A boy stared up at the night sky stretched out above him. Fading stars reflected in his baby blue eyes, wind flowing through raven hair. His body cut harshly through the air as he plummeted towards the ground. A thin black line dangled above him just out of reach. With his body refusing to operate the boy watched in terror as he continued to fall closer and closer towards the concrete sidewalk.
Tim shot up from his desk sending a searing pain surging through his back as he struggled to catch his breath.
'Just a dream' he sighed carefully leaning back into his chair. He had fallen asleep at his desk again. Sleep did not come easy Tim, but these past weeks had been exhausting. The sudden notification drew his attention towards his phone. He turned it on and scrolled through messages.
