How the move works
It's pretty simple actually what he does is use his incredible speed combined camouflage allowing him to move fast, silently and without being able to be seen and the enemy is struck before they know what's happening

Now to think of a move for restraining capturing I'm usually good if the opponent is good match or just plain weaker because then all it requires is speed and a stab but if the opponent is really fast and strong I need something to restrain them
Suddenly has idea popped into his head
Nagisa jumps down
Nagisa: hey mr Aizawa
Aizawa; yes midoriya
Nagisa: please teach me how to use your capture item
Aizawa is taken a back
Aizawa: why would you want to do that
Nagisa; I want to get stronger sure but I also need a way of capturing enemies safely which I've half completed being able to knock them out but if I'm able to wrap them up with that item and then land a good blow with my claws or knife it will make it much more effective and lower than chance of an accident
Aizawa: you make a fair argument ok i accept but I'll be putting you through the wringer also I hate to say it but a scarf doesn't suit you but I've got an idea

Nagjsa walks out of the support course place with his newly made suit and new item which he is excited to learn how to use
His costume is basically the same with the reaper look but the sleeves have been removed in place of thing that look like bandages wrapped around his arms

Nagisa is facing Aizawa and his arm bands start to release

The weapon shoots forward but flies back and wraps around him
???: heh same thing still happens to me when I try
Nagisa: huh Shinso right your training with Aizawa as well
Shinso: yeah considering how I have no real way of attacking sir took me under his wing and has been training me but it's been hell
Nagisa: I can imagine how are you with it
Shinso: I can capture sometimes but most of the time it either misses or isn't tight enough but it's only been a couple of weeks
Nagjsa: alright then guess that makes us rivals them
Shinso smiles: I guess so
Aizawa: now you two are done chatting let's get too work
Both: yes sir
Nagisa and Shinso both train their butts off they even spared a couple of times to make it fair neither of them used their quirks since they where so different just fighting with their capture weapons
Over this session Nagisa was able to grab something a couple of times but not nearly enough for it to be battle ready
Aizawa: ok that's enough for today Nagisa go back to developing your moves, Shinso go back to general studies
Both: yes sir
Nagisa: Shinso I can't wait till your on the course with us
Shinso: I know I will get there no matter how long it takes
Nagisa; I'll be waiting

They both walk away knowing that they just made a new friend and have got a least a little bit stronger

Aizawa: hey kid there's a good way of training
Nagisa: yeah what is it?
Aizawa: simple whenever your in your room use your capture weapon to try and grab something it will not only raise your aim but also will put some muscle memory for it in there

Nagjsa flies to to the top of the area

He drills all the way to the floor of the area and watches rubble fall around him

He sees katsuki using his ap shot
And then in that instant a rock falls and is about to hit all might

But in that second Izuku jumps up and kicks the rock shattering it
Nagisa: Heh knew you could do it bro
Nagisa walks out of the rubble and cementos repairs it
Nagisa; so Izuku you finally realised you had legs huh
Izuku: hehe yeah it was unbelievably obvious
Nagisa: if you learn how to use your legs along with your arms then you could create a serious fighting style
Izuku: yeah I could but wait what are those around your arms
Nagisa: oh these they are made of the same material as aizawas capture weapon Hes teaching me to use it along with an old friend of ours
Izuku: wow that's so awesome but totally favouritism
Nagisa: really you can't say anything about teachers playing favourites
Izuku: ok fair enough But if you manage to safely capture someone it would make it easier for you to knock them out with your venom since it's easier to deliver a safe dose
