Standing by the devices that we would be connecting ourselves to with the PE teacher stepping to the side getting all of the equipment together, Principle John Matters said, "Welcome students. As you know, this is the very first time we are allowing students to join the world of Futuramous. In this world, Lord Flinn gave us access to practice our fitness while hoping one of you give thoughts to join his 10-year anniversary since the defeat of the 21-0 Amazon of everything steel. Dedicating his victory, he hopes to watch a council member bloom through his ranks. If qualified, you might have the opportunity to face him but we all know the causes if we do something like that. So, I recommend to be a trainer for the royal guards. Now to the second phase to this, for those who have already joined Futuramous, I would like to get a motive check if your eligible to access into the tournament. Once we go through your second stage, your third stage will be easy because, by this stage, all you would need to do is choose your race that is given by your stat level and your overall stat rate meaning, a level C gives you a slower rate of leveling up rather than a rank A who is able to level up faster." With us giving him a nod that were following along with what he is saying, he continued on, "so, as I am summoning you into the virtual world, you are given badges to show you are there for school purposes. In this virtual world, I was given an opportunity to record your current level stat. Don't worry if you are just a beginner in this. Most of us are and so, for the remaining for your gym classes of this school year, Mr. B will monitor your development. If we're able to at least get you to level D, you will be able to qualify to access the training ground. From there, you will be trained with your heavy development to help you to reach you to a rank C so you can pass through into the tournament. Before you ask on how you level up. For those whoever already knows, this isn't anything new but for those who are, in order to level up is to continue training with your stats. For each battle, for each new skill you learn, or even crafting, you will gain experience points. No, it's not like the same that you'll see in an RPG but it is similar. Once you glance over your wrist when you access Futuramous, you'll see your stats and rank. Talking about your rank, every 5 levels you level up, you'll gain a new skill that you can choose. Every 10 levels, you'll gain a new rank so, for example, a level 10 through 20 is a rank D. Level 20 through 40 is level C, level 40 through 60 is rank B, level 60 through 80 is rank A and levels 80 through 100 is S rank. Anything that is higher than that like level 200 is legendary rank of double 00. Does that make sense?" Watching us nod our heads while sensing the anticipation rushing through the air, he finally said, "Then what are we waiting for? First, I will like to check your motive level is. Whose first?" but before he was able to finish his sentence, Owen stepped up.
Since I'm going to be a leader, I will go first." He said confidently.
Before Owen was able to get his wrist, evaluated by Mr. Matters, a woman from the back which made my ears hot, heart beat hard, and if I wasn't able to control myself, I would have turned around but listening to the beautiful voice of Leticia ask her question, " For races and classes, am I able to choose my race? Also, how does classes and races work? Does it affect from your stats such as, let's say, I have high intelligence with high wisdom? Would that just give me wizard and sorceress classes and depending whatever race that might work for that class?"
"Beautiful questions."
I don't see how questions can be beautiful. It's not even a living thing." Owen said with snark in his voice which made me roll my own eyes.
"Well Mr. Parks, you'll get to find out that things that aren't beautiful to you can be beautiful to others. How do you think why we have so many wars?" Said the principle in a matter of fact tone. With a scoff from Owen, Mr. Matters continued, "So, to your question Leticia, depending on your growth stat, your physical attributes, and skills that you learn during training, that will determine your class and race." With a nod from her, Mr. Matters continued on, "since you asked first Owen, come next to me and allow me to strap you in. For safety insurance, when I strap you in after when I read your stats to everyone, you will be transfer to Futuramous but whatever you do, do not take off the straps until I say so or else you will not receive your correct stats." Giving a nod from Owen for understanding the rules. As he placed the straps on him, he read off:

"Don't let those unknowns and none bother you. That just means you have the freedom to choose what skills and elementals you can learn but I do recommend to get that motive level up because not just impressing those who are higher up than you but if you ever want to lead, you would need to have your level at a 70 or else no one will listen to you. Besides that, I will be transferring you. Once I do, I need you to stay in place until everyone has been counted for."
10 minutes later:
As the others have been accounted for leaving Lucio, Leticia, Kayla, and I with most of the students motive levels above or at 50 then when Leticia being called, Principle Matters said, "Once we are finished with the stats and levels, I will be offering your choices of classes and races."
