One day I was in my little, poor apartment like always.it's cold and i haven't paid my light and water bill. There's numerous holes in the wall and just a small fan for the summer. I've been looking for a job and at the moment all I can afford is instant noodles for my meals. I should have completed my college year. My landlord is a creep.
He always made some odd gestures that seemed inappropriate. I took a nap on the floor to be woken up to a phone call. rring! rring! I don't know who it is so I hung up. After many calls giving me a migraine, the caller finally twisted my arm. I slowly picked up the phone. The caller said "can you do me a favor?" I'm confused about who would ask a question like that. I responded warily. I said "wrong number." I feel uneasy.
I let my curiosity take me to an unknown path. But I did not expect to take this dark of a turn. I thought this was my landlord but I'd call the police if it was. He doesn't even have my number. Nobody uses phone books anymore these days so I doubt he'd even use one. I can't be that oblivious. Can i?
