Story Unfolds:
A girl was looking intently at the clay made idol sat on her Mandir or the temple area. Along with the idols of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. It was her habit to see the idol everyday. She did no expect anything from it. Just stare at it. She felt her days were not complete without him. Let me now introduce her to you. She was none but Devi Supriya herself.
Devi Supeiya (2nd Wife of Karna)
Supriya was sitting uptight on her bed. In her small bedroom chamber. She made an idol and established it in her bedroom chamber quite long ago. When she was just 8 yrs old. She was searching desperately for the man. No not the man. She was in love with the name.
"Karna"
She whispered the name softly in her mind. Then smiled brightly. A soft and gently smile had appeared on her own beautiful face. She always smiled to utter his name. The name of her deity.
......................
Flashback: 10 yrs back:
8 yrs old Supriya was playing with the clay. She loved to do that. Clay making was her favorite past time. Just like playing with dolls and running with animals were favorite past time of Devi Padmavati and painting picture or portrait were favorite pass time of Devi Uruvi. All knew about that and had no qualm. King Chitrangad was busy in his royal duties while his only daughter (legitimate one) Bhanumati was busy in dreaming of Arjuna. Till her childhood Bhanu was obsessed with Arjuna.
That day when Bhanu was combing her hair absentmindedly and was dreaming of Arjuna, Supriya ran into her room. With a clay idol in her both hands. She seemed ecastic with joy!!
"Jiji" She screamed aloud. Addressing Bhanu.
With a jolt Bhanumati broke up from her daydreaming session and looked at her offendedly. She made a face too but hid it immediately as she did not want Su (nickname of Supriya) to see that. She loved Supriya tenderly. She could bear to hurt her innocent heart a bit.
"Kya hain?!! (What happened?!!)" Bhanu asked her. In shock.
Young Bhanumati
"Jiji, dekho, maine murti baniyi hain. Wos balak ki jis ne ap ka Raksha kiya tha wos din. (Elder sister, I made a sculpture of that boy who saved you that day.)" She jumped in joy.
Young 8 yrs old Supriya
Bhanu made a disgusted face. That boy was a good archer. So also his friend too. But he was surely not her Arjuna!!!
Supriya made a face too. She thought she would receive appreciatation. On the contrary she received nothing. Just nothing.
........................
Flashback: They met once:
At that day, Princess Bhanumati went to Akher or hunting. Along with her sister Supriya. Both the girls were quite inseparable from each other. But Bhanu knew how to fight but Su did not. She was a lovely bubbly girl. Of 8.
Their hunting session was going good but once a tiger made a deadly attack on them. Supriya and Bhanu were on the back of elephant. Shyam. But by seeing the tiger the elephant got too scared. It say down limply. It folded it's back feet before others. Supriya was sitting there. She fell down on the floor. The tiger licked it's lips. She was a tasty meal to it.
She got up instantly but she was too scared to see the deadly glare of the tiger. In front of her. The tiger had growled. Thrice. She stirred a little bit in fear. But her legs were numb and wobbly. She fell down again.
All of a sudden two things happened at the same time. Two persons, no in reality three persons jumped to save her skin. Two boys and one girl. The boys were unknown to her. While the girl was her own sister. Bhanumati.
Bahnumati jumped with an open sword in her hand. To save her baby sister. From the grasp of that deadly direct tiger.
While One Boy also lifted his arrow and aimed at the tiger first. The arrow had toppled up on the air for several times and pierced the tiger's left paw. Effortlessly.
First boy (Basusen Karna)
However the second Boy looked at the direction of the tiger intently. When it fell down on the floor with a loudest growl he came near it. And to dismay of everyone gathered around he had patted the head of the animal. The first Boy also came forward and tore down his own Anga Vashtra with which the second boy bandaged the animal's wound lovingly. He seemed to know how to nurture animals. Very well.
Second Boy (Nishad or Hunter Prince Eklavya)
Bhanu was looking at them both quite interestingly. She felt that both of those boys were unlike the usual one.
"Kyon ho tum dono?!! Parichay do apni. (Who are you?!!)" She then had demanded for their identity.
The second Boy looked at her face intently and then slowly uttered this "Main Nishad Raj putra Eklavya hoon. (I am the hunter Prince Eklavya.)" He even showed her the cut off thumb. That he had donated to Gurudev Dronacharya.
The first boy who hurt the tiger now bowed to them deeply "Main Radheya hoon. Log mujhe Basusen or Karna naam se bhi bulate hain. (My name is Radheya. I often called as Basusen or Karna too.)"
Supriya looked at his face intently. She was moved by seeing his bravery. Till that day he became her idol. Her God. Her deity. She practically started to worship him. This naive girl did not know that fate would later unite Her with her deity too!!! She would become a Karna Sangini too!!!
