Ruhaan reached to his office. Every staff member wished him but he just nodded. Sitting on his chair he called his PA and ask for today's schedule.
"Sir we have meeting with Mr knight at four in the afternoon " his PA said
"Okay anything else" he asked without looking at him
"Sir actually the files...files are in sitara madam's cabin "
Hearing her name ruhaan tilted his head
"Okay" saying this he told his PA to scheduled a meeting at five
Ruhaan left to her cabin to grab the files. He open her side drawer and found his and her wedding picture. He take out the picture and his eyes got moist
"I know sitara I ruined your life but I told you everything before our wedding " he said looking at the picture
He put picture on its place and started searching for files but couldn't find it out. So he decided to call her.
He dialed her number and waited for her to attend the call. After 5 rings she finally attended
"Hello" Ruhaan said clearing his throat
"H..hi" She replied
"Actually...." he was saying something but sitara shouted from the other side on someone
"No rishi please don't do this...I will kill you rishi...rishi please this is so ewww" She yelled at rishi
Ruhaan cleared his throat to grab her attention
"I'm sorry ruhaan wait a minute ha" saying this she put call on hold
After some seconds she said
"Yes say" sitara said
"Actually I have a meeting with Mr knight so I was searching for the files but couldn't find out" he said
"Ohh that files are with me I was working on it so" She replied
"No worries, I'll send someone" he said
"Okay" She replied "bye" She was about to cut the call but ruhaan interrupted
"Um..are you at your home no,I mean you were talking to someone so" Ruhaan asked rubbing his temple
"No no I'm at home only,actually my friend came from London so he was just irritating me" She replied
"Ohh" Ruhaan said not knowing what to say
"Okay then bye" She said and they cut the call
Ruhaan opened the drawer again and take out the same picture and stared at the picture.
On the other hand rishi was running behind sitara with chocolate syrup. They were baking a cake but in the end they started playing holi with it.
"No rishi please" sitara said throwing pillow on him
"Now please and what about this" he said pointing his shirt which is colored with chocolate syrup
"I'm sorry na" She said running
"It's too late baby" he said and started running behind her
"Rishi please na I'm sorry I won't do again please " She said running but looking behind
"No baby now you'll see other side of me" he said trying to catch her
Sitara was running but her leg got twisted,she was about to fall but a pair of hands covered her bare waist as she was wearing crop top and jeans. Her eyes were closed. She opend her eyes when she realized she was in someone's arms. She removed her hairs from her face and lost in the eyes of her savior. It was Ruhaan. His touch on her bare waist giving her vibration all over her body. He was holding her tightly.
They stayed like that for good 2 minutes. Rishi came and witnessed bollywood scene. He cleared his throat but they didn't reacted. They were lost in eachother's eyes.
"Umm hello hero heroine, audience here" rishi said loudly
With this sitara tilted her gaze but ruhaan didn't leave her. Noticing this she called his name
"Ruhaan" She Waves her hands in air
After realizing he left her .she stood. Ruhaan's gaze went to her bare waist and he noticed some chocolate syrup there. He then looked at rishi's hands which was covered with syrup.Ruhaan felt rage in his body. He isn't possessive about sitara but this made him furious but he kept his Neutral expression within him
"I'm sorry actually we met after so long and you know best friend things" rishi said smiling
"It's okay" ruhaan said without smile
"I'm rishi,rishi Malhotra. Sitara's best friend " he extended his hands
"Hello, Ruhaan oberoi. Sitara oberoi's husband " he said with tight smile
Sitara's jaw dropped after hearing this. She started at him for some seconds
"Oh ya she told me, I've seen your photos " rishi said smiling
Ruhaan nodded
"Sitara,where are the files" ruhaan said looking at her
"Umm in my room,wait here" She said and left
"Please be seated " rishi gestured him to sit on sofa
"Don't do this formality, afterall it's my house too" Ruhaan said
"Sure sure" rishi said
"Where is dad" Ruhaan asked
"He is in his room " rishi replied
"You seat I'll be back" saying this he left to sitara's room
When he reached he heard tap sound from bathroom. Sitara was trying to wash syrup from her waist but her hand isn't reaching.
"Ufff I'll kill rishi for this" sitara murmured not knowing presence of ruhaan
Door of bathroom was opened. Ruhaan unintentionally saw her trying to wash her waist. His legs made a way towards bathroom.
"May i" he asked. Sitara's heart started beating fast after hearing his voice, she turned
"No no I will manage" She said awkwardly smiling
"It's okay, I can help you afterall I'm your husband" he said stressing a word husband
Not knowing what to say she nodded
"Turn" he ordered and she obeyed
Taking some water in his hands he rubs her bare waist. Sitara clutches her top. Her heart was running marathon.
He again took some water in his hands and rub her waist. She closed her eyes. Ruhaan noticed her reaction through the mirror. His heart felt good after knowing that his touches give her shiver. He noticed some syrup on her stomach (which was done accidently by sitara only) he sneaked his hands to her stomach and wipe it too.
"It's done" ruhaan said and she opened her eyes.
"Thank you" She said without meeting his gaze
Ruhaan nodded and left. Sitara too came.
"This are the files" She said giving him files
"Okay" he said taking
"You sit with rishi and dad I'll come changing" She said looking everywhere but him
"Okay" he said and turned his heels but stopped "wear something which will cover your waist " he said and left
Sitara stood shocked. Ruhaan never told her what to wear and not. She remembered how rudely he talked to her yesterday so she decided to not to listen him
Ruhaan was having uninterested conversation with rishi. Sitara's sandals made noise and they both tilted their gaze towards her. Ruhaan wondered looking at sitara because she again wore crop top.
They both shared a look. Sitara set beside rishi and infront of ruhaan
"So, ruhaan you came to meet her right" rishi said
"No he wanted some files" sitara said before ruhaan can
"Sitara I'm hungry can you please make something for me" ruhaan said lovingly
Sitara got little shocked but she nodded and left
"Excuse me I have to attend urgent call" ruhaan said and Excused himself
"Ha ha bhai sare urgent calls pata hai" rishi said to himself making himself comfortable on sofa
(Yes yes I know what urgent calls)
Ruhaan entered in kitchen and saw sitara was boiling water
"Do you need anything " sitara asked when she saw ruhaan
"No" saying this he stood beside her
Sitara looked at him confusingly
"Do your work" he said and she moved her gaze
Ruhaan took some chocolate syrup in his palms and smirked, sitara was so engrossed that she didn't noticed this action of ruhaan. Ruhaan came closer to her from back. He then rub his palm on her stomach.
Sitara widen her eyes in horror. She looked down and saw ruhaan's finger circling. She then looked back. Turning back she was about to say but ruhaan pulled her close from her waist. Sitara didn't know what happened to him. Not a single word came from her mouth. Ruhaan then started making circle on her waist with his hands which had syrup. Sitara opened her mouth to say something but ruhaan put his finger on her lips.
"Shhh, I warned you already" Ruhaan said and and left her
"Now I'm full" saying this he washed his hands. And turned
"Bye" he left
Sitara stood there in horror expressions.
"What has gotten to him" She asked herself
Rishi stood up when he saw ruhaan coming. He opened his mouth to say something but ruhaan royally ignored him and left while wiping his hands
Rishi shook his head and made his way towards kitchen. When he reached he saw sitara in the same position. Her lips were covered with syrup
"Seems like you did the deeds here" rishi said mischievously
"Shut up you idiot, why all the idiots are in my fate" saying this she left from kitchen
