Nagisa flinches: it was just an example of weird quirks anyway look like the next test is starting

He unsheathes his sword and cuts the rubble with enough technique that there's less chance of it being disturbed
For some example the guy is currently has his legs trapped under a big slab of the building but Nagisa cut a rectangle around the guys legs and then lifted up the much smaller slab to free him

Guy: thank you but my legs are seriously injured I don't think I can walk
Nagisa: don't worry you won't need to

They guy actually seems excited
Guy: wow what a view using your ability to fly to avoid all the rough terrain as well as being able to save someone without risking interference with other heroes

Nagisa: (well crap this isn't gonna be easy)

Nagisa has just finished dropping off the person he saved
Suddenly he hears a massive explosion
Gang orca; tell me wanna be heroes can you fight and save people at the same time

This guy is strong no doubt
This entire thing is going to be from Nagisa's point of view as normal
Nagisa; ok there's still lots of bystanders and worse than that these villains are clearly strong
Shindo runs in and uses his vibrations to quake the earth
The henchmen get thrown off but gang orca knocks him out easily
Todoroki arrives delivering a barrage of ice
Nagisa: NOW ITS MY TURN
Nagisa focuses his strength in his arms creating scales and super strength
Nagisa: (using my sword against this guy is not gonna work his skin is way too tough so I'll win with brute force)
Nagisa: NOW
EMERALD SPLASH
Nagisa delivers a barrage of punches to gang orca sending him back but not nearly enough
Orca: not bad kid but no good enough
Nagisa gets grabbed by the neck and thrown right into a wall
Nagisa: (ahh that really hurt I don't stand a chance against him so I need to evacuate these bystanders)
Inasa suddenly arrives
Nagisa: good that allows me to get away and help they have much more strength then me as well as being able to keep their distance I really need to work on that
Nagisa leaves with Izuku and the others
Nagisa keeps evacuating people by flying them back and forth to safe place
Nagisa: here if you can't grab on then I just need to be extra careful ok
Nagisa links his arms through the arms of the person he's saving

Nagisa flies right over all the villains and drops the person off

They nod and tell him to go

suddenly hair guy appears and traps them

Just as that happens Nagisa jumps and through luck or a fluke he uses his new capture weapons and wraps them around orcas arms
Just as Izuku is coming up behind and strikes orca in the back of the head

Orca stumbles but
THE WHISTLE BLOWS THE EXAM IS OVER
Nagisa; the exam is over that felt
Orca the says later that if the test went on Nagisa and Izuku might of just beaten him
Announcer: everyone thanks for your hard work now before I announce the results I should probably explain how we evaluated you we basically evaluated you based on how many mistakes you made in a crisis situation

2 he could of made flying safer to people with broken bones
3 could've landed softer
4 he ran away from orca after trying to fight him which wasn't the best course of action
5 finally while he did save a lot of people he only took one at a time which could risk lives
Nagisa; so I need to find a way to save more people at one time as well as making my flying a safer experience
Nagjsa listens to the announcer saying that he can now has the same Authority as a pro in the right situation
Nagisa clenches his fist: (I won't stop until this society is changed and my brother claims the top spot right where he belongs)
Nagisa: hey shoto make sure you pass that course ok we will need you in the future
Shoto smiles: yeah I'll definitely pass and we'll become heroes together
