"Eagle eye. Send your traffic" another voice comes through, dads voice
"I got eyes on some guys.. they look like avatars, but their in full camo and carrying ARs. There's six of them. Over"

"... we're at the old shack" my eyes widen, I turn my head swiftly across to see Neteyam blankly staring focused on listening . We were flying our ikrans, me, dad, mother and neteyam, patrolling the floating mountains
"Who's we"
"..Me, spider,Kiri ...and tuk.." why were they at the old shack?!
"Son,you listen to me very carefully. You pull back right now. Do not make a sound . You get the hell out of there. Move! You copy?"
"Yes sir, moving out" I glance over at Neteyam and we share a look and nod almost in unison
"Dad!" I call flying up ahead , Neteyam a few meters in front of me
"I know a quick way!" Neteyam shouts dipping to the right as we follow, we flew under the flouting mountains and through the sky and trees at an alarming speed until we came to a stop on a large branch in the forest, I get of Enira (your ikran) and pat her neck motioning for her to lower her head, once she does I walk up to dad Neteyam by my side then-
"No,no, ye stay with the ikran" we stop in our tracks
" but dad, I'm a warrior like you. I'm supposed to fight" protested neteyam
"Dad, I can do this!" I say bring my hand hovering over my chest , I haven't finished my warrior training yet but Neteyam has, I train with him everyday i can at least handle a few scratches
"Neteyam, Rey'ka" my mother speaks staring right at us
"I'm not going to say it again."

"Yes sir" Neteyam and I both say while I sigh, we head over to our ikrans as our parents leave. The moment their out of our vision we turn to eachother and I grab my arrows out of a sack on my ikran and neteyam starts running ahead
I ran as fast as I can to catch up to him while dodging vines and branches, I jump onto a large branch leading to the sky and run to the end and jump, it feels like time stops until I hit the surface of the log landing on both feet Neteyams standing on
"Shhh!" He immediately turns to me, I roll my eyes, what's his problem
Suddenly we hear loud booming gunshots and explosion, we jump down off the log and down to the side of it ,neteyam keeps one of his arms over me and his over covering himself
"Quick now" he whispers to me and we get up crouching, he runs one way and I go the other, crouching I climb over a log and hide behind a tree still keeping an eye on where Neteyam went, I could see him fully standing up now a whole clear area he was standing in, how stupid can he be?! Just then he pulls out an arrow and gets ready to shoot, standing up I turn out from the tree signalling him NOT TO DO IT. He lets go and shoots the man, gunshots are heard immediately after and I hide behind the tree again eyes wide
"...was he shot?!" whispering to myself I close my eyes I could feel them water, he can't be dead. But more gunshots make my eyes flash open
I take a breath and I ready my bow, looking out from behind the tree I see 2 men and I get ready to shoot, dragging my hand over my back taking out an arrow i slowly place it on the string and body of my bow ... i exhale and pull back, the men shoot again at something it's 2 figures running.. dad and.. Neteyam!
"Oh thank you great mother!" I say under my breath and put my arrow and bow on my back quickly hiding behind the tree base once more
"AH!" I see mother up ahead , I turn my head out to see if the men will shoot and I exhale. I make a run for it jumping to the branch mom is on
"Mom!" I help her get up
"Rey'ka!"
She grabs my arm and drags me with her, we run along the huge branch then I hear someone call "spider!" I look to see Kiri I grab mums arm and point to Kiri on her knees and hands calling someone, we hop down mom following behind me
"Kiri!" I exclaim running to her
"Spider!!" Shes shouting for spider, where is he?!
I try to pull her arms and call her name but she's glued to the ground
"Kiri!!" Mother ushers me ahead to keep running while she pulls kiri
"Come! Come on!" Mothers voice becomes faint now, I'm way ahead of them just running
"Dad!" I can see him now, he can't hear me I'm too far, I run faster not to loose them , I hop down to where they jumped
"Are you hurt?" I could now hear dad talking to someone, I hear a quiet no
I quickly push all the leaves back while running and come to an immediate stop
"AH!" Tuk scares me with her shriek when I appear, she's hugging dad
"Dad!" I rush over to him and he gets up from his crouch
"Are you hurt?" He asks checking my arms and shoulders
"No" I quickly reply, he ushers me, tuk , lo'ak and Neteyam under a covered area of vines and leaves, a bright light flashes over the sky then leaves
"Okay, we're clear. We're clear, everyone okay?" Dad tells us and calls out to mum and Kiri across from us
Tuk runs over to mom and hugs her bringing Kiri into the hug
"Dad.." I turn to dad and he hugs me placing a hand on my head "shh it's okay baby girl" he lets go and moves to my brothers wrapping an arm around each of them
"It's okay. It's okay, we're okay" he comforts them resting his head on Neteyams
"Oh, thank you great mother, thank you!" "Thank you" I turned and watched mom holding Kiri and tuk
"Neteyam!" I whisper shout only so he can hear, I rush over to him and hug him
"Are you okay?!" I ask him starting to turn his shoulders
"Yes I'm fine" he pulls me in again resting his head on mine and wrapping an arm over me
"Where's spider?..." lo'ak asks, we pull apart and I turn to face lo'ak
"They took him, they took him." I now face Kiri separated from mum and tuk hearing the pain in her voice, her face starting to scrunch up
"Okay. It's alright baby girl. Alright? He's a tough kid." Dad pulls her into a hug
"Alright, shh... he's gonna be okay" he tries to comfort her, Kiri only starts to sob now, he places his hand on her head and she sobs into dad's neck
I walk over to lo'ak and wrap my arm around him placing my other hand on his collarbone to make him face me
"You okay?" I ask staring at him, he just nods and wraps his arm around my back
"It's okay. We're all gonna be okay" dad says again still hugging my younger sister

I'm sitting beside Kiri and tuk eavesdropping on mom and dad's conversation
"This thing. This Quaritch" I can hear dad speaking, tuk bending over peaking into our pod, " whatever he is.." dad starts going quiet and I glance over to kiri
"What's going on?" Neteyam and lo'ak come over surprised to see us here
"Shh!" Me and Kiri both shush them quietly
"We are listening to mom and dad" I whisper to them while placing my ear up against the wall of our pod
"He can walk right in here" it's hard to hear them
"He can walk right under Eywa's nose" —— mom and dad fought back and forth, I waved for either lo'ak or neteyam to come over to me and Kiri or go over to tuk who's head was still sticking under our family's pod
"I cannot, You cannot ask this... I cannot leave my people. I will not"
"..he's hunting us... he's targeting our family" my eyes widen, looking over to neteyam his face was unreadable
"You cannot ask this! The children, everything they've ever known, the forest, This is our home!"
"He had our children. He had e'm under his knife!.." I look over to tuk, she's so young, she shouldn't be living her childhood like this..
I held Kiris hand as mother started again, I knew she was still very upset about spiders kidnapping she just flashed a quick weak smile at me..
"You're Toruk Makto!" Mine and kiris ears went down as we heard our mothers voice crack
"This will protect the people! Quaritch has spider. And that kid knows everything!" I shoot my head up to look at my siblings
"He knows our whole operation, and he can lead them right in here, if the people harbour us , they will die"
