Tring tring tring tring
It was 5 in the morning and alarm echoed in the room. Aashi was sleeping under Maanveer's embrace. When alarm started ringing she opened her eyes and turned it off with her one hand and another one was on Maanveer's chest. She then looked at her dear husband who was sleeping peacefully. Looking at his peaceful face she smiled. He is everything to her. They married 4 years back and living their happy life. It was arranged marriage but Maanveer and aashi filled it with love. He always sleeps taking her in his embrace. And she loves this.
"Good morning patidev, maana aapka ye bina tension wala face dekhke hame aap par pyar aa raha hai magar I'm sorry hame jana padega, aaj hamare prince charming ka naamkaran jo hai"
(Good morning dear husband, I accept that this peace on your face is all I want but I have to go afterall it's our prince's naming ceremony today)
Saying this she kissed his nose and giggle
She then removed her hand from his hold without disturbing him. Leaning down and she again kissed his forehead and smiled. She was about to jumped out of bed but maanveer pulled her pallu(edge of saree) and in the result she fall on his chest. He opened his eyes and smiled at her.
"What is this veer" She glared at him
"What was that then" maanveer questioned raising his eyebrow
"What" She asked narrowing her eyes
"You know what Aashi, kissing your husband when he is sleeping is crime and you deserve punishment now" maanveer said caressing her cheeks
"Accha ji, par maine to koi crime kiya hi nahi mujhe pata tha aap jaag rahe the" She said as if she won some game
(But I didn't committed any crime,I knew you were awaken)
"Ohoo,fir to ye usse bhi bada crime kiya hai Aapne,apne pati ko bina puche kiss kiya" he said
(Then you committed big crime kissing without your husband's permission)
"Hamare veer ko pyar karne ke liye hame kisi ki permission ki jarurat nahi hai,khud veer ki bhi nahi"
(I don't need any permission for loving my veer) she said and pinched his nose
"Is that so" maanveer asked raising his one eyebrow
"Don't you know how rude YOUR veer is" he again asked stressing your word and pulling her closer
"Ummm yes, that he is but not for me. He is all loving and sweet with me, and only with me" She said and proudly smiled
"So much overconfidence I must say" he said
"It's not over confidence its my trust on my husband" she winked "but leave me now I have to go or else dadisa will eat me out" She said making pout
"No one has the guts to say anything to Maanveersingh Raghuvanshi's wife" maanveer said dangerously and pulling her closer
"I know baba,I was just kidding she is so sweet with me you know no" aashi said and smiled
"Good for her" maanveer said and kissed her nose
"Okay but please let me go veer,I have to see mishka too" She said trying to get out of his hold
"Let aarav see her" he said mischievously
"Have some shame veer,he is your younger brother" She said and slapped his chest
"Why, he is now a father of 6 days old boy" he argued
"No one can win in arguments against you veer"
She said and pushed him but he again hold her wrist
"Veer please no, I'm getting late" She tried to make him understand
"Why don't you call me by my full name" he questioned
"Because I love to call you veer" She said
"But you can call me by my full name aetlest once" he said
"Never, I won't waste my time by calling you with your full name,it's so long" She said dramatically
"Accha now let me go no" said pouting
"Not before my sweet morning wish" he said childishly
"Okay but close your eyes" She said
He closed his eyes without questioning back. She leaned down and kissed his cheek,his hold on her wrist was lighten now taking this chance she pushed him And ran to bathroom giggling
"Aashi this is not fair" he yelled
"Everything is fair in love and war hukumsa" She yelled back from bathroom and he smiled shaking his head
It wasn't their first kiss, but maanveer always asked her in the morning. He loves her like as if its first time. This is thier daily routine. Maanveer's day starts with her and her with him. He takes her outside every weekend and spend his time with her. She too makes his favorite dishes every 2nd day. It was thier love language. Maanveer take out some time from his busy schedule and give quality time to her. They were close to their families too. Aashi too belongs to a royal family.
Four years back Aashi's family sent her photo to Maanveer's family, maanveer wasn't ready for marriage but after seeing her he felt like talking to her. And he did. Aashi's warm smile,her soothing voice and respect towards elders attracted maanveer. He was close to his mother but lost in car accident 7 years back. She was his everything. When she passed away, Maanveer isolated himself from everyone. He became cold and silent. But When Aashi entered in his life he again started becoming his old version but only for her.
Aashi too wasn't ready stepping into new phase but after meeting him she felt like spending her life with him. He was cold,ruthless and arrogant as every article says but in thier first meeting aashi found him sweet and caring. And in the result they got married
After 3 years of thier Marriage Aashi and maanveer was all set to start thier new life with thier kid. But thier bad, doctors said that there are many complications in her pregnancy. Maanveer never wanted her to take any stress so he declared that he doesn't want child but Aashi knew he lied so his family. He wanted a child,he wanted a girl. Bur his love for Aashi is above everything.
Maanveer's dadi is orthodox but couldn't say anything to Aashi infront of maanveer. But when Aarav( second heir of Raghuvanshi's) got married to mishka, dadi started showing her love to mishka more. Aashi consumed every taunt of her dadi smiling. After 2 years of marriage Mishka gave birth to babyboy and mishka became dadi's favorite. Dadi sidelined Aashi but Aashi being Aashi accepted everything without any complaint.
"Aashi, how much time will you take. I'm getting late" maanveer shouted
"Two minutes veer" She yelled back
True to her words she came in two minutes
"Where are you going veer you have to be present in today's function " Aashi said as soon as she came
"I have an important meeting but don't worry will come before the ceremony " maanveer said and left
She shook her head and started getting ready. After satisfying with her look she knocked bathroom door
"Veer I'm going,come fast" She informed and he hummed
When she reached to the main hall found almost every family member thier. She touched every elders feet and wished them
"Kakisa now tell me what work is left" She asked softly
"Nothing beta,everything is done. Afterall you took responsibility to take care " kakisa said putting her hand on aashi's shoulder and she smiled
"Accha yes, you do one thing make Prasad for pooja after brekafast" She said
"Sure kakisa" She replied and smiled
Dadisa came and took seat
"Good morning dadisa" Aashi said and touched her feet
"Good morning " she said without smile
Aarav too came yawning
"Good morning everyone " he greeted touching thier feets while yawning
"Aarav what happened, why are you still sleepy" kakisa asked
"Yes maa, you grandson didn't let us sleep. Mishka and I were awaken the whole night " he said again yawning
"You could have informed us" Aashi said showing concern
"And what would you do,you don't have any experience " her Bua, Nandni taunted
With this aashi lowered her head. Blinking her eyes to stop her tears.
"She don't need any experience bhuasa, she is perfect and I know she will handle my baby perfectly more than us" Aarav said shutting his bhua's mouth
Aashi shook her head trying to stop Aarav but he didn't bother.
When a voice of steps echoed from stairs, everyone's gaze went to stairs. Maanveer came with all his glory. His perfectly set hairs and perfect shaped jaw making him more hot.A perfect shaped beard with mustache screams his post as king.Wearing black three piece he came and sat on his chair. Seems like his soft side is flew. His face is now expressionless. Everyone took seats expect Aashi.
"Aashi,serve breakfast to your husband " bhuasa said
"Ji" Aashi said
"Wait" Maanveer showed his palm and stopped her
Everyone looked at him in confusion
