I'm laying on my bed and just staring into space, wondering how my life turned out so messed up. Luke won't stop bothering me and my gut feeling tells me something bad is gonna happen
I feel so conscious that I can't even leave this house without looking around to check if someone's following me. Ironic how one of the best assassin in the world is fuckin scared.
My door creaked open and I looked to see Emilio standing there fidgeting with his fingers.
"What?" I asked drily
"Are you alright?" He asked, possibly sensing my mood
"Yes now what do you want?" I asked
"What's your problem? You've been so distant with everyone. I don't understand, yes we made a mistake but we're humans. Everybody makes mistakes, I do and you do too so quite drowning yourself in self-pity would you!
I've been trying to talk to you and apologize but you don't wanna listen. Why the fuck are you being so difficult" he yelled, clearly expecting a reaction but I gave him a blank look
"Look I couldn't be bothered with half the shit You're saying. I'll ask again, what do you want?" I asked in a heavy voice
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't be fighting with you. I'm messing up pretty bad aren't I?" He groaned, gripping his hair in annoyance
"I'm not being very cooperative either. Just tell me why you're here" I said and he walked closer and sat on my bed, holding my hand
"I came to tell you that I've been hanging out with a girl and now she's my girlfriend. Are you okay with that?" He asked and I creased my brows
"Why wouldn't I be?" I asked
"Because you won't be the only girl in my life anymore" he said and I shook my head
"Listen you can go out with whoever you want. I don't actually care, I'd never even think that way" I explained and he smiled happily. Looks like he had been thinking hard about my reaction
"I guess I just didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable and feel like you didn't matter to me anymore. You'll always come first in my life" he said and pulled me into a tight hug causing me to stiffen. I haven't forgiven him yet
"It's okay as long as she doesn't crush your heart" I whispered
"I love you bambina. Goodnight" he said and placed a kiss on my head
Timeskip- Friday morning
I woke up later than usual today amd it's safe to say that I'm in a pissy mood. I begrudgingly did my morning routine and went downstairs for breakfast
"Morning" I grumbled
"Whoa what crawled up your ass and died" Xander commented and I glared at him and he immediately shut up
"Here you go bambina" Emilio said and handed me some french toast and I thanked him
"Hey guys my birthday is tomorrow what are you going to get me" Matteo asked practically jumping on his seat. Shit I forgot about that
"That's for us to know and for you to not find out" Dom said as he placed his hand firmly on Matteo's shoulder to stop his jumping
"All right all of you get out" Antonio said, making a shooing gesture
I grabbed my bag and we went to school. I went to my first class of the day and opened the door to see the teacher glaring at me. Did I mention we arrived ten minutes into the first period?
"This is the third time you're arriving late to my class. Detention!" She shouted. I ignored her and made my way to the back of the class, the only seat available was next to Alessio so I had no choice but to sit there
A couple of minutes later I received a message but I ignored it, knowing fully well who it was. Another one came through then another but I ignored all. Suddenly my phone started ringing and I sighed in irritation before picking up
"What!" I growled angrily at him
"Listen here bitch, don't you dare ignore my messages. Do you not remember what happened to her and your mother?"
When I heard her, my eyes welled with tears, anger and hatred boiled in my chest
"Don't you fuckin dare talk about her you fuckin bastard. I swear to fuckin god I'll kill you!" I yelled in blind rage
"Miss De'Luca get out of my class" I directed my angry gaze to the bitch of a teacher
"Bitch shut the fuck up" I snapped at her and walked out of the class
I walked to the washroom with shaky legs and cried my eyes out. Why did he have to bring her up. It's all my fault she would've been alive if I just listened to him. I miss her so much but she's gone and it's all my fault
"Fuck I can't take this anymore" I mumbled. I'll kill him, I'll fuckin kill him
I splashed some water on my face and walked out of the washroom only to bump into someone
Alessio's pov
I noticed Gabriella's phone kept going off with messages but she refused to look at it. Her fists were clenched tightly on the table. Why is she so mad?
