Nighters: hasikai's movements are hard to trace but we suspect one of there main sources of income is illegal drug sales so I requested heroes that have some experience in that area

It was didn't harm the rest of his body nothing but his quirk was impaired in anyway the guy that did it is clamed up he won't say anything and the one that hit tamaki was completely spent however Kirishima bravely defended tamaki from a bullet which then bounced of f his own body and should now provide us with a viable sample
Kirishima: wow I did that (Thinking: have no idea what's going on)
The girls said he did a great job

Fatgum and when we analysed the substance from the bullet we found something that made me sick to my stomach it contained human blood and cells

Nagisa: I know it may not be my place to speak but from the testing where you able to find out the age of persons cells like how old the person was that the cells came from

This made everyone freak out while Mirio, izuku and Nagisa where all thinking the same thing but weren't sure yet

The hero that looks like a hollow from bleach; I'm not connecting the dots here how is all this related to hassakai
Fatgum: the man who shot tamaki used an illegal drug to boost his quirk during the fight with Kirishima
Fatgum; the distribution channels for stuff like that are complex it may have shrunk since the old days drugs still pass through many people and organisations before they finally reach the end user fatgum there's no concrete evidence that they handled the drug but we know they interacted with one of the middle men responsible for moving it

Nighteye; the other day ryuku's team broke up a fight between two villains groups one of those groups was controlled intermediary organisation that fatgum just mentioned
Ryuku: one of the two giants had been given an inferior drug that didn't last very long
Hero: there have been a rash of gang related crime recently and most can be connected the hasikai if you try hard enough
Hollow: which is what it seems like your doing, trying to make them guilty do you have anything that implicates them more clearly

Nighteye: their young head, chisaki quirk overhaul it's power is he cam disassemble things and then reassemble them a quirk that allows him to completely break down matter and a bullet that can destroy quirks
Mirio, Nagisa and Izuku are all freaking out

Nighteye: chiskai has a daughter named eri, there are no details or records of her birth but when Mirio and the midoriyas encountered her they noticed there where bandages around her arms and legs

Nighteye: we don't know if he's actually selling the bullets or if he's doing this at all we have no hard evidence but we do know he's gathering allies and funds from a cross the nation and if he finds away to complete the drug and is able to complete annihilate someone's quirk imagine the damage he could cause
Rock lock; we wouldn't have to do this whole thing if these two amateurs had just got the girl away from him
Nighteye: i take full responsibility the blame should not fall on them even with out knowing the full story they acted to save the child each in their own way
Izuku midoriya was willing to accept the risk of of grabbing her then
While Mirio wanted to wait for another better opportunity to save her and Nagisa was siding with Izuku but he seemed the most conflicted of what to do
Izuku: worlds greatest hero not even close
Mirio: save a million people I couldn't even save her
Nagisa: I was supposed to change this society but I could it stop a single father from hurting his daughter what the hell am I good for
Izuku: we'll get eri away from him next time
Nagjsa: we'll destroy overhaul
All: and we'll protect her
Nighteye: indeed that's precisely what we've come here to discuss
But there's another threat besides overhaul that you all need to know about
Nighteye: Akira takaoka, don't let his happy expression fool you he is as bad as overhaul he's the second in command and just has powerful his quirk allows him to absorb physical damage and make it his own power along with his already absurd strength he was once a teacher but was charged with several cases of child abuse and labour he worked them too the bone and when they couldn't move anymore he struck them until they did he was eventually caught but once he was released he joined the organisation and has recently taken his place has chiskaki's right hand man
Nagisa: I KNOW THAT GUY
Nighteye: you do
Nagisa: yeah he was there when the league of villains attacked our camp and me and one of my classmates fought him off and we both ran away
Nighteye: well that's interesting, alright then as someone who has gone against him before I would like if you filled me in on how he does things
Nagisa: absolutely
They go through all the regular stuff so that's all done

Nagisa tells everyone about how akira fights he's brutal and doesn't stop attacking until his opponent is dead or almost dead and the only way too beat him is simple you need to actually beat him while constantly having to dodge his attacks

Izuku: I should've rescued her then even if I had to use force at least she'd be safe
Nagisa: I know what you mean it's been tearing me apart since it happened
Kirishima: aww man so that's what happened that day it's so frustrating

They are all shocked

Aizawa: unfortunately I know if I try to stop you both you'll do something reckless and try to take it into your own hands so I'll watch you if your going to see this through do it the right way use your heads
