"Haerin-ah... for the second last question, did you use the same formula or- You know what, doesn't matter..." Hanni chuckled lifelessly as she's scratching the back of her head. "...exam's over anyway."

"Yeah you just have to use the same formula before integrating the equation to find the answer." Haerin answered Hanni's question anyway as they're walking down the stairs on a slow pace. "Let's... definitely not think too much about the exams. It's already behind us."

"You're right... By the way I'm going to work starting tomorrow, just letting you know." Hanni said as Haerin's a bit surprised. "Where? At Minji's?" She asked as Hanni just shook her head. "At the usual café near Minji's. The one you and Yongbok usually went to." She clarified.

"Oh... Right I noticed they're looking for part timers as well. I would've like to get a job too but I'll probably gets too shy in front of random people." Haerin murmured as Hanni just patted her friend's head softly. "Maybe you can try at Minji's?"

"I'll think about it. But for now I just want to spend time with Yongbok as much as I could." Haerin said. "Well good for you two. If you want to hang out just give me a call or a text okay?"

"Okay, have a nice break Pham Pham~" Haerin and Hanni part ways as soon as they've reached the end of the staircase. Hanni was just walking forward, passing a few hallways, passing loads of other people.

"Hey excuse me..." She suddenly heard a male voice as she just walked past someone so she stopped as she turned her head around to see who's calling her.

It's him. The one Hanni accidentally collided with back at Jeju...

"You look a bit familiar..." He said as he's squinting his eyes. "I think you got the wrong person..." Hanni's trying to dodge the question knowing damn well that he's probably not wrong.

"Aren't you the girl who bumped into me back in Jeju few weeks back? The one with the blue dress-"

"Alright you got me..." Hanni let out a silent sigh. "...I'm sorry that I bumped into you okay?" She apologized as he just chuckled while shaking his head. "No you don't have to apologize. I think I saw you the day the semester resumed by the cafeteria and now I just had to make sure."

"Oh, you saw me too huh? Yeah back at the café I thought that you look a bit familiar and turns out I was right as well." Hanni said as he held his hand out to her. "I'm Jun. Nice meeting you..."

"Hanni." She introduced herself as they shook hands. "Nice meeting you Hanni, see you." The man named Jun waved at her as he's leaving her sight.

"Jun... Nice name." Hanni whispered to herself as she continued her journey back to her car.

So few days passed by and Hanni already started her part time job as a cashier/barista at the local café. She spent the last couple of days practicing and practicing, let it be being a reliable cashier or a fast learning barista.

It was tiring but she enjoyed it as days passing by. Luckily the local café was not the only café available at the area and with multiple coffee spots, the amount of customers walking in was bearable and sometimes Hanni and the other baristas/cashiers could just be chilling around with no customers coming in.

"Slow day again it seems..." Hanni whispered to herself as she's sitting behind the counter, humming random song that comes to mind. "There's always days like these. I mean we can just relax right?" Said Chaeyoung, the café's supervisor who's sitting next to Hanni, scrolling through her phone.

Hanni stood up from her seat, made her way to the front area before standing by the window, glancing at the outside area of the café. Cars passing by, people walked by, Hanni's eyes were wandering everywhere before her view was blocked by a person.

She looked up and could only laughed in silent as you're standing in front of her at the other side of the window with your teasing expression and raised eyebrows. "What are you doing?" You mouthed at her who just waving her hand, asking you to come in as she's continue laughing.

"Already slacking off I see..." You said jokingly right after you walked in as she just scrunched her nose with a glare. "There's no one coming in okay... until you and by the way... after three days I'm working only now you're visiting? I'm quiet disappointed..." She made 'tch' sounds.

"Then shall I go to that café across the street then..." You pointed you finger backwards with your eyebrows raised before she shook her head with her palms pressing against each other. "Just buy here good sir, we need sales too you know..."

Couldn't contain your laughter, you just nodded you head between your silent laugh. "I've been a bit busy with the literature club the last couple of days. But now I am a free soul and that is why I'm here first thing in the morning."

"It's almost noon by the way..." She squinted her eyes as you looked at your watch. "...first thing in the noon." You immediately corrected yourself as a laughing Pham Hanni made her way back to the counter.

"What can I get you today?" She asked as you made your way to the counter as well before reading through the menu on the counter top. "Let me guess, just an iced Americano?" Hanni whispered to herself.

"Iced Americano please. Large." You said your order as she's silently proud to have guessed correctly while in all honesty, you heard her whisper and decided to go with it. After paying, Chaeyoung made your Americano in a swift.

"Where are you heading after this?" Hanni asked as she handed you your drink. "Probably back home." You answered. "You're telling me you went out today just to get a drink here?" Hanni crossed her arms on her chest with raised eyebrows as you just nodded with a light hum.