As Leticia received that she has a motive level of 68% with her strength at 5, Agility at 10, Dexterity at 6, cognition at 7 with her perception at 7, then her stamina at 70% with her HP at 60% while her manna was at 80%. After being sent into the virtual world, my best friend Lucio stepped up with Mr. Matters tapping his leg to help find him and as he strapped the bands on his oversized wrists, the principle read him as a motive level 80, strength at 10 with Owen, agility at 6, Dexterity at 8, cognition at 7 with his perception at 7. For his stamina, he has a 100%, HP at 120 which, Mr. Matters nearly gasp with astonishment and his manna at 90%. Another thing that somewhat surprised Mr. Matters was his elemental being Earth since students normally didn't get their elements until they hit level 5 but Lucio was only a level 1 but he has heard occurrences like this before. Rare, but not heard of but once he analyzed Kayla, he nearly dropped his scanner because one, it started alerting him about some kind of match that the system recognized somewhere in Garth Kingdom and by her face blossoming into a tomato which I didn't know if it wasn't for her sighing with nervous breaths. When he continued to scan her, he still couldn't believe what he was seeing and before he was able to say anything as Mr. Brawnsworth ran up to the monitor, she told him, "can you please keep this between you, Carry , Mr. Brawnsworth and I? I really do not want anyone to know who I really am."
As I was wondering what was going on, I heard the principle say, "Okay. Is it fine for me to say this out loud since it's only the four of us?"
"As long they can't hear us in the virtual world." Kayla said with rosy cheeks.
Pressing a key on the monitor, he replied, "I just muted our line. Have you known the whole time?" He said with skepticism not believing what he has seen on the screen.
With a sigh, she said, "yes but I tried to stay away from them. For you Carry, to help you of what's going on, I am a royal relative of the old queen who died by giving birth to me who was married to the previous lord."
"Meaning—"
"Exactly." She finished for me. "I am a princess of the Grey family. So, all of those times you questioned why was I so strong, and to finish your hypothesis about me, Yes. You were right the whole time. I am royalty but undercover. I am visual impaired and the lord did want me to go to a casual school so this school can strengthen me up before taking seat at the kingdom."
"But how about Lord Flinn?" Both Mr. Matters and I asked at the same time while the PE teacher was still overcoming his state of shock.
"To make this quick because I do not want to get into the specifics of politics. Let's just say that I was their rumored child because they didn't want the media finding about the real reason how the queen died since most of you only knew the fake story of her having a massive heart attack at her mansion and since her death after having me, when the lord found out that I was visual impaired, he had doubts that I would be able to rule over the kingdom and so, he sent me off to this public school. Before you ask, yes, I do know Lord Flinn and he does know that I am the princess and he also know if I do win the tournament, he will drop the seat to me since I am my father's air. The only reason I am not on the seat of power is what I said earlier. I would need to prove that I can rule, I can fight, and I can make tough decisions but what I have also heard from others, some say that the lord gave birth to a little boy before me with a different woman during an affair. Again, that is just a rumor but anything is possible especially how my father was." She finished with all of us dumbfounded.
"I still can't believe that we have a princess in our school." Mr. Brawnsworth said coming back to planet Earth.
"That was interesting. Now since we have your stats, unfortunately, I will have to read them off for the classmates to hear." With her giving him a nod, after unmuting them, he heard the students say "finally."
As he took a deep breath he said, "Kayla Grey. She is a level one poly elemental caster which means, she has the abilities to cast Earth, wind, water, fire, and lightning including dark and light magic. Her strength is a level 8, her agility at level 8, her dexterity is level 7, her cognition is a level 12, her perception is level 11, her stamina is 60%, her vitality is at a level 6 which gives her a 60% of HP, and her manna is at a level 12 which gives her a 120% of SP. Her motive level is at 100% while being the first student to have her first skill of mild healing.
With pretty much all of the students astonished on what they have heard including myself though I pushed that away from that but, as she was sent into Futuramous, I was next as their solo student. Feeling not as afraid since finding out that Kayla was secretly hiding that she was a princess of the previous lord, stepping up not allowing the fear of the magical signature to show on my wrist, with him strapping my wrists in then checking my stats, to be honest, I was starting to get excited. When he received my abilities, it was completely opposite on what I was feeling because as he told me my motive level being at 0 and everything else at level one including my strength, agility, dexterity, cognition, perception, vitality, and manna. The principle was completely confused what he was seeing because he has never seen something this horrible in his life until he saw something at the bottom of the stat page which froze him in place.
While couple of the students were laughing at my pathetic attributes instantly draining me back to my all-time low, the principle snapped his fingers which made it 10 times louder in the location they were currently in because from the monitor, I was able to hear them cry out saying that their eardrums felt like if it had burst.
Waiting for everyone to silent down as he was about to speak his next word that might change the world, he said, "most of you have a level C CAP on how fast you can level up besides Leticia who is a level B, Lucio a level A, and Kayla a level A but for you Carry. I don't think I have ever seen something like this in my whole life of ever being a principle or even a virtual world stat gatherer but Carry, you are a level S."
