Description: After the defeat of Arch Orphnoch, Quinton, his friends and his harem are living peacefully in Kuoh Town, but then the Orphnochs return to finish what they started, and Quinton will have to return to his duties as Faiz. Meanwhile in Russia, Takuro and the T-Dolls are fighting against Amazons until someone comes in and kills all civilians. Both Kamen Riders will have to join together to stop their threats.