Her phone suddenly rang softly and her jaw ticked in annoyance. She picked up and I watched as she turned pale all of a sudden. Tears were welling in her beautiful eyes
"Don't you dare talk about her you fuckin bastard. I swear to fuckin god I'll kill you" she yelled all of a sudden and I flinched
"Miss De'Luca get out of my class" the teacher yelled at her
"Bitch shut the fuck up!" She snapped and walked out the class.
I felt the urge to follow her and that's exactly what I did. On the way, I saw her shoulders trembling and her sobs filled the empty hallway
Seeing her cry like that did shit to me that I can't even understand. It makes me want to comfort her. I watch her enter the girls washroom and I stood outside. I know it looks like I'm stalking her but I have to make sure she's okay
I could still hear her sobs, what happened to her, she mumbled something but I couldn't make out what she was saying. I was cut off guard when she opened the door and bumped into my chest
She looked up at me with her red eyes, it looked like she poured water on her face but it was still evident that she was crying.
"What happened mi amore?. Why are you crying?" I asked her softly, placing my hands on her shoulders
"N-nothing" she stuttered and I knew she was lying
"You're lying to me but I can't force you to tell me" I said, it looked like she was thinking about something and all of a sudden her lips quivered and tears fell down her eyes
I sighed and pulled her to my chest and held her closely. Her hands fisted tightly on my shirt as she cried
My shirt was getting wet but I don't care. I want to make sure she's fine. I held her patiently till she stopped crying.
She pulled away from me and wiped her tears with the back of her hand. Her face was red from crying
"I'm sorry" she said softly and I smiled at her. She's adorable
"It's fine, sometimes when you bottle your emotions for too long, this happens. You just have to let it out" I said with a smile and she smiled back. God her smile is beautiful
Gabriella's pov
I don't know how Alessio managed to understand me, he knew what I was feeling. A stranger knew something was wrong but my family refuses to see it
"Ella!" I heard Noah call out from across the hall. I turned to see him and the guys staring at me in shock then anger. Why are they angry
"What the fuck did you do to her?!" Kyle yelled at Alessio and pulled me over to him. Blake looked at me and his eyes darkened in anger
"Are you fuckin mad?!. What did you do to her?!" Blake snapped and raised his fist to strike Alessio but I quickly pulled his hand back
"He didn't do anything" I explained
"Are you sure you're okay Ella?" Landon asked
"Why were you crying?" He asked as he stood infront of me
"It's nothing" I tried to say but my voice betrayed me and came out shaky and I immediately looked down. What the hell is wrong with me?
I felt arms wrap around me again and immediately recognized them as Landon's. I tried to pull away but he held me tighter
"It's okay" he whispered in my ear
"What's going on Gabriella?. You haven't been yourself for some time now" Nathan asked
"Guys I'm fine" I replied
"Stop lying to us goddammit. You're not okay tell us and maybe we can help you!" Ethan snapped and I flinched back and Alessio held my shoulders
"Guy-"
"Just tell us" Blake pleaded
Don't do it, he will kill them and it will be all your fault
I took a step away from them and ran to my next class. I tried avoiding them but it didn't help as majority of them are in this class with me
The bell rang for lunch and I sat in an empty table away from my friends. I'm not mad or anything I just need space. I noticed Alessio walking towards my table and sat down
"What do you want?" I asked and he frowned
"To sit here?" He said but it was more like a question
"Are you okay?" He asked
"I'm fine okay" I said
"I'm sorry again for shrugging you off . How about we start over?" He offered
"Sure"
"I'm Alessio Sartori. I'm Seventeen" he said, his voice going deeper and deeper that I almost got distracted for a minute
"Gabriella De'Luca. I'm fifteen" I said offering him a smile and he chuckled
"Could we be friends?" He asked and I nodded. I saw my friends walking to me and my eyes slightly widened but I quickly composed myself
"Ella we're really sorry for being so inconsiderate. Please forgive us" Aaron said and I looked at them. Guilt was evident in their eyes
"It's alright" I said and got up. I don't have the energy for all these unnecessary drama right now. Hearing about her completely drained me
"I'll be leaving" I said and quickly walked out of the cafeteria

Okay I just wanted to say sorry for the late update. I've been really busy with school work and this was the only time I had to update
