your secret is safe!! Well, chachi went to Mrs. Roy house for kitty party and chacha ji went to medical shop to buy his medicine, so here we are all alone, now tell me job mili??" She explain me all this while moving her hand here and there making me relieved but her question made me upset!!
" say na, did you get the job!!" She asked while looking at my face with a tilt of her neck while i just shook my head in no
" What, are the interviewers mad?? How can't they accepted you yaar!! You've got the best qualifications for a doctor and also you are experienced too, they will be surely blind to see your potential, i am telling you!!"
She tell all this with a scoff making me to put an ugly small smile on my face that is fake from every core
What is the use of qualifications, degrees and experience when i am not able to even support my family financially
" Leave Mishi, i don't want to talk about it right now!!" I just said while having a gulp in my throat and walk to the living room
" i know you can't be strong all the time Mini, i know how you are feeling right now, but please don't mask your emotions yaar!! Just share anything that you want, you know i am here, right??" She asked while stopping me and hugging me from side making my tears to just wailed up from my eyes
" I think, i...i f..failed, Mishi!!" I finally share my emotion to her as i know i cant hide it
" No, you can't mini, not after bearing all the hardships and becoming independent, you can't be failed!!" She comfort while i look at her while sniffling
It's too hard, to see all that you had created by your own breaking up like this!!
" N..noone is ready to give me job, M..mishi, they said there is no vacancy for my job, i..i cant understand, ki vo log jo mera kabhi red carpet b..bichaaye mera intezaar karte the aaj u..unhone muh kaise mod liya!!"
(I..i cant understand, those people who once waited for me with the red carpet..why they have turned their backs today!!")
I sniffle hard after remembering those rejections making me think more hard on what to do now!!
" Mini, don't worry everything will be fine....!!"
" What will be fine haa Mishi?? what will be f..fine The financial condition that we are facing, vo to tab thik hogi na jab mujhe job milegi, aur koi mujhe job dene ko taiyaar nahi hai, anni ki college fees, ghar ka rent, yeh sab kaise m..manage hoga?? Kya karungi mein??"
(That will be fine only when I get a job, and no one is ready to give me a job, year's college fees, house rent, how will I manage all this?? What should I do?)
I finally told her my feelings that is inside my head for so much of a long time
" Look, i know you are very strong mini, don't forget ki yeh bhi ek hardship hai, aur i know that you can handle it strongly but still ek baat bolu....!!" She comfort me again while patting my back and making me sit on the sofa
" what!!" I ask confusedly while taking a seat on sofa
" Yeh job offer itna bura bhi nahi hai!!" She told making my eyes widen, how can she just said that
(This job offer isn't that bad!!)
" You know, what you are saying Mishi?? That alien made me jobless, accused me for the things that i never did and you are saying that i should accept his job offer!!" I shout at her in anger making her gulp
" No mini, i didn't mean it like that, you are angry right now at him that's why you can't able to see what i am seeing, that man is doing all this for his mother right, cause he loves her, i am not saying what he did to you is acceptable, it's very wrong!!! But think from his perspective too, maybe he is just too scared to lose his mother!!"
She explain her view making me to think about it
" And you remember, once aunty got wet in the rain and had high fever for days, you got so hurt and angry to see her like that, that you started throwing stones at sky to punish it for hurting chachi!!" She giggled while remembering me the incident that place a small smile on my face and i nodded
" That time, it's you who can't see chachi in pain and this time, it's him!! Ha shayad uska tarika galt ho sakta hai par irada to galt nahi tha na, isiliye tu phir se iss job offer ke baare mein soch, iss baar uske point of view se okay!! Mein tere liye paani lati hu!!"
(Although his approach may have been wrong but his intentions were not, that's why you have to again thinking about his job offer, think from his point of view too!! I have brought water for you!!)
After telling me all this, she left from the living room while leaving me with confusion and i started thinking again from the start!!
But all i could think about is my family, i don't want them to get effected by my financial condition, also i cant hide the fact of being jobless from them more!! I felt too burden up, what should i do??
But suddenly, a phone call disturbed me and without looking at it i pick the call up
" Hello, Dr. Aarohi!!" A soft and calm voice of a male asked
" Yes??" I answered without any interest
" Mam, i am talking from Atharva sir's office, he actually wants to talk to you!!" He said making me perk my eyebrows
" Tell him, i don't want to talk to him, and also that....... I accepted his job offer!!" I told him and cut the call, i don't know why i just accepted the job offer that i am rejecting from so much of time
But i think that's only good for me, i mean i cant be selfish to my family right?? I can't just put their happiness on stack just because of a rich man stubbornness!!
But i hope, after this that man would leave me like for God sake cause now, i don't want to tangled up in a problematic situation with him!!