"I have nothing else to do today anyway. Probably a light gym time at the evening later." You said before taking light sips.

"Don't you think it's time for you to see someone? You have plenty of times on your hands" That was a trick question by Hanni as for the past weeks, she's been confused with her own feelings towards you.

Your expression was about to turn into surprised before you managed to cover it up with a light snicker. "Probably not the right time yet. Besides..." Hanni's heart's beating faster in every word you said. "...who's going to be there for you then? I'm not ready to let that go just yet." With a light smile, you waved at her as you walked away towards the entrance.

Hanni on the other hand became silent while your last words started floating around her mind. "He's definitely into you Hanni..." Chaeyoung's words snapped Hanni back to reality. "You think so unnie?" Hanni asked the older woman next to her.

"You two are just friends then?" Chaeyoung asked again as Hanni bit her lower lip softly, fingers fidgeting. "Normally I will tell people that whenever they asked me if we're dating..." She responded. "What about now? Unsure?" Hanni just nodded at that question.

"Then ask him." Chaeyoung suggested as Hanni just shook her head lightly. "I tried... but my heart just wouldn't let me send that text nor it wouldn't let my lips ask that question to him."

"Ahh... you're in that situation... well I can't say much more rather than good luck and just follow what your heart tells you to do. Good luck." Hanni just smiled lightly as she excused herself to go to the washroom.

"One flat white please." As soon as Hanni got back, Chaeyoung told her to prepare a drink for a customer and immediately Hanni got to the coffee brewing machine and carefully made the drink being ordered.

"The customer is at the right side, by the window." Chaeyoung told Hanni as she nodded before bringing the cup of coffee to the right side of the shop.

"Here's your flat white sir, enjoy~" Hanni said as she's placed the drink on the table. "Hanni?" The customer called out to her and she's quite surprised to see a certain familiar person. "Jun?" She asked as he's taking off the glasses he's wearing.

"You work here? Since when?" Jun asked as he's looking at her in the eyes. "Few days back. I'm still new here." Hanni chuckled lightly.

"I see. So you made this?" Jun asked as he's getting the cup closer to him while Hanni just nodded her head with a smile. "...I'm actually a coffee enthusiast so let's see now." Jun immediately took a quick sip before humming slightly.

"That's a nice flat white that..." Jun gave a thumbs up as Hanni just chuckled lightly. "Thanks for the compliment." She said, actually felt proud of herself.

"You want to chat for a moment? I mean there's no people here anyways..." Jun asked calmly as Hanni looked over the shop front area with no customers. "Yeah why not..." Hanni said as she sat down across of where Jun sat.

Ten Days Later

Ten days has passed by and you're by your desk in your room, reading an online book on your phone. As you're scrolling through the pages, all of the sudden you received a phone call from Hanni. Immediately you answered. "Hello~" You answered happily.

"Hey..." But her tone's not reflecting that of yours. "Hey... you okay?" You asked, worry began clumping in. "I'm actually outside... can we talk?" Hanni said before you went to the curtain and looked outside. She's indeed standing by her car parked at the entrance.

From your point of view, you couldn't read the expression on her face but one thing's for sure, you couldn't see the usual happy go lucky Pham Hanni and instantly you're worried about her.

"Sure. I'm coming down now." You immediately got your sweater on before your eyes landed on the poem book you wrote for her at the side of your table. "Hanni..." You breathed out a long one. You thought to yourself and you had to gather all the strengths in you to tell your heart that ...

It's time... It's now or never... No more running away... No more hiding away...

You grabbed the book as you rushed down and got outside before you made your way to the front gate. "Hey what's wrong? You okay?" You asked while catching your breath lightly as you're now standing in front of her.

Somehow her expression was indeed unreadable. Usually if she's having trouble, you could see it almost immediately on her face. "Did I interrupt you or anything?" She asked rather calmly as you just shook your head. "I'm just reading something on my phone before..." You replied her as she just remained silent after nodding her head.

"What's wrong Hanni? You okay? Tired from working? Want to go inside?" You asked as she just shook her head to all your questions. "There's something I have to tell you and I want you to be the first to know..." She said with her head remained low and you could feel the inclining of your heartbeat.

"Okay... what is it?" You grabbed onto the book tightly at your back as you're trying to calm yourself down while she lifted her head and immediately looked at you in the eyes.

"Someone has asked me out earlier today." Hanni said and immediately it felt like time had stopped moving.

"Oh..."

I'm sorry to say this but... It's all going downhill from now on... A lot of the next chapters after this were definitely not my favorite to write but yeah... Let's pray for Hanni and Yongjae okay?

Anyways thanks for reading and hope you who are reading this will have a blessed day ahead. Bye~
